A fastener suitable for an automobile comprises a bolt, a screw arranged in a screw rod and a locking assembly arranged in the screw rod. The bolt comprises a rod body and a thread spirally arranged on the outer side wall of the rod body. Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 to fig. 3 are schematic structural views of a fastener suitable for an automobile according to the present invention. The fastener for the automobile comprises a bolt 10, a screw 20 arranged in the screw 10, and a locking assembly 30 arranged in the screw 10. It is contemplated that the automotive fastener may include other functional features, such as internal and external threads, internal and external chamfers, etc., as is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described further herein.

The bolt 10 includes a shaft 11, a thread 12 spirally formed on an outer side wall of the shaft 11, a flange 13 connected to one end of the shaft 11, and a nut 14 formed on the flange 13. The bolt 10 may be integrally formed.

The rod body 11 is a cylindrical structure, the rod body 11 is used for arranging the screw 20 and the anti-loosening assembly 30, and the thread 12 is arranged on the outer side surface of the rod body 11. In order to provide the screw 20 and the anti-loose assembly 30, the rod body 11 is provided with a threaded hole 111 formed in the rod body 11, and a sliding groove 112 formed in an outer side wall of the rod body 11 and penetrating both sides of the rod body 11. The top end of the nut 14 is provided with a groove 141, and the groove 141 is used for arranging the screw 20.

The screw 20 is disposed in the threaded hole 111, and the screw 20 is provided with an external thread (not shown) that is engaged with the internal thread in the threaded hole 111, so that the screw 20 can be screwed into the threaded hole 111. One end of the screw 20 is provided with a cross-shaped recess (not shown) for connecting with an external screwdriver, and the other end of the screw 20 passes through the sliding recess 112 and separates the anti-loose assembly 30 disposed in the sliding recess 112 and is clamped by the anti-loose assembly 30. The screw 20 is used to separate the check assembly 30 and position the check assembly 30.

The anti-loose assembly 30 includes two sliding blocks 31 oppositely disposed in the sliding grooves 112, two elastic members 32 having two ends respectively connected to the two sliding grooves 112, and two anti-slip layers 33 respectively disposed on the two sliding blocks 31.

Each of the sliding blocks 31 includes a body 311 slidably disposed in the sliding groove 112, an arc section 312 disposed at one end of the sliding groove 112, and an abutting thread 313 disposed at the other end of the sliding groove 112. The body 31 is located in the sliding groove 112, and the size of the body 31 should be smaller than or equal to the size of the sliding groove 112, so that the body 31 can slide in the sliding groove 112. The arc section 312 is arranged at one end of the body 31 and attached to the side wall of the screw 20, and when the screw 20 is not arranged, the arc section 312 is attached to the arc section 312 of the other sliding block 31. The width of the arc section 312 is smaller than that of the body 31, so that a space for disposing the elastic member 32 is reserved, and the elastic member 32 is disposed conveniently. Due to the arc structure of the arc section 312, when the screw 20 passes through the anti-loose assembly 30, the tip of one end of the screw 20 contacts with the arc section 312, so that the arc section 312 has a guiding function, and the two sliding blocks 31 can be separated more easily by the screw 20. The abutting thread 313 is arranged at the other end of the body 31 and extends out of the sliding groove 112 to be flush with the thread 12, and the spiral direction of the abutting thread 313 is opposite to the spiral direction of the thread 12, so that the abutting thread 313 is not matched with the internal thread in the threaded hole of the locking piece. After the two sliding blocks 31 of the anti-loosening assembly 30 are separated, the abutting thread 313 abuts against and blocks the internal thread in the threaded hole of the locking member, and the screw direction of the abutting thread 313 is opposite to the screw direction of the thread 12, so that the abutting thread 313 is not matched with the internal thread in the threaded hole of the locking member, the screw 10 cannot rotate or reversely rotate, and the purpose of preventing loosening is achieved.

Two ends of the elastic member 32 are respectively connected with one end of the two bodies 311, the elastic member 32 is located on two sides of the arc section 312, and the elastic member 32 is a spring. The elastic element 32 is used for connecting the two sliding blocks 31, and when the screw 20 is not provided, the two sliding blocks 31 are attached to each other under the action of elastic force and are located in the sliding groove 112, so that the abutting thread 313 of the sliding block 31 is prevented from extending out of the sliding groove 112, and the screwing of the screw 10 is prevented from being influenced. In addition, after the screw 20 passes through the anti-loosening assembly 30, the elastic element 32 causes the two sliding blocks 31 to clamp the screw 20 under the action of elastic force, so that the anti-loosening performance of the screw 20 can be improved, and the screw 20 cannot loosen.

At the same time, the screw 20 is clamped by the two sliding blocks 311 through the elastic force of the elastic member 32, so that the screw 20 is further fixed, and the screw 20 is prevented from loosening. When the screw 20 is detached, the two sliding blocks 311 are attached to each other under the elastic force of the elastic member 32, and are retracted into the sliding groove 111, and the screw rod 10 is detached by being unscrewed, thereby completing the detachment. The assembling and disassembling process is simple, the assembling is convenient, and any one component can be replaced when damaged.

Compared with the prior art, the fastener suitable for the automobile provided by the invention has a good anti-loosening effect on the bolt by arranging the anti-loosening assembly 30. The two sliding blocks 31 of the anti-loosening assembly 30 are separated by arranging the screw 20, so that the abutting thread 313 extends out of the sliding groove 111, the spiral direction of the abutting thread 313 is opposite to the spiral direction of the thread 12, and therefore, the abutting thread 313 is not matched with the internal thread in the threaded hole of the locking piece, the abutting thread 313 is clamped with the internal thread in the threaded hole of the locked piece, the screw 10 cannot rotate or reversely rotate, and the purpose of preventing loosening is achieved. At the same time, the screw 20 is clamped by the two sliding blocks 311 through the elastic force of the elastic member 32, so that the screw 20 is further fixed, and the screw 20 is prevented from loosening. In addition, the whole assembling and disassembling process is simple, the assembly is convenient, and any one damaged component can be replaced.
