5. The ultrasonic atomizer of claim 2, wherein both ends of the oil-guiding cotton are coated on the bottom of the oil-guiding ceramic and are press-fitted in the mounting groove by the oil-guiding ceramic.

An ultrasonic atomizer according to claim 1, further comprising an oil storage assembly (2) and an atomizing assembly (3) connected to each other, said atomizing assembly comprising an atomizing head (32), said atomizing head comprising a hollow atomizing sleeve (321) having conductivity, an atomizing plate (322) for ultrasonic atomization, an insulating base (323) for supporting the atomizing plate, and an electrode assembly (324) for electrically connecting the atomizing plate to an external power supply being sequentially disposed from top to bottom in an inner cavity of the atomizing sleeve.

An ultrasonic atomizer according to claim 6, characterized in that an atomizing chamber (4) is provided between said oil-conducting ceramic and said atomizing plate, an air outlet channel (14) connecting the atomizing chamber with the external atmosphere is provided in said oil storage assembly, and an air inlet channel (33) connecting the external atmosphere with the atomizing chamber is provided in said atomizing assembly.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an ultrasonic electronic cigarette, in particular to an ultrasonic atomizer.

Background

The existing ultrasonic electronic cigarette atomizer is directly communicated with an oil bin by oil guide cotton to realize oil guide, and the material of the oil guide cotton generally adopts aramid fiber, non-woven fabric and the like. The inventor finds that the oil guide cotton has the following problems:

1. when the temperature of the tobacco tar in the oil bin rises along with the proceeding of ultrasonic atomization, the viscosity of the tobacco tar is reduced, so that the flow rate of the tobacco tar on the oil guide cotton is rapidly accelerated, the oil guide amount of the oil guide cotton is increased, the oil supply on the ultrasonic atomization sheet is excessive, and the problems that the ultrasonic atomization sheet is soaked by the tobacco tar and the like are easily caused;

2. lead behind the oil cotton absorption tobacco tar, lead the cotton hole clearance increase of oil, the temperature rise along with going on of ultrasonic atomization when the temperature of tobacco tar, viscosity diminishes, leads the cotton hole clearance increase of oil also to make the oil rate of leading of tobacco tar on leading the oil cotton accelerate, and then causes the phenomenon that the ultrasonic atomization piece is soaked by the tobacco tar easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides an ultrasonic atomizer with the oil guiding speed not affected by the temperature rise of tobacco tar.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an ultrasonic atomizer which comprises an oil guide assembly, wherein the oil guide assembly comprises oil guide ceramics directly contacted with tobacco tar, oil guide cotton positioned below the oil guide ceramics and contacted and connected with the oil guide ceramics, and a spring positioned between the oil guide ceramics and the oil guide cotton and used for supporting the oil guide cotton on an atomizing sheet; the oil guide ceramic is a solid ceramic body, and micropores for conducting the tobacco tar are integrally formed on the oil guide ceramic.

The oil guide assembly is formed by combining two different oil guide materials, the upper section of the oil guide assembly is the oil guide ceramic with stable porosity and unstable oil guide speed in unit time due to reduction of viscosity of the tobacco tar, and the porosity of the oil guide ceramic is determined after forming, so that the phenomena of expansion or contraction and the like due to soaking in the tobacco tar are avoided, and the oil guide amount of the oil guide ceramic connected with the oil bin is stable; the lower section of the oil guide assembly is provided with the oil guide cotton, the oil guide cotton expands when the amount of tobacco tar is large, and correspondingly contracts a little when the amount of tobacco tar is small, so that the oil guide amount of the oil guide cotton is unstable.

In addition, the oil guide cotton is relatively soft and is better in contact with the atomizing sheet in a propping mode during assembly, so that tobacco tar can penetrate the surface of the atomizing sheet more timely, and the atomizing effect is better. The oil guide cotton can be very thin, and because the smog that produces among the ultrasonic atomization process has certain power, so smog passes the oil guide cotton and spouts the oil guide ceramic to the opposite, and the oil guide ceramic absorbs the large granule oil droplet in smog again, consequently can reduce the probability that the user smoked the oil droplet to promote user experience.

In order to ensure that the oil guide ceramic is stably installed, the oil guide ceramic comprises a ceramic body which is in direct contact with the smoke oil in the oil bin and at least two oil guide pins arranged at the bottom of the ceramic body; the mounting steps are two-stage steps, two ends of the porcelain body are arranged on the first-stage mounting steps, and the oil guide foot is arranged on the second-stage mounting steps.

In order to better fix the oil guide cotton and the conduction tobacco tar, two ends of the oil guide cotton are coated at the bottom of the oil guide ceramic and are pressed in the mounting groove by the oil guide ceramic.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to specific preferred embodiments, without thereby limiting the scope of protection of the invention.

For convenience of description, the relative positional relationship of the components, such as: the descriptions of the upper, lower, left, right, etc. are described with reference to the layout directions of the drawings in the specification, and do not limit the structure of the present patent.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the atomizer of the present embodiment includes an oil storage assembly 1, an oil guiding assembly 2 disposed at the bottom of the oil storage assembly 1, and an atomizing assembly 3 engaged with the oil storage assembly 1.

The oil storage assembly 1 comprises a casing 11 and a plug body 12 which are jointed with each other, and an oil bin 13 is formed in the casing 11 and the plug body 12 after being jointed. The plug body 12 is preferably a silicone plug having elasticity.

The middle part of cock body 12 sets up mounting groove 121, and the top of mounting groove 121 sets up convex buckle portion 122, and sets up first level installation step 123 and second level installation step 124 in the mounting groove 121.

The oil guide assembly 2 comprises an upper oil guide ceramic 21, a lower oil guide cotton 22 and a spring 23 between the oil guide ceramic 21 and the oil guide cotton 22.

The ceramic body 211 and the oil guiding foot 212 of the oil guiding ceramic 21 are integrally sintered and formed by the same material, the ceramic body 211 is directly contacted with the tobacco tar in the oil bin 13 and absorbs and transmits the tobacco tar to the oil guiding foot 212 and the oil guiding cotton 22, and the porosity of the oil guiding ceramic 21 after sintering and forming is stable (the porosity determined after sintering and production), so whether the temperature of the tobacco tar is normal temperature or high temperature (non-atomized temperature), whether the viscosity of the tobacco tar is reduced or not, the amount of the tobacco tar passing through the oil guiding ceramic 21 in unit time is certain, and the oil guiding speed of the oil guiding ceramic 21 is stable, so that the amount of the tobacco tar absorbed on the oil guiding cotton 22 is stable, and the phenomenon that an ultrasonic atomization sheet contacted with the oil guiding cotton 22 is dried due to small amount of the tobacco tar or is soaked by the tobacco tar due to large amount of the tobacco tar can be avoided.

In order to prevent the oil-guiding ceramic 21 from falling off after assembly, the fastening portion 122 of the plug body 12 fastens the oil-guiding ceramic 21.

The atomizing assembly 3 includes a hollow base 31 and an atomizing head 32 disposed in an inner cavity of the base 31.

The atomizing head 32 includes a hollow atomizing sleeve 321 having conductivity, and an inner cavity of the atomizing sleeve 321 is provided with an atomizing sheet 322, an insulating base 323 and an electrode assembly 324 in sequence from top to bottom. The electrode assembly 324 has a positive connection terminal 3241 and a negative connection terminal 3242 separated from each other.

The upper end of the atomizing sleeve 321 is in contact connection with the upper surface electrode of the atomizing sheet 322, the lower end of the atomizing sleeve 321 is electrically connected with the negative electrode connecting end 3242 of the electrode assembly 324, and the lower surface electrode of the atomizing sheet 322 is electrically connected with the negative electrode connecting end 3242 of the electrode assembly 324.

Atomizing piece 322 and the bottom contact of leading oily cotton 22, atomizing piece 322 and lead and form atomizing chamber 4 between the oily pottery 21, set up in the oil storage subassembly 1 and connect atomizing chamber 4 and outside atmospheric air outlet channel 14, set up the inlet channel 33 who connects outside atmosphere and atomizing chamber 4 in the atomizing subassembly 3.

When the embodiment is used, a user sucks from the outer end of the air outlet channel 14 of the oil storage assembly 1, external air enters the atomizing cavity 4 from the air inlet channel 33, tobacco tar is conducted to the atomizing sheet 322 from the oil bin 13 through the oil guide assembly 2, the atomizing sheet 322 is electrically connected with an external power supply through the atomizing sleeve 321 and the electrode assembly 324 to realize ultrasonic atomization, and smoke after ultrasonic atomization flows out to the oral cavity of the user through the air outlet channel 14 to be sucked.
