1. A preparation method of bulletproof window glass with electromagnetic shielding effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) cleaning 8mm thick shielding glass, 8mm thick common glass, 5 blocks of PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, 2 blocks of PC with the thickness of 3mm, 2 blocks of PC with the thickness of 4mm and 1 block of acrylic acid with the thickness of 8mm by using absolute ethyl alcohol for later use;

(2) superposing the materials in the step (1) in the following order, wherein the shielding glass with the thickness of 8mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 3mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 4mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the acrylic acid with the thickness of 8mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 4mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 3mm, the frosted kraft paper and the common glass with the thickness of 8mm form an intermediate;

(3) putting the intermediate product in the step (2) into a high-temperature vacuum bag and sealing the high-temperature vacuum bag by using a high-temperature-resistant double-sided adhesive tape, reserving an air outlet in the middle of the high-temperature vacuum bag, and communicating the input end of a vacuum pump with the air outlet;

(4) putting a high-temperature vacuum bag into a kettle for pressing;

(5) and opening the kettle, closing a valve of the vacuum pump, dismantling the high-temperature vacuum bag, and removing the waxed kraft paper and the common glass with the thickness of 8 mm.

2. The method for preparing a bulletproof window glass with electromagnetic shielding effect according to claim 1, wherein the 8mm thick shielding glass coating layer in the step (2) is contacted with 0.63mm thick PU.

3. The method for producing a bulletproof window glass having an electromagnetic shielding effect according to claim 2, wherein the satin kraft paper satin surface in the step (2) is in contact with PC having a thickness of 3 mm.

The invention relates to the technical field of production of bulletproof glass, in particular to a preparation method of bulletproof glass with an electromagnetic shielding effect.

Background

As is well known, bullet-proof glass is a laminated safety glass with a specific blocking capability against bullets, and has the light and image transmission performance of glass, and at the same time, is a transparent material with a certain bullet-proof capability. The glass can be widely applied to counters, museums, archives, high-grade residences, prisons and other important places of units such as banks, postal service, telecommunication, securities, insurance and the like and cash carriers, and is also a variety which is widely and rapidly developed in the field of security products.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of the bulletproof window glass with the electromagnetic shielding effect, which has the advantages of simple process, short consumed time and contribution to factory production.

The preparation method of the bulletproof window glass with the electromagnetic shielding effect preferably comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning 8mm thick shielding glass, 8mm thick common glass, 5 blocks of PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, 2 blocks of PC with the thickness of 3mm, 2 blocks of PC with the thickness of 4mm and 1 block of acrylic acid with the thickness of 8mm by using absolute ethyl alcohol for later use;

(2) superposing the materials in the step (1) in the following order, wherein the shielding glass with the thickness of 8mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 3mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 4mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the acrylic acid with the thickness of 8mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 4mm, the PU with the thickness of 0.63mm, the PC with the thickness of 3mm, the frosted kraft paper and the common glass with the thickness of 8mm form an intermediate;

(3) putting the intermediate product in the step (2) into a high-temperature vacuum bag and sealing the high-temperature vacuum bag by using a high-temperature-resistant double-sided adhesive tape, reserving an air outlet in the middle of the high-temperature vacuum bag, and communicating the input end of a vacuum pump with the air outlet;

(4) putting a high-temperature vacuum bag into a kettle for pressing;

(5) and opening the kettle, closing a valve of the vacuum pump, dismantling the high-temperature vacuum bag, and removing the waxed kraft paper and the common glass with the thickness of 8 mm.

According to the preparation method of the bulletproof window glass with the electromagnetic shielding effect, preferably, in the step (2), the shielding glass film coating layer with the thickness of 8mm is contacted with PU with the thickness of 0.63 mm.

Preferably, in the step (2), the wax polished surface of the waxed kraft paper is contacted with PC with the thickness of 3 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the scheme can finish the manufacture of the bulletproof window glass with the electromagnetic shielding effect in a short time, and the manufactured bulletproof glass has high structural strength and impact resistance and is suitable for large-scale popularization.
