The fructus Sophorae is bitter in taste and cold in nature. It enters liver and large intestine meridians. Clear heat and purge fire, cool blood and stop bleeding. Can be used for treating hematochezia due to intestinal heat, hemorrhoid hemorrhage, headache due to liver heat, vertigo, and conjunctival congestion.

Herba seu radix Cirsii Japonici: sweet, bitter and cool. It enters heart and liver meridians. Cool blood to stop bleeding, dispel stasis to relieve swelling. Can be used for treating epistaxis, hematemesis, hematuria, hematochezia, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, carbuncle, swelling, and skin ulcer.

Purslane: sour and cold. It enters liver and large intestine meridians. Clear heat and remove toxicity, cool blood and stop bleeding, stop dysentery. Bloody dysentery due to heat toxin, carbuncle, furuncle, eczema, erysipelas, snake and insect bite, hematochezia, hemorrhoidal bleeding, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.

Kuh-seng is bitter in taste and cold in nature. It enters heart, liver, stomach, large intestine and bladder meridians. Clear heat and dry dampness, kill parasites and induce diuresis. Rhizoma atractylodis: pungent and bitter with warm nature. It enters spleen, stomach and liver meridians. Dry dampness and invigorate spleen, dispel wind and cold, improve vision. Can be used for treating damp obstruction of middle warmer, abdominal distention, diarrhea, edema, tinea pedis, atrophic debility cramped, rheumatalgia, wind-cold type common cold, night blindness, dim eyesight, and astringency.

Alum: sour, astringent and cold in nature. It enters lung, spleen, liver and large intestine meridians. It is externally used to detoxify and kill parasites, dry dampness and relieve itching. The external treatment is used for eczema, scabies, tinea, rectocele, hemorrhoids and purulent otitis media. Dried alum astringes dampness to heal wound, stops bleeding and removes putridity. Can be used for treating eczema, rectocele, hemorrhoid, purulent otitis media, pudendal pruritus, leukorrhagia, epistaxis, gingival hemorrhage, and nasal .

Borneol: pungent, bitter and slightly cold. It enters heart, spleen and lung meridians. Induce resuscitation and refresh mind, clear heat and alleviate pain. Can be used for treating fever unconsciousness, convulsion syncope, apoplexy with phlegm syncope, qi stagnation and sudden syncope, coma, conjunctival congestion, aphtha, sore throat, and purulence in ear canal.

The clinical experiment of the invention is as follows:
