The aerobic and anaerobic composting method can reduce the foul smell of the final product of the treatment, and the generated methane can also be used as energy, but the ammonia gas has more volatilization loss and large volume of treatment facilities. The aerobic and anaerobic composting method is an effective means for harmless and safe treatment of the livestock and poultry manure at present, has short fermentation period, thorough decomposition of organic matters, good killing effect on pathogenic bacteria, parasitic ova and weed seeds, less odor of final products, dryness, and easy packaging and fertilization. However, fermentation needs ventilation or turning, time and labor are wasted, ammonia volatilization exists in fermentation, odor can be generated, fertilizer efficiency is reduced, and a large field is needed for composting. Compared with natural compost, the biological compost has high composting efficiency, short fermentation period and high compost quality.

Because the livestock and poultry manure also contains a large amount of organic matters, particularly because the digestive tract of chickens is short, the requirement on feed protein is high, the feeding mode is high and the like, the organic protein content in the chicken manure is higher, the organic components in the livestock and poultry manure are not fully utilized by the treatment according to the prior art, and certain resource waste is caused.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a continuous livestock and poultry manure treatment system comprises a storage tank 1 for storing livestock and poultry manure, a stirring device 2 arranged beside the storage tank, a sundries removing device 3, a grinding device 4 and a bait storage bin 5, wherein a first feeding device 6 is connected between the storage tank 1 and the stirring device 2, a second feeding device 7 is connected between the stirring device 2 and the sundries removing device 3, a discharge port of the sundries removing device 3 is directly connected with a feed port of the grinding device 4 or is connected with the feed port of the grinding device 4 through a connecting pipe, and in the embodiment, a discharge port of the sundries removing device 3 is directly connected with a feed port of the grinding device 4. The discharge hole of the grinding device 4 is externally connected with a material storage device 5. The discharge port of the grinding device 4 can also be connected with the material storage device 5 through a feeding device, and a feeding device 8 for feeding materials outside can be arranged on the material storage bin. The first feeding device 6 and the second feeding device 7 can adopt common conveying devices such as a screw conveyor, a chain plate conveyor, a bucket elevator and the like, the screw conveyor is adopted in the embodiment, and the livestock and poultry manure is conveyed in a closed pipeline, so that odor emission can be reduced. The variable pressure discharging mechanism comprises a spring frame 303a and a spring 303b, wherein the spring frame 303a is located at the outer end of the spiral pipe 302 and is arranged at an interval with the spiral pipe, the spring 303b is transversely arranged on the spring frame, the front end of the spring faces the spiral pipe and is fixedly provided with a baffle 303c, and the baffle is freely pressed at the tail end of the spiral pipe. The feed inlet is connected with the upstream feeding device, and the discharge outlet is connected with the downstream device. As shown in fig. 10, the grinding mechanism 406 is composed of a conical inner grinding head 406a and an outer grinding head 406b which is arranged outside the inner grinding head and has a conical inner cavity, the surface of the inner grinding head is provided with a tooth-shaped structure, and the inner surface of the outer grinding head is provided with a tooth-shaped structure matched with the tooth-shaped structure on the surface of the inner grinding head; the outer grinding head is fixed on an end plate at the tail end of the spiral feeding pipe.
