The existing domestic beach weeding method mainly adopts an artificial physical treatment method, namely weeding by using mechanical equipment such as a mower, a pulper and the like, but the effect is not ideal, and the following reasons mainly exist: firstly, the equipment is difficult to walk on the mud flat and is easy to get into mud and cannot work; secondly, the root system of the intertidal zone weeds is developed, the common mower or the mincing machine is difficult to eradicate, improper treatment is easy to propagate and grow, and a larger environmental problem is caused; thirdly, the cost of manpower and material resources is high, and the treatment of weeds in a large range is difficult. For this reason, improvements to the existing beach weed removing machine are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The guide grooves on the top surface and the bottom surface of the buoyancy tank are straight grooves, and inclined top ends of inclined plates of auxiliary track plates connected with chains in the straight grooves are abutted against side surfaces of the walking compression rollers on the corresponding sides. The auxiliary track plate is provided with a connecting support, the connecting support is provided with connecting holes which are matched with at least two pin shafts in the chain in an inserting mode, and the connecting support is fixed together when the connecting support is connected with the inner chain plate and the outer chain plate along with the pin shafts. The structure is used as a scheme structure for connecting the auxiliary track plate and the chain, and the connection is more convenient and reliable.

The auxiliary track plate is provided with a fixed plate which is fixed together with the connecting seat of the outer chain plate and the connecting plate of the walking press roller, namely the auxiliary track plate is fixed together with the walking press roller and the outer chain plate when being fixed. The structure is used as another scheme structure for connecting the auxiliary track plate and the chain, and is also convenient and reliable to connect and easy to detach.

The chain is a double chain arranged in parallel at intervals, and the walking press roller and the auxiliary track plate are fixed between the outer peripheral surfaces of the double chains. With this structure, the walking stability is further improved.

The walking press roller is any one of a rectangular column strip, a trapezoidal column strip and a tooth-shaped column strip. Through this structure, realize walking compression roller to the reliable rolling of weeds.

The floating box is fixedly connected with the equipment platform through the stand columns and the bent columns, at least one row of stand columns are arranged on the top surface of the floating box in a welding mode, the top surface of each stand column is fixedly welded with the bottom surface of the equipment platform, two side surfaces of the floating box and two corresponding side surfaces of the equipment platform are fixedly welded through one row of bent columns, and the bent columns are in the shape of a Chinese character 'J' in the inward concave direction towards the area between the floating box and the equipment platform. Through the structure, the tensioning adjustment of the chain is facilitated, and the chain transmission is more stable and reliable.

The tail part of the equipment platform is fixedly provided with a spray head for spraying and washing the chain at the tail end, the walking compression roller and the auxiliary track plate, and a water pump and a water tank for supplying water to the spray head are arranged above the equipment platform. Through the structure, the accumulation of sludge on the chain, the walking press roller and the auxiliary track plate can be effectively prevented, and the aim of cleaning can be conveniently fulfilled.

The invention effectively realizes the weeding operation on the mudflat, has more stable and reliable walking, is not easy to sink into the mud, has high operation efficiency and good weeding effect, and is suitable for being used as weeding equipment on the mudflat or improving the structure of the similar equipment.

As shown in fig. 1, the mudflat weed removing machine comprises an equipment platform 1, a floating box 2 and a traveling mechanism, wherein the equipment platform is fixed on the top surface of the floating box, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the floating box and the equipment platform are fixedly connected through upright posts 101 and bent posts 102, wherein the top surface of the floating box is welded with two rows of upright posts which are uniformly distributed, the top surfaces of the upright posts and the bottom surface of the equipment platform are welded and fixed, two side surfaces of the floating box and two corresponding side surfaces of the equipment platform are welded and fixed through one row of bent posts, and the bent posts are in a shape like a Chinese character' in which the inward concave direction faces the area between the floating. The upper part of the equipment platform is mainly provided with a cab, a diesel pump, a fuel tank, a hydraulic oil tank, a pipeline and a control switch valve which are used for controlling a hydraulic motor in the travelling mechanism to work.
