6. The high resolution micro-pressure flow regime pressure regulating device of claim 1, wherein a drain line is provided on a bottom of the tank, and a drain control valve is provided on the drain line.

7. The high resolution micro-pressure flow regime pressure regulating device of claim 1, further comprising:

Background

When an aircraft water system is tested, pressure regulation under a medium flowing state needs to be carried out under a small pressure (for example, less than 0.5PSI), and dynamic pressure regulation of liquid supply under an extremely low pressure condition is difficult to realize by a common pressure regulating device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a high-resolution micro-pressure flow state pressure regulating device which can realize liquid supply under a lower pressure condition.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a high resolution micro-pressure flow state pressure regulating device, comprising:

the water inlet pipeline is arranged at one side of the box body, the water outlet pipeline is arranged at the other side of the box body, and the air inlet pipeline is arranged at the upper end of the box body;

the water inlet control device is arranged on the water inlet pipeline and is used for controlling the flow of inlet water;

the water outlet control device is arranged on the water outlet pipeline and used for controlling water outlet;

the air inlet valve is arranged on the air inlet pipeline;

a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure inside the tank; and the number of the first and second groups,

and the water level meter is used for detecting the water level in the box body.

Optionally, the water inlet control device comprises:

the water inlet throttle valve is arranged on the water inlet pipeline; and the number of the first and second groups,

the electromagnetic water inlet valve is arranged on the water inlet pipeline and is positioned between the water inlet throttle valve and the box body.

The working process of the high-resolution micro-pressure flow state pressure regulating device provided by the invention is as follows:

the box body is a sealed cavity, a certain amount of liquid medium and air are pre-filled in the box body, the upper part in the box body is air, the lower part in the box body is liquid medium, the water inlet control device is adjusted, when the flow of liquid entering the box body is larger than the flow of liquid flowing out of the box body, gas in the box body is compressed, as the box body is a sealed space, the pressure in the box body rises, the pressure of liquid flowing out of the box body rises, and the pressure of liquid flowing out of the box body in the pressure range of inlet liquid is adjustable.

On the contrary, when the liquid flow entering the box body is smaller than the liquid flow flowing out of the box body, the volume of gas in the box body is increased, the pressure in the box body is reduced because the box body is a closed space, the pressure of the liquid flowing out of the box body is reduced at the same time, and the pressure of the liquid flowing out of the box body in the range of the pressure of the liquid at the outlet is adjustable.

The inlet control device is adjusted until the pressure in the box body reaches the set pressure, then the inlet control device is adjusted to the inlet and the outlet of the box body to be consistent in flow, at the moment, the outlet pressure (which depends on and is equal to the inlet pressure of a measured piece) is kept constant, and the pressure adjustment is realized through gas compression or expansion.

The working process of the high-resolution micro-pressure flow state pressure regulating device 100 provided by the invention is as follows:

The water outlet control device 3 is used to control the water outlet of the water outlet pipeline 1b, and the specific structure thereof is not limited, specifically, in this embodiment, the water outlet control device 3 includes an electromagnetic water outlet valve 31, and the electromagnetic water outlet valve 31 is disposed on the water outlet pipeline 1b, and is controlled to open and close by the electromagnetic water outlet valve 31.

In the present embodiment, the water inlet pipe 1a and the water outlet pipe 1b are disposed on two opposite sides of the housing 1, obviously, the present design is not limited thereto, and the water inlet pipe 1a and the water outlet pipe 1b may be disposed on two adjacent sides, and in the present embodiment, they are disposed so far as to avoid the water coming in and going out too close to each other to form turbulence. Further, in this embodiment, a partition plate 8 is arranged in the box body 1, and the partition plate 8 separates the outlet of the water inlet pipeline 1a from the inlet of the water outlet pipeline 1b, so that the inlet water flow is prevented from disturbing the outlet water to cause pressure fluctuation.

In this embodiment, a drain line 1d1c is provided at the bottom of the tank 1, and a drain control valve 7 is provided on the outlet line 1b to control the opening and closing of the drain line 1d1c through the drain control valve 7.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the high resolution micro-pressure flow state pressure regulating device 100 further includes a regulating cavity and a sealing plug, the regulating cavity is disposed in a penetrating manner, one end of the regulating cavity is connected to the upper end of the box body 1, the sealing plug is in sealing sliding fit with the regulating cavity, and a spring is disposed between the outer end of the sealing plug and the regulating cavity, so that the pressure in the box body 1 can be controlled by controlling the elastic force of the spring to keep the pressure within a set range value.
