and 3) repeatedly executing the step 2) until all the accommodating holes (601) of the paving template (6) are fully paved with the mosaic sheets (10), and finishing the placement of the mosaics.

The mosaic arranging method according to claim 1, wherein: the mosaic sheets (10) in the step 1) are conveyed through a mosaic sheet conveying device, a plurality of conveying channels are arranged on the upper side of the mosaic sheet conveying device, a conveying part in butt joint with the conveying channels is arranged on the upper side of the blanking template (4), each blanking hole (401) is correspondingly arranged right below the conveying part, and the mosaic sheets (10) are conveyed along the conveying channels and fall through the blanking holes (401).

conveying the paving template to the lower side of the other blanking template, and dropping the mosaic sheets into corresponding accommodating holes through the blanking holes of the new blanking template;

and 3) repeatedly executing the step 2) until all the accommodating holes of the paving template are fully paved with the mosaic sheets, and finishing the placement of the mosaics.

Preferably, the mosaic sheets in the step 1) are conveyed by a mosaic sheet conveying device, a plurality of conveying channels are arranged on the upper side of the mosaic sheet conveying device, a conveying part butted with the conveying channels is arranged on the upper side of the blanking template, each blanking hole is correspondingly arranged under the conveying part, and the mosaic sheets are conveyed along the conveying channels and fall through the blanking holes. The paving template conveying device comprises a conveying frame 2 and conveying rollers 3, wherein the conveying frame 2 is perpendicular to the length direction of the conveying plate 1, the conveying frame 2 is also gradually inclined downwards along the conveying direction of the mosaic sheets 10, and the length direction of the conveying frame 2 is perpendicular to the length direction of the conveying plate 1. The conveying rollers 3 are rotatably arranged on the conveying frame 2, and a plurality of conveying rollers 3 are arranged side by side along the length direction of the conveying frame 2 to convey the paving templates 6. Conveying rollers 3 are arranged under the blanking template 4 at intervals, and a space for the normal passing of the paving template 6 is reserved so as to avoid the obstruction of the blanking template 4 on the conveying of the paving template 6.

The lifting device 5 is arranged on the lower side of the conveying roller 3, and the lifting device 5 is positioned under the blanking template 4 so as to lift the paving template 6 conveyed on the upper side of the conveying roller 3, make the paving template attached to the bottom of the blanking template 4 and make the mosaic sheets 10 fall to the specified positions of the paving template 6 through the blanking holes 401 on the blanking template 4.

The lifting device 5 comprises a lifting frame and a power device, the lifting frame is arranged on the lower side of the conveying rollers 3, the upper portion of the lifting frame penetrates through the space between the adjacent conveying rollers 3 and then extends upwards, and the paving templates 6 are pushed to ascend. The power device is arranged on the lower side of the lifting frame, is connected with the lifting frame and pushes the lifting frame to ascend.

The lifting frame comprises a lifting frame 7, a support plate 8 and a support plate 9, the lifting frame 7 is arranged on the lower side of the conveying roller 3, the support plate 9 is arranged on the upper side of the conveying roller 3, the vertical setting of the support plate 8 is arranged between the support plate 9 and the lifting frame 7, the lower side of the support plate 8 is connected with the lifting frame 7, the upper side is connected with the support plate 9, the support plate 8 is arranged between the adjacent conveying rollers 3, and the conveying roller 3 is penetrated to lift the paving template 6. The supporting plates 9 are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the paving template 6, in the embodiment, the supporting plates 9 correspond to the supporting plates 8 one by one, and the supporting plates 9 are matched with each other to lift the paving template 6. The middle part of the supporting plate 9 is provided with a groove to position the paving template 6 and ensure that the paving template 6 is aligned with the blanking template 4. When the lifting frame 7 drives the paving template 6 to descend, the supporting plate 9 can fall between the adjacent conveying rollers 3, and the conveying of the paving template 6 is prevented from being hindered.

The paving template 6 is a square plate, a plurality of accommodating holes 601 for accommodating the mosaic sheets 10 are formed in the paving template 6, and the accommodating holes 601 are blind holes formed in the upper side of the paving template 6. And after the paving template 6 is attached to the blanking template 4, the distance between the bottom of the containing hole 601 and the top of the blanking template 4 is just equal to the thickness of the mosaic piece 10.

A mosaic arranging method comprises the following steps:

step 1) conveying the mosaic sheets 10 to the upper side of the blanking template 4, and enabling the mosaic sheets 10 to fall into the accommodating holes 601 corresponding to the paving templates 6 through the blanking holes 401.

The conveying roller 3 conveys the paving template 6, and conveys the paving template 6 to the position right below the blanking template 4, and at the moment, the blanking holes 401 on the blanking template 4 are just opposite to the accommodating holes 601 at the corresponding positions on the paving template 6. The lifting device 5 pushes the paving template 6 on the conveying roller 3 to rise and attach the paving template to the blanking template 4.

The mosaic sheets 10 are conveyed in the conveying groove 101, when the mosaic sheets 10 are conveyed to the blanking holes 401 of the blanking template 4, the mosaic sheets 10 fall into the designated accommodating holes 601 through the blanking holes 401, the tops of the mosaic sheets 10 are flush with the tops of the blanking templates 4, so that the subsequent mosaic sheets 10 are conveyed continuously, all the blanking holes 401 are guaranteed to fall the mosaic sheets 10, and the redundant mosaic sheets 10 fall off from one side, far away from the conveying plate 1, of the blanking template 4, so that the mosaic sheets 10 are laid.

After the paving is finished, the lifting device 5 is reset, and the paving template 6 falls onto the conveying roller 3 again for continuous conveying.

And 2) conveying the paving template 6 to the lower side of the other blanking template 4, and dropping the mosaic sheets 10 into the corresponding accommodating holes 601 through the blanking holes 401 of the new blanking template 4.

The paving template 6 is conveyed to the lower side of the other blanking template 4, and the positions of the blanking holes 401 on the new blanking template 4 are different from the positions of the blanking holes 401 of the blanking template 4 used in the step 1). The mosaic sheet 10 is replaced, and the color or pattern of the replaced mosaic sheet 10 is different from the mosaic sheet 10 in step 1).

And (3) conveying the paved and pasted template 6 in the step 1) to the position right below the other blanking template 4 through a conveying roller 3, and lifting the template again through a lifting device 5 to enable the replaced mosaic sheets 10 to fall into the designated accommodating holes 601 in the blanking template 6, wherein the paving method of the replaced paving template 6 is the same as the paving method of the paving template 6 in the step 1).

And 3) repeatedly executing the step 2) until all the accommodating holes 601 of the paving template 6 are fully paved with the mosaic sheets 10, and finishing the placement of the mosaic sheets 10.

And (5) repeating the step 2), namely paving different mosaic sheets 10 through different blanking templates 4 until all the accommodating holes 601 of the paving templates 6 are paved, and finishing paving the mosaic sheets 10.
