Detailed Description

The disclosure may be understood more readily by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification, including definitions, will control.

The term "prepared from …" as used herein is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes," "including," "has," "having," "contains," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, process, method, article, or apparatus.

The conjunction "consisting of …" excludes any unspecified elements, steps or components. If used in a claim, the phrase is intended to claim as closed, meaning that it does not contain materials other than those described, except for the conventional impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of …" appears in a clause of the subject matter of the claims rather than immediately after the subject matter, it defines only the elements described in the clause; other elements are not excluded from the claims as a whole.

When an amount, concentration, or other value or parameter is expressed as a range, preferred range, or as a range of upper preferable values and lower preferable values, this is to be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed from any pair of any upper range limit or preferred value and any lower range limit or preferred value, regardless of whether ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when a range of "1 to 5" is disclosed, the described range should be interpreted to include the ranges "1 to 4", "1 to 3", "1 to 2 and 4 to 5", "1 to 3 and 5", and the like. When a range of values is described herein, unless otherwise stated, the range is intended to include the endpoints thereof and all integers and fractions within the range.

The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. "optional" or "any" means that the subsequently described event or events may or may not occur, and that the description includes instances where the event occurs and instances where it does not.

Approximating language, as used herein throughout the specification and claims, is intended to modify a quantity, such that the invention is not limited to the specific quantity, but includes portions that are literally received for modification without substantial change in the basic function to which the invention is related. Accordingly, the use of "about" to modify a numerical value means that the invention is not limited to the precise value. In some instances, the approximating language may correspond to the precision of an instrument for measuring the value. In the present description and claims, range limitations may be combined and/or interchanged, including all sub-ranges contained therein if not otherwise stated.

In addition, the indefinite articles "a" and "an" preceding an element or component of the invention are not intended to limit the number requirement (i.e., the number of occurrences) of the element or component. Thus, "a" or "an" should be read to include one or at least one, and the singular form of an element or component also includes the plural unless the stated number clearly indicates that the singular form is intended.

The applicant proves that the penetration enhancer selected by the invention can form a liposome coating structure through a large amount of creative experimental researches, and the weight ratio of the film-forming agent trimethylpentanediol/adipic acid copolymer to the penetration enhancer is 1: 1-2, skin conditioner components in the system can be integrated into a coating structure formed by a penetration enhancer through a synergistic effect, and the formed coating structure can be ensured to slowly permeate and act on skin cells through the penetration effect under the promotion of an active component C; on the other hand, due to the slow release and lasting effect of the active ingredients, the action time of the active ingredients on the skin is prolonged, the skin is further protected and moistened, and the skin brightening effect is achieved.

In the experimental test process, the applicant finds that the sustained-release skin-brightening essence composition prepared by the method has a skin-brightening effect on skin, can protect the skin from the influence of pollution particles in the environment, forms a protective physical barrier on the surface of the skin, prevents harmful substances from adhering to the surface of the skin, and further improves the skin-brightening effect.

In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the dosage of the film forming agent is larger than the range of the application, so that the prepared composition has sticky feeling and slight irritation to the skin; when the dosage of the penetration enhancer is too large, the time for the effective components to act on the face is shortened, and the slow release effect is reduced.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a sustained-release skin-brightening essence composition, which comprises the following steps:

1) weighing a solvent, a skin conditioner and an auxiliary agent according to the weight percentage, adding the weighed materials into a vacuum stirring pot, and stirring to obtain a mixture;

A method for preparing a sustained-release skin-brightening essence composition according to example 1.

EXAMPLE 6

The embodiment of the sustained-release skin brightening essence composition is the same as that of example 1, and is different from example 1 in that 1, 3-propanediol is not contained.

Example 7

The embodiment of the sustained-release skin-brightening essence composition is the same as that of example 1, and is different from example 1 in that the composition does not contain the active ingredient A.

Example 8

The embodiment of the sustained-release skin brightening essence composition is the same as that of example 1, and is different from example 1 in that the composition does not contain an active ingredient C.

Example 9

The embodiment of the slow-release skin brightening essence composition is the same as that in example 1, and is different from example 1 in that the weight ratio of an active ingredient A to an active ingredient B to an active ingredient C is 1: 1: 1.

example 10

The specific implementation mode of the sustained-release skin-brightening essence composition is the same as that in example 1, and the difference from example 1 is that a film-forming agent is polyvinyl alcohol which is purchased from Shanghai Aladdin Biochemical reagent company Limited.

Example 11

The embodiment of the slow-release type skin brightening essence composition is the same as that of example 1, and is different from example 1 in that the composition does not contain a penetration enhancer.

And (3) performance testing:

1. and (3) testing the slow release effect: the sustained-release effect test is carried out on the sustained-release type skin brightening essence composition prepared in the example 1 and the common commercially available skin brightening and purifying composition, 20 female volunteers aged 25-40 years are randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups, so that the volunteers score the skin brightening and purifying composition under different trial conditions, and the score of the skin brightening and purifying composition with the obvious skin color brightening effect is 9-10; slightly improving the skin color and marking the result as 5-9 points; the effect of lightening the skin color is not found and is marked as 1-5 points, and the results are counted in the following table 1.

Table 1:

2. and (3) testing the melanin content: the skin melanin content of the skin of the volunteers after the use of the sustained-release type skin lightening essence compositions prepared in examples 1 to 11 was tested by a Mexameter MX18 instrument, and the test results were counted in the following table 2.

90 female volunteers aged 25-40 years were randomly selected, randomly divided into nine groups, and the change in the melanin content in the face of the volunteer before use and after 7 days and 30 days was tested.

Note: the data are the average of melanin in each group of volunteers.

Table 2:

the above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
