The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the bottom of a mounting plate 3 is welded with a supporting seat 1, a first hydraulic expansion device 4 is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the mounting plate 3 close to a supporting frame 2, the output end of the first hydraulic expansion device 4 is welded with one end of a first supporting rod 5, the first supporting rod 5 is movably connected with the mounting plate 3 through the first hydraulic expansion device 4, the first supporting rod 5 is matched with a through hole 6, the first supporting rod 5 is slidably connected with the supporting frame 2 through the through hole 6, one end of a second supporting rod 7 is welded with the inner wall of the supporting frame 2, the outer surface of a clamping block 8 is matched with the inner surface of a clamping groove 9, the second supporting rod 7 is clamped with the first supporting rod 5 through the clamping block 8 arranged in the clamping groove 9, one ends of two hanging rods 10 are welded with the top of the inner wall of the supporting frame 2, a fixing sleeve 11 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the two, another fixed sleeve 11 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the second support rod 7, the hub main body 20 is firstly conveyed to a proper position through the feeding assembly, the first support rod 5 is driven to move to one side through the first hydraulic telescopic device 4, the connecting sleeve 12 outside the hub main body is connected with the connecting shaft 21, so that the hub main body 20 is supported, the first support rod 5 is fixedly clamped with the second support rod 7, and the hub is suspended to be convenient to detect; the outer wall of the first supporting rod 5 is sleeved with a connecting sleeve 12, one end of a connecting ring 13 is welded with one side surface of the connecting sleeve 12, one side surface of a first gear 14 is welded with the other side surface of the connecting ring 13, the first gear 14 is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve 12 through the connecting ring 13, a limiting block 15 is arranged on the other side surface of the connecting sleeve 12, the first gear 14 is meshed with a second gear 18, the second gear 18 is fixedly arranged at the output end of a motor 17, the connecting sleeve 12 is in linkage connection with the motor 17 through the second gear 18 meshed with the first gear 14, the motor 17 is fixedly arranged at the inner side of a supporting plate 16, the top of the supporting plate 16 is welded with the lower surface of the first supporting rod 5, the outer surface of the connecting sleeve 12 is matched with the inner surface of a connecting shaft 21, the second gear 18 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the motor 17, so that the first gear 14 rotates, thereby facilitating viewing of the hub body in multiple directions; a placing groove matched with the bottom end of the hub main body 20 is formed in the fixed box 19, the lower surface of the fixed box 19 is welded with the output end of a second hydraulic telescopic device 22, the second hydraulic telescopic device 22 is fixedly arranged in the supporting seat 1, the fixed box 19 moves up and down through the second hydraulic telescopic device 22, and the hub main body 20 can be conveniently moved to a working area in a full-automatic mode; the number of the cameras 24 is three, each camera 24 is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting plate 23, the other end of the connecting plate 23 is welded with the inner wall of the support frame 2, the top end of the vertical plate 25 is welded with the lower surface of the connecting plate 23, the illuminating lamp 26 is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the vertical plate 25, the cameras 24 are in signal connection with the image processor 27, one camera 24 is respectively distributed at the top of the inner wall of the support frame 2 and is aligned with the bottom fixing box 19, the other two cameras 24 are symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of the two side walls of the support frame 2 and are positioned at the bottoms of the first supporting rod 5 and the second supporting rod 7, the image processor 27 is fixedly arranged at the top of the support seat 1, the hub main body 1 is moved to a proper position through the feeding set, the rotating assembly on the outer wall of the first supporting rod 5 is connected with the, then, the motor 17 is started to enable the hub main body 20 to rotate, and through illumination of the illuminating lamp 26, the camera 24 can collect cleaned pictures in all directions and then transmit the pictures to the image processor 27, defect detection and classification are achieved, and the method is more accurate compared with human eye detection.
