Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of flight suits used in flight aviation environments, in particular to an acceleration confrontation protective garment.

Background

In the field of aerospace, both astronauts and pilots are required to experience an overweight environment. The great overweight acting on the human body can have adverse effects on the human body and pose a serious threat to the flight safety. Fighter plane pilots need to finish various maneuvering flights in air combat flight, the speed and the direction are constantly changed, and the acceleration in each direction is generated. With the continuous development of high-performance fighters, the modern fighter can easily realize 9-10G maneuver, and grey vision, tubular vision, blackout and consciousness loss caused by acceleration sometimes occur, thereby forming a serious threat to flight safety.

The acceleration counterguard suit is effective load-resisting equipment which is tested by practice. The protective clothing is a physical protective measure, and can prevent blood from flowing to lower limbs due to inertia force and hydrostatic pressure gradient during the overweight action period, improve blood supply of the head and improve the tolerance of the human body to overweight.

The existing acceleration confrontation protective clothing can be divided into an inflatable type and a liquid-filled type according to the type of fluid, the inflatable type is low in cost, and the existing acceleration confrontation protective clothing is the most important existing acceleration confrontation protective clothing. However, the inflatable protective clothing has the problems of large heat stress, long response time, low load resistance limit and difficult optimization of load resistance distribution.

The liquid bag of the existing liquid-filled protective clothing is made of a low-tensile-rate material, and the load-resistant stress loading is realized by adopting a static pressure opening and closing mode. However, the liquid bag of the liquid-filled protective clothing has a small initial flow area, and can realize a small deformation amount when being overweight and overloaded, so the liquid bag needs to adopt a complex distributed structure in order to realize a sufficient anti-load effect, and the liquid bag has poor air permeability and responsiveness in addition to high manufacturing cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned situation, the main object of the present invention is to provide an acceleration countermeasure protective garment having low manufacturing cost, good air permeability and fast load response.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

an acceleration confrontation protective garment comprises a garment surface main body, a zipper unit, a liquid filling pipeline and a liquid filling pipe sleeve, wherein,

the garment surface main body comprises a trunk garment surface, a left trouser leg and a right trouser leg, and is made of breathable fabric with low elongation at break; the trunk garment surface comprises a left front garment piece, a right front garment piece and a rear garment piece, and a neck opening is formed in the upper part of the trunk garment surface;

the zipper unit comprises a front chest opening zipper, the front chest opening zipper is connected with the inner side edges of the left front garment piece and the right front garment piece and extends to the lower part of the trunk garment surface from the neck opening;

the liquid filling pipeline is arranged on the inner side of the clothes surface main body and comprises a left vertical pipe, a right vertical pipe and an abdominal sac;

the left vertical pipe extends from the upper part of the left front garment piece to the position below the middle part of the left trouser leg from top to bottom, the right vertical pipe extends from the upper part of the right front garment piece to the position below the middle part of the right trouser leg from top to bottom, and the lower end of the left vertical pipe and the lower end of the right vertical pipe are respectively higher than the lower end of the left trouser leg and the lower end of the right trouser leg;

the abdominal sac is correspondingly arranged at the lower parts of the left front garment piece and the right front garment piece, is positioned between the left vertical pipe and the right vertical pipe, and comprises a left transverse sac and a right transverse sac which are mutually independent, the left transverse sac is communicated with the left vertical pipe, and the right transverse sac is communicated with the right vertical pipe;

the liquid filling pipe sleeve is fixedly connected with the garment surface main body; the liquid filling pipe sleeve is wrapped on the periphery of the liquid filling pipeline in a sleeved mode and extends along the liquid filling pipeline; the liquid filling pipe sleeve and the liquid filling pipeline are both made of materials with high elongation at break, and the elongation at break of the material of the liquid filling pipe sleeve is lower than that of the material of the liquid filling pipeline; the circumference of the inner surface of the liquid filling pipe sleeve is larger than that of the outer surface of the liquid filling pipeline at the same section position in a natural extension state.

Preferably, the lower parts of the left front garment piece and the right front garment piece are respectively provided with an upper leading-out hole; the upper parts of the left trouser leg and the right trouser leg are respectively provided with a lower inlet; the left vertical pipe and the right vertical pipe are respectively led out from the corresponding upper lead-out holes and penetrate through the corresponding lower lead-in openings, so that the left trouser leg and the right trouser leg are respectively exposed at the joints of the left trouser leg and the body garment surface.

Preferably, the middle sections of the left trouser leg and the right trouser leg are respectively provided with a knee opening, and the left vertical tube and the right vertical tube are respectively exposed at the knee openings of the left trouser leg and the right trouser leg.

When the acceleration confrontation protective clothing is overloaded, liquid in the liquid filling pipeline tends to flow in the direction opposite to the acceleration direction under the action of inertia force, the static pressure of the liquid in the liquid filling pipeline is increased due to the inertia force, and the static pressure is in direct proportion to the liquid density, the acceleration value and the depth according to a static pressure formula P which is rhogh, so that the instantaneous static pressure is in gradient distribution by taking the depth as a variable, for example, if the acceleration direction is a positive Z axis, the static pressure of a calf is greater than the static pressure of a thigh and the static pressure of an abdomen.

The liquid filling pipeline is made of a material with high elongation at break, and instantaneous static pressure is distributed in a gradient manner, so that expansion degrees of all parts of the liquid filling pipeline are different, and liquid flows in the liquid filling pipeline; at the same time, the liquid filling pipeline outwards props the clothes surface main body, so that expansion stress is jointly applied to limbs of a pilot by the liquid filling pipeline and the clothes surface main body. The liquid filling pipelines are relatively intensively arranged, so that on one hand, sewing or assembling is easier, and the integral manufacturing cost is lower; on the other hand, the free area of the garment surface main body which is not covered with the liquid filling pipeline is larger, so that the air permeability is better.

The liquid filling pipeline of the invention is divided into the left vertical pipe and the right vertical pipe which extend from the upper part to the lower part of the clothes surface main body, liquid is relatively concentrated and expands depending on elastic deformation, the shape of the cross section of the pipeline is approximate to a circle after the liquid is filled, thus the initial flow area is large, and in addition, the liquid in the left transverse bag and the liquid in the right transverse bag can respectively supplement the liquid in the left vertical pipe and the liquid in the right vertical pipe, so the anti-load response is faster when the clothes surface main body bears overload. The liquid filling pipe sleeve is wrapped on the liquid filling pipe sleeve to play a role in protection, after the liquid filling pipe sleeve is expanded to be completely attached to the liquid filling pipe sleeve, the liquid forms a double-layer pipe wall structure, and the elongation at break of the liquid filling pipe sleeve is smaller, so that the expansion of the liquid filling pipe sleeve can be limited, and the load resistance stress is more balanced and more reasonable in distribution. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in one embodiment, the acceleration counter garment 100 includes a garment surface main body 10, a zipper unit, a liquid filling pipe 30 and a liquid filling pipe sleeve 40, wherein,

the garment surface main body 10 comprises a body garment surface 11, a left trouser leg 12 and a right trouser leg 13, and the garment surface main body 10 is made of breathable fabric with low elongation at break; the trunk garment surface 11 comprises a left front garment piece 111, a right front garment piece 112 and a rear garment piece 113, and a neck opening 114 is arranged at the upper part of the trunk garment surface 11;

In this embodiment, the main body 10 supports other components of the acceleration resistant suit 100, and the main body 10 transmits stress when the liquid filling pipe 30 is expanded. The main body 10 is usually made of split materials by splicing and sewing, and the split mode is set according to different wearing modes and the position of a zipper for detachable opening and closing. The material of the main body 10 may be aramid fabric.

In addition to ensuring the designed elongation at break, the main body 10, the liquid-filling pipe 30 and the liquid-filling pipe sleeve 40 are required to satisfy a certain strength, such as a breaking strength. In the present invention, the standard for the determination of the breaking strength and elongation at break is GB/T3923.1-1997.

The material of the liquid filling pipeline 30 can be polyurethane rubberized fabric which has high strength, low gram weight and good comfort. The material of the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 can be 507 brocade silk plain silk, which is referred to pages 447 to 450 of text of Chinese aviation materials handbook 7 coating, insulating materials and textile materials.

The abdominal sac 33 includes a left lateral sac 331 and a right lateral sac 332 which are independent from each other, the left lateral sac 331 is communicated with the left vertical tube 31, and the right lateral sac 332 is communicated with the right vertical tube 32, so that the left lateral sac 331 and the right lateral sac 332 can be opened along with the front chest opening zipper 21, thereby increasing the wearing convenience.

The liquid filled in the liquid filling pipe 30 may be pure water, and thus, may be used for drinking in an emergency. In order to apply sufficient body surface pressure to the limbs of the pilot when inflated, the overall filling volume of the filling line 30 may preferably be 3L to 4L, with the average radius of the filling line 30 being 24.7 mm; the cloth surface main body 10 is woven in a plain weave mode, the elongation at break in the weft direction ranges from 12.40% to 15.00%, and the elongation at break in the warp direction ranges from 8.03% to 15.00%; the elongation at break of the material of the liquid filling pipeline 30 is more than or equal to 38 percent, the elongation at break of the material of the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 is less than or equal to 25 percent, and the latitudinal direction of the garment surface main body 10 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the left vertical pipe 31 or the right vertical pipe 32. Further, the garment surface main body 10 is formed by blending and weaving Kevlar fibers and Nomex fibers. In the main body 10, the proportion of Kevlar fibers is 75% and the proportion of Nomex fibers is 25%.

When the acceleration-resisting protective clothing 100 of the present invention is overloaded, the liquid in the liquid-filling pipeline 30 tends to flow in the direction opposite to the acceleration direction under the action of the inertia force, which causes the static pressure of the liquid in the liquid-filling pipeline 30 to increase, and the static pressure is proportional to the liquid density, the acceleration value and the depth according to the static pressure formula P ═ ρ gh, so the instantaneous static pressure is distributed in a gradient with the depth as a variable, for example, if the acceleration direction is a positive Z axis, the static pressure of the lower leg is greater than the static pressure of the upper leg is greater than the static pressure of the abdomen.

The liquid filling pipeline 30 is made of a material with high elongation at break, and because the instantaneous static pressure is distributed in a gradient manner, the expansion degrees of all parts of the liquid filling pipeline 30 are different, and liquid flows in the liquid filling pipeline 30; at the same time, the liquid filling line 30 outwardly expands the main body 10, so that an expansion stress is applied to the limbs of the pilot by the liquid filling line 30 and the main body 10. When the pilot is overloaded on the positive Z axis in a sitting position in the cabin, the expansion stress promotes the blood to flow back to the upper part of the body, so that the cerebral blood pressure can be kept normal under an overload state, and the endurance limit of the pilot on the overload on the positive Z axis is improved.

The liquid filling pipelines 30 of the invention are relatively intensively arranged, so that on one hand, sewing or assembling is easier, and the whole manufacturing cost is lower; on the other hand, the clothing surface main body 10 has a larger vacant area not to cover the liquid filling pipe 30, and therefore, has better air permeability.

The liquid filling pipeline 30 of the invention is divided into the left vertical pipe 31 and the right vertical pipe 32 which extend from the upper part to the lower part of the garment panel main body 10, liquid is relatively concentrated and expands depending on elastic deformation, the shape of the cross section of the pipeline is approximate to a circle after the liquid is filled, thus the initial flow area is large, and in addition, the liquid in the left transverse bag 331 and the liquid in the right transverse bag 332 can respectively supplement the liquid in the left vertical pipe 31 and the liquid in the right vertical pipe 32, so the anti-load response is quicker when the garment panel main body is overloaded. The liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 is wrapped on the liquid filling pipe sleeve 30 to play a role in protection, and after the liquid filling pipe sleeve 30 is expanded to be completely attached to the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40, due to the fact that a double-layer pipe wall structure is formed on liquid and the elongation at break of the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 is smaller, expansion of the liquid filling pipe sleeve 30 can be limited, and the load resistance stress is more balanced and more reasonable in distribution. In addition, since the lower ends of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 are higher than the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13, respectively, it is preferable that the distance from the lower end of the left vertical tube 31 to the lower end of the left trouser leg 12 and the distance from the lower end of the right vertical tube 32 to the lower end of the right trouser leg 13 are both greater than 150 mm. So under the prerequisite of guaranteeing effectively exerting pressure to limbs left standpipe 31 and right standpipe 32 more be difficult for butt to pilot's instep or other barriers to left standpipe 31 and right standpipe 32 are more difficult for taking place local buckling, and then have guaranteed the circulation of left standpipe 31 and the inside liquid of right standpipe 32, have further promoted the anti-loading response speed.

Furthermore, the lower parts of the left front cut piece 111 and the right front cut piece 112 are respectively provided with an upper leading-out hole (111a, 112 a); the upper parts of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13 are respectively provided with a lower inlet (121, 131); the left vertical pipe 31 and the right vertical pipe 32 are respectively led out from the corresponding upper lead-out holes (111a, 112a) and penetrate through the corresponding lower lead-in openings (121, 131), so that the joints of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13 and the trunk surface 11 are respectively exposed.

In this embodiment, because the bending degree of the main body 10 of the clothing surface is large at the hip joint position in the sitting posture state of the pilot, the upper lead-out holes (111a, 112a) and the lower lead-in holes are respectively arranged at the positions corresponding to the positions adjacent to the hip joint position, so that the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 are exposed and are not bound by the main body 10 of the clothing surface, thereby preventing the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 from being broken and blocked, improving the liquidity of the liquid flow path, and further improving the load-resistant responsiveness.

Furthermore, knee openings (122, 132) are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13, and the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 are respectively exposed at the knee openings (122, 132) of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13.

In this embodiment, the knees of the pilot in the sitting posture are bent to a greater extent, the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 are exposed by the knee openings (122, 132), and the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 are easily broken and blocked at the knee positions, so that good circulation is ensured, and the load-resisting responsiveness is further improved.

Further, the lower section of the left vertical tube 31 and the lower section of the right vertical tube 32 are respectively located at two sides of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13.

In this embodiment, the bending amplitude at the knee is smaller along the path of the outer side of the leg away from the leg in the same sitting posture of the pilot, so that the risk of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 being blocked at this position is further reduced, and the load-resisting response is further improved.

Further, in order to accommodate different pilot sizes and to ensure that sufficient pressurization is produced during an overload. The acceleration counter suit 100 further comprises tightening means comprising trunk tightening means and lower limb tightening means;

the trunk tightening device is arranged on the trunk garment surface 11 and is used for tightening the trunk garment surface 11 in the circumferential direction of the trunk garment surface 11; the trunk tightening device comprises a left waist adjusting system 511, a right waist adjusting system 512 and a back adjusting system 513, wherein the left waist adjusting system 511 and the right waist adjusting system 512 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the trunk garment surface 11, and the back adjusting system 513 is arranged in the middle of the rear garment piece 113 and extends from top to bottom;

the lower limb tightening device comprises a left leg tightening device 521 and a right leg tightening device 522 which are respectively arranged on the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13, the left leg tightening device 521 is used for tightening the left trouser leg 12 in the circumferential direction of the left trouser leg 12, and the right leg tightening device 522 is used for tightening the right trouser leg 13 in the circumferential direction of the right trouser leg 13;

the left leg tightening device 521 comprises a left thigh adjusting system 521a and a left shank adjusting system 521b which are respectively used for tightening the upper part and the lower part of the left trouser leg 12 in the circumferential direction; the right leg tightening device 522 comprises a right thigh adjustment system 522a and a right shank adjustment system 522b for circumferentially tightening the upper and lower portions of the right leg pant 13, respectively.

In this embodiment, each tightening device may be implemented by any conventional mechanism, including a manual adjustment mechanism or an electrically driven adjustment mechanism.

Further, the cross-sectional area of the cavity of the abdominal sac 33 is larger than the cross-sectional areas of the cavities of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32, respectively. In the embodiment, it can be understood that the abdominal sac 33 is arranged to ensure pressurization of the abdomen of the pilot, and in the invention, in order to better consider the liquid supplement to the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32, the liquid volume of the abdominal sac 33 is increased by increasing the cross-sectional area of the cavity of the abdominal sac 33.

Further, in order to reduce the displacement of the liquid filling pipeline 30 relative to the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 in the wearing process, a plurality of fixing tongues 34 which are spaced from each other are arranged on the outer wall of the liquid filling pipeline 30, and the fixing tongues 34 penetrate through the liquid filling pipe sleeve 40 and are fixedly connected with the garment surface main body 10; the fixing tongues 34 comprise fixing tongues 34 respectively arranged at the inner ends of the left transverse bag 331 and the right transverse bag 332, fixing tongues 34 respectively arranged at the upper ends of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32, a plurality of fixing tongues 34 arranged at two opposite sides of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 and arranged at intervals up and down, and a plurality of fixing tongues 34 arranged at two opposite sides of the left vertical tube 31 and the right vertical tube 32 and arranged at intervals up and down. In this embodiment, the fixing tongue piece 34 can be fixedly connected to the garment surface main body 10 by sewing or gluing.

Furthermore, in order to fill or evacuate liquid, the upper parts of the left front body piece 111 and the right front body piece 112 are respectively provided with a water filling through hole (111b, 112b), the acceleration countermeasure protective suit 100 further comprises two water filling nozzles 60, the two water filling nozzles 60 are respectively connected to the upper ends of the left vertical pipe 31 and the right vertical pipe 32, and the two water filling nozzles 60 are respectively exposed from the water filling through holes (111b, 112b) on the upper parts of the left front body piece 111 and the right front body piece 112. In this embodiment, the water filling nozzle 60 may adopt an existing structure, and preferably, the water filling nozzle 60 adopts a clip lock structure and has a self-sealing performance. When filling liquid, the butt joint is used for ejecting the spring of the self-sealing structure of the water filling joint 60, so that the pipeline is smooth, and after filling the liquid, the liquid in the liquid filling pipeline 30 cannot flow out because the water filling joint 60 has the self-sealing function. Since the two water filling nozzles 60 are connected to the upper ends of the left and right vertical ducts 31 and 32, respectively, it is convenient for the pilot to perform the liquid filling operation while wearing the pilot in a standing posture.

Furthermore, for wearing convenience, the upper part of the trunk garment surface 11 is also provided with a shoulder opening 115, and the lower part is provided with a crotch opening 116; the front chest zipper 21 extends down to the crotch opening 116. A transverse hollow 117 is formed between the lower edge of the rear cut part 113 and the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13, so that the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13 can be better moved.

In order to completely open the right trouser leg 13 and the right trouser leg 13, the zipper unit further comprises a left trouser leg zipper 22 and a right trouser leg zipper 23, the left trouser leg zipper 22 and the right trouser leg zipper 23 are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13 and extend to the lower openings of the corresponding left trouser leg 12 and the right trouser leg 13 from the crotch opening 116.
