The effects of the external application on treating edema, aching pain of bones and muscles and neurodermatitis and tinea are proved by modern medicine. Paper of paper mulberry bark is characterized by toughness, whiteness, softness, smoothness, long-term storage, no aging, no damage by tearing, corrosion resistance, moth resistance and the like, and is the most important material for copying, writing, agreeing with writing and cosmetic beauty care in the future. Ionic Liquids (ILs) are salts which are composed of positive ions and negative ions and are liquid at room temperature or use temperature, and are green solvents which have strong dissolving capacity, are non-volatile, have high thermal stability and can be designed. The ionic liquid has excellent performances in extraction and separation of food components, analysis and detection, physical property modification and the like. Research shows that the anions and cations in the ionic liquid contain different functional groups such as hydroxyl and the like to form hydrogen bonds, destroy the crystalline structure of the microcrystalline dietary fiber and enhance the solubility of the dietary fiber. Therefore, the ionic liquid has great potential for extracting effective components in the paper mulberry bark.

s1, leaching: taking dried paper mulberry bark, crushing, adding an acidic ionic liquid aqueous solution, leaching for a period of time, and filtering to obtain a filtrate;

s2, concentration: adding a binder, a plasticizer, a thickening agent and a chelating agent into the obtained filtrate, heating, stirring and concentrating until the water content is 10-30 wt%, so as to obtain a concentrated solution;

s3, manufacturing the sole: covering a layer of concentrated solution with the thickness of 1-10 mm on the sole substrate, drying and solidifying the concentrated solution, and then arranging a cotton filling layer on the surface of the concentrated solution to obtain the sole;

s4, manufacturing cloth shoes: and sewing the vamp on the obtained sole to obtain the finished product of the cloth shoe.

In addition, leaching under acidic conditions is beneficial to the dissolution of the ingredients with medicinal effects in the paper mulberry bark, the dissolution rate of the medicinal ingredients is accelerated and improved, and the prepared cloth shoes have obvious health care effects. The invention can accelerate the dissolution and extraction of various active ingredients in paper mulberry bark and improve the bioavailability of the paper mulberry bark by acidic ionic liquid treatment.

2. The acidic ionic liquid used in the invention has the advantages of small dosage, high greening degree, no environmental pollution such as waste water and the like, high biocompatibility, no harm to human body, health and environmental protection.

Comparative example 1:

The wear resistance and the curative effect of the cloth shoes prepared in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 are examined.

1. Investigation of wear resistance

2 pairs of cloth shoes made of 40 yards in each of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were selected, 22 middle-aged persons (age 40 to 45 years) with weight 50 to 55kg and capable of trying on the 22 pairs of shoes were selected, each person took 10000 steps per day at an average speed, sole conditions were observed at 0/1/2/3/5 months (0 month, namely all the cloth shoe soles were smooth and without unevenness when worn), and the results are listed in table 1.

2. Examination of therapeutic effects

The cloth shoes manufactured in 10 pairs of 40 yards in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-5 are selected from 110 old people with certain rheumatic arthritis pain in 60-65 years old, each person walks at a constant speed of 5000-6000 steps wearing shoes every day, the pain condition is inquired and the improvement condition is observed in 0/1/2/3/4 months, and the results are listed in table 2.
