Background

In the construction process of a main structure of a high-rise building, a large amount of solid waste can be generated due to the reasons of template construction, concrete conveying, concrete vibration, wall masonry, decoration construction and the like, the solid waste is formed by mixing concrete, tiles, waste plastics, waste wood, waste metal and the like, the solid waste is usually conveyed to the ground by utilizing a vertical waste channel, and the vertical waste channel has the advantages of high clearing speed, simplicity in operation, low transportation cost and the like.

However, the solid waste has a high speed when vertically falling to the ground in the vertical waste channel, the solid waste has high strength and high hardness and is irregular in shape, the solid waste can greatly impact the vertical waste channel and the transportation equipment positioned below the vertical waste channel, and even the ground below the vertical waste channel, and the impact force of the solid waste on the ground is larger along with the increase of floors, which always troubles the vertical transportation of the solid waste in high-rise building construction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a hydraulic separation vertical transportation system and method for solid waste on a construction site, aiming at the problems that the conventional vertical transportation device and method for solid waste have large impact on a vertical waste channel and transportation equipment positioned below the vertical waste channel and have potential safety hazards.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the vertical transport system of hydraulic separation of solid waste of job site, it includes:

the waste conveying pipeline is vertically arranged and detachably connected to the outer side of the building main body structure and is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of pipe bodies end to end, each floor of the building main body structure corresponds to at least one section of pipe body, and the side wall of the waste conveying pipeline corresponding to each floor is provided with a waste putting port communicated with the waste conveying pipeline;

The hydraulic separation vertical transportation system for the solid wastes in the construction site comprises a waste transportation pipeline which is detachably connected to the outer side of a main structure of a building, a hydraulic separation device which is arranged at the bottom of the waste transportation pipeline and communicated with the waste transportation pipeline, a conveying device which is arranged at the bottom of a water body in the hydraulic separation device and a paddle device which is arranged at the top of the water body, wherein the hydraulic separation vertical transportation device comprises a conveying device and a paddle device; the hydraulic separation device is additionally arranged at the bottom of the waste conveying pipeline, after the solid waste is conveyed to the hydraulic separation device through the waste conveying pipeline, heavy impurities in the solid waste sink into the conveying device at the bottom of the hydraulic separation device and are conveyed out to one side by the conveying device, and water is drained in the conveying process; light impurities in the solid waste float on the water surface, and the light impurities are scraped out by a paddle device positioned at the top of the water body and are transported out; the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system adopts the hydraulic separation device as the final transportation point of the solid waste, and utilizes the characteristic that the specific gravity of light impurities such as waste plastics, waste wood, waste paper and the like is smaller than that of water to automatically separate the light impurities from heavy impurities such as concrete, bricks and tiles and the like, thereby not only improving the transportation speed of the solid waste, but also improving the classification recycling efficiency of the solid waste; the buoyancy of water is utilized to play a role in buffering the vertical transportation of the solid waste, thereby reducing the dust emission and noise pollution and better maintaining the environment of a construction site; in addition, the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system is easy to disassemble and assemble, does not need to occupy larger building area, and further reduces the construction cost of solid waste transportation and classification.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention. For convenience of description, the directions of "up" and "down" described below are the same as the directions of "up" and "down" in the drawings, but this is not a limitation of the technical solution of the present invention.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is illustrated as a vertical transport system 10 for hydraulic separation of solid waste at a construction site, comprising:

the waste conveying pipeline 11 is vertically arranged and detachably connected to the outer side of the building main body structure and is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of pipe bodies end to end, each floor 2 of the building main body structure corresponds to at least one section of pipe body, and the side wall of the waste conveying pipeline 11 corresponding to each floor 2 is provided with a waste putting-in port 12 communicated with the waste conveying pipeline;

the hydraulic sorting device 14 is arranged at the bottom of the waste conveying pipeline 11, and the waste conveying pipeline 11 is communicated with the hydraulic sorting device 14;

a conveying device (not shown in the figure) arranged at the bottom of the water body in the hydraulic separation device 14 and used for conveying heavy impurities in the solid waste 3;

and the paddle device (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the top of the water body in the hydraulic separation device 14 and is used for scraping light impurities in the solid waste 3 floating on the surface of the water body.

The hydraulic separation vertical transportation system 10 for the solid wastes in the construction site comprises a waste transportation pipeline 11 which is detachably connected to the outer side of a main structure of a building, a hydraulic separation device 14 which is arranged at the bottom of the waste transportation pipeline 11 and is communicated with the waste transportation pipeline, a conveying device which is arranged at the bottom of a water body in the hydraulic separation device 14 and a blade device which is arranged at the top of the water body; the hydraulic separation device 14 is additionally arranged at the bottom of the waste conveying pipeline 11, after the solid waste 3 is conveyed to the hydraulic separation device 14 through the waste conveying pipeline 11, heavy impurities in the solid waste 3 sink into the conveying device at the bottom of the hydraulic separation device 14 and are conveyed out to one side by the conveying device, and water is drained together in the conveying process; light impurities in the solid waste 3 float on the water surface, and the light impurities are scraped out by a paddle device positioned at the top of the water body and transported out; the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system 10 adopts the hydraulic separation device 14 as the final transportation point of the solid waste 3, and utilizes the characteristic that the specific gravity of light impurities such as waste plastics, waste wood, waste paper and the like is smaller than that of water to automatically separate the light impurities from heavy impurities such as concrete, bricks and tiles and the like, thereby not only improving the transportation speed of the solid waste 3, but also improving the classification recycling efficiency of the solid waste 3; the buoyancy of water is utilized to play a role in buffering the vertical transportation of the solid waste 3, thereby reducing dust emission and noise pollution and better maintaining the environment of a construction site; in addition, the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system 10 is easy to disassemble and assemble, does not need to occupy larger building area, and further reduces the construction cost of transporting and classifying the solid waste 3.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system 10 for solid waste at construction site of the present invention further includes a spraying dust suppression device 15, wherein the bottom end of the spraying pipe of the spraying dust suppression device 15 is located in the water body of the hydraulic separation device 14, and the top end of the spraying pipe is located above the water body. The water in the hydraulic separation device 14 can be used as a water source of the automatic spraying dust suppression device 15, and the water resource can be recycled while the dust pollution on the construction site is reduced.

The waste throwing port 12 is also hinged with a throwing door (not shown in the figure), and the reversible throwing door is convenient for closing or opening the waste throwing port 12, thereby reducing the pollution to the surrounding environment.

The pipe body of the waste conveying pipeline 11 is made of a steel skeleton and a metal plate coated outside the steel skeleton, and the plurality of pipe bodies connected end to end form a closed inner cavity of the waste conveying pipeline 11, so that the waste conveying pipeline 11 has enough strength and tightness, and the solid waste 3 in the vertical conveying process is prevented from escaping to cause environmental pollution.

The above-described hydraulic sorting apparatus 14 is a box-type structure made of a metal material.

Example 2

The hydraulic separation vertical transportation method of the solid waste 3 in the construction site of the invention is described by combining with the figure 1, and the concrete steps are as follows:

the hydraulic separation vertical transportation system 10 of the solid waste in the construction site as described in embodiment 1 is installed outside the main structure of the building, the solid waste 3 crushed on each floor 2 is thrown into a waste transportation pipeline 11 through a waste throwing port 12, the solid waste 3 is vertically transported downwards along the waste transportation pipeline 11 to a hydraulic separation device 14 under the action of gravity, heavy impurities in the solid waste 3 sink into a conveying device at the bottom of the hydraulic separation device 14 and are transported out to one side by the conveying device, water is drained together during the conveying process, and light impurities in the solid waste 3 float on the water surface and are scraped out by a paddle device at the top of the water body and are transported out.
