The filtering device 5 includes a reducer pipe 502, a filtering casing 504, and a filter screen 503. A filter screen groove 505 is arranged at the top of the filter shell 504; the filter screen 503 is inserted into the filter housing 504 through the filter screen groove 505, and the filter screen groove 505 filters the remaining lint in the exhaust gas, so as to avoid the fire hazard, and the filter screen 503 is conveniently drawn out and cleaned by the filter screen groove 505.

The waste heat recovery device 6 heats cold air by using waste heat of waste gas and conveys hot air to the cloth feeding end and the cloth discharging end, so that heat energy is recycled, and meanwhile, the loss of heat in the oven is reduced. The intake frame 601 is mounted at two ends of the housing 605, and an exhaust gas port 6011 is opened thereon. The main intake pipe 602 and the side intake pipe 603 are housed in a casing 605, and communicate with an exhaust gas port 6011, so that exhaust gas having heat can enter the main intake pipe 602 and the side intake pipe 603. The one-layer uniform nozzle 708 is arranged at the end part of the lower-layer oven 100; the second-layer uniform nozzle 709 is arranged at the end part of the upper-layer drying oven; the first-layer uniform nozzle 708 and the second-layer uniform nozzle 709 are both provided with a plurality of nozzle openings 7081, and the nozzle openings 7081 supply heat energy to the cloth inlet end and the cloth outlet end of the oven 100, so that the oil dripping problem caused by cold air is reduced, and the fabric is prevented from being polluted.

Further, the waste heat recovery device 6 is connected to the spray washing tower 9 through the waste gas header pipe 8, and the spray washing tower 9 is connected to the electrostatic precipitation tower 10, so that the waste gas enters the waste gas header pipe 8 from the waste heat recovery device 6 and is treated through the spray washing tower 9 and the electrostatic precipitation tower 10. The spray washing tower 9 can achieve the effect of stably removing oil fume particles for a long time, can stably remove organic steam and granular pollutants in waste gas, and simultaneously reduces the temperature of the waste gas; the electrostatic dust removal tower 10 enables waste gas to pass through an electrostatic field, particulate matters are charged and move to a dust collecting electrode to be captured, and organic steam and granular pollutants in the waste gas are greatly cleaned through the whole double-layer forming machine waste gas treatment system.

In the present embodiment, the exhaust manifold 8 is composed of a plurality of exhaust branch pipes 801, an exhaust manifold three-way pipe 805, an exhaust reducer pipe 806, an exhaust outlet 807, and the like. The waste gas branch pipes 801 are respectively connected to a waste gas main pipe three-way pipe 805; the waste gas main pipe three-way pipe 805, the waste gas reducer pipe 806 and the waste gas outlet 807 are sequentially connected so as to transmit the collected waste gas of each setting machine to the spray washing tower 9.

The working principle of the waste gas centralized treatment and waste heat recycling system of the double-layer setting machine is as follows: through outside wind channel 2 with the inside wind channel 1 of one deck be connected with two layers of internal wind channels 3, utilize exhaust tube 4 to assemble whole forming machine waste gas and filter in 5, get into exhaust manifold 8 through waste heat recovery device 6 again, heat recycling device 7 is collected waste heat in with waste gas, through the even cloth feeding end and the cloth outlet end of distributing to double-deck forming machine oven 100 of nozzle mouth 7081, realize the reuse of energy, energy saving consumed the festival. The waste gas is filtered, sprayed and washed by the spray washing tower 9, and subjected to electrostatic dust removal by the electrostatic dust removal tower 10, so that most of harmful substances such as smoke dust, polyphenyl organic matters, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, oil and the like are removed, and finally the harmful substances are discharged into the atmosphere.
