referring to fig. 1, 9, 10, 11 and 12, in the fixing apparatus for an oil press charging barrel, a fixing mechanism 6 is disposed on an inner side above a main body frame 1, and the fixing mechanism 6 includes a first arc plate 601, a second arc plate 602, a first concave plate 603, a sliding plate 604, a limiting plate 605, a long shaft 606, a first screw 607, a moving plate 608, a second motor 609, a rack 610, a third gear 611, a groove plate 612, a half screw 613, a clamping block 614 and a third motor 615; the left inner side and the right inner side above the main body frame 1 are fixedly provided with first concave plates 603, the inner parts of the first concave plates 603 are connected with sliding plates 604 in a sliding manner, two groups of limiting plates 605 are fixedly connected to the upper parts of the inner sides of the sliding plates 604, long shafts 606 are fixedly connected to the lower parts of the two groups of limiting plates 605, the middle parts of the upper parts of the two groups of limiting plates are fixedly connected with first screw rods 607 through bearings, two groups of long shafts 606 are fixedly connected to the front ends and the rear ends below the limiting plates 605, a moving plate 608 is connected with the two groups of long shafts 606; the inner side of the left moving plate 608 is fixedly connected with a first arc-shaped plate 601, and the inner side of the right moving plate 608 is fixedly connected with a second arc-shaped plate 602; a second motor 609 is fixedly connected above the sliding plate 604, and a rotating shaft of the second motor 609 is fixedly connected with the top of one end of the outer side of the first screw 607; a rack 610 is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom of the sliding plate 604, a third gear 611 is meshed with the bottom of the rack 610, a groove plate 612 is arranged below the third gear 611, the third gear 611 is rotatably connected with the inside of the groove plate 612, and the bottom of the groove plate 612 is fixedly connected with the first concave plate 603; the second motor 609 is fixedly connected to the right side of the third gear 611, and the second motor 609 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the first concave plate 603. A clamping block 614 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the first arc-shaped plate 601, a clamping groove is formed in the lower end of the second arc-shaped plate 602, and the clamping block 614 is correspondingly matched with the clamping groove and forms a clamping mechanism; the top of the first arc plate 601 and the top of the second arc plate 602 are both fixedly connected with a half screw 613.

When the fixing device for the oil press feeding barrel is used, when the material barrel 3 is placed above the supporting plate frame 512, and the bottom end of the material barrel is clamped by the clamping mechanism 5, the third motor 615 is started to rotate, the third gear 611 also rotates, the third gear 611 is in tooth joint with the rack 610, so that the sliding plate 604 moves inwards at the same time under the action of the third gear 611, when the sliding plate 604 moves for a certain distance, the third motor 615 is closed, the second motor 609 is started to drive the first screw 607 to rotate, because the moving plate 608 is in threaded connection with the first screw 607, the moving plate 608 moves inwards at the same time under the rotation action of the first screw 607, so that the first arc-shaped plate 601 and the second arc-shaped plate 602 surround the upper end of the material barrel 3, when the first arc-shaped plate 601 and the second arc-shaped plate 602 surround the upper end of the material barrel 3, the fixture block 614 is correspondingly matched with the clamping groove, so that an arc-shaped plate 601 is clamped with a second arc-shaped plate 602, meanwhile, two half screw rods 613 are combined into a whole, the half screw rods 613 are half-section screw rods, and when the half screw rods 613 are close to each other, the half screw rods can be regarded as a group of whole; the fixing mechanism 6 is arranged to clamp and fix the upper end of the charging bucket 3, and meanwhile, when the charging bucket 3 is not required to be fixed, the charging bucket can be retracted close to the left inner side and the right inner side of the main body frame 1, so that the inner space of the main body frame 1 is effectively saved.

The scheme in this embodiment can be selectively combined with the scheme in other embodiments.

Example 4:

referring to fig. 1, 13 and 14, in the fixing device for the oil press charging barrel, a manipulator mechanism 2 is arranged above a main body frame 1, and the manipulator mechanism 2 includes a main arm 201, an auxiliary arm 202, a first bending plate 203, a straight suction pipe 204, a second bending plate 205, a bent suction pipe 206, a first gear 207, a second gear 208, a first motor 209 and a manipulator 210; a manipulator 210 is fixedly mounted above the main body frame 1, a main arm 201 and an auxiliary arm 202 are arranged on the right side of the manipulator 210, a first bending plate 203 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lower part of the main arm 201, and a straight suction pipe 204 is fixedly connected to the right side of the first bending plate 203 in a penetrating manner; the lower bottom fixedly connected with second bending plate 205 of auxiliary arm 202, bent pipe 206 has been run through on the right side of second bending plate 205, it is connected to be provided with the bearing between bent pipe 206 and the second bending plate 205, the fixed cover in top of bent pipe 206 has been connected with first gear 207, the right side toothing of first gear 207 has second gear 208, the first motor 209 of top fixedly connected with of second gear 208, the pivot of first motor 209 is connected with the rotation of second bending plate 205, first motor 209 passes through mounting bracket and second bending plate 205 fixed connection.

When the fixing device for the oil press feeding barrel is used, on the basis of the embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the manipulator 210 is utilized to control the main arm 201 to descend firstly, the straight suction pipe 204 is inserted into the charging basket 3 to suck most of raw materials, when the raw materials are basically sucked, the main arm 201 ascends, the auxiliary arm 202 descends, the bent suction pipe 206 is clung to the bottom edge of the charging basket 3 to suck the raw materials, and the first motor 209 is simultaneously started to drive the second gear 208 to rotate, so that the first gear 207 rotates slowly, the bent suction pipe 206 rotates in a small range finally, the raw materials are sucked, the situation that the manipulator 210 needs to frequently perform inching to cooperate with the bent suction pipe 206 to suck the raw materials is avoided, the starting and stopping frequency of the manipulator 210 is reduced, after the small-range raw materials at the bottom edge of the charging basket 3 are sucked completely, the manipulator 210 controls the auxiliary arm 202 to move, and another part of raw material is sucked; it should be noted that the top ends of the straight suction pipe 204 and the bent suction pipe 206 are both communicated with a feeding pipe, and the feeding pipe is connected with a feeding hopper of an oil press.

The scheme in this embodiment can be selectively combined with the scheme in other embodiments.
