7. A process for the preparation of aqueous glyphosate as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 5, comprising the steps of:

uniformly mixing the glyphosate bulk drug, ammonium sulfate, alkyl glycoside and pinellia ternate water extract in corresponding weight parts to prepare the environment-friendly glyphosate aqueous solution.

The main component of the plant-derived pesticide synergist is composed of natural substances, so that the plant-derived pesticide synergist can be effectively degraded when applied to the growth process of crops, and can not cause serious adverse effect on the ecological environment.

The current glyphosate water agent mainly comprises the following synergists: tallow amine ethoxylates, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ethers, silicones, and other compounds. However, the existing glyphosate aqueous synergist product has the problems of unobvious synergistic effect, high toxicity, high residue of the aqueous synergist, difficult degradation, environmental friendliness, poor compatibility of the synergist and the preparation product, and even influence on the physicochemical property of the pesticide preparation, so that the aqueous preparation product is layered and flocculent insoluble substances appear.

Ban Xia is a commonly used Chinese herb ingredient with the function of directing qi movement downward, so it is often used as a medicine for lowering adverse qi and relieving asthma and as a guiding drug for guiding the medicine downward.

Chinese patent document CN109380389A (application number: 201710689507.6) discloses a summer and autumn Chinese cabbage herbicide and a preparation method thereof, wherein the herbicide comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of sodium chlorate, 4-8 parts of mefenacet, 6-9 parts of glyphosate, 2-5 parts of atrazine, 3-6 parts of acetochlor, 2-4 parts of sorbitan monooleate, 1-3 parts of broadleaf powder, 5-10 parts of pinellia ternate, 4-8 parts of pepper extract, 3-5 parts of chinaberry extract and 200 parts of ethanol 100-one.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Reagents and medicines involved in the examples are all common commercial products unless otherwise specified; the experimental procedures referred to in the examples are those conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.

Sources of materials

Glyphosate acid (glyphosate acid is also called glyphosate) and ammonium, isopropylamine salts: purchased from Xinan chemical Co., Ltd, Zhejiang, and is a common commercial product;

ammonium sulfate: is a common commercial product;

alkyl glycoside: purchased from Qianqi chemical Co., Ltd, Jiangsu, and is a common commercial product;

pinellia ternata: the medicinal materials are purchased in the market and are common products sold in the market;

and (3) Chinaberry fruit: the medicinal materials are purchased in the market and are common products sold in the market;

potassium hydroxide: is a common commercial product.

Example 1

An environment-friendly glyphosate aqueous solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

33% glyphosate ammonium salt aqueous solution

The preparation method of the environment-friendly glyphosate water agent comprises the following steps:

pinellia ternata: mixing water at a ratio of 1:2, decocting at 80-90 deg.C for 2 hr, filtering to remove residue, and making into rhizoma Pinelliae water extractive solution.

Preparing 1000g of 33% ammonium glyphosate water: in a 2000ml flask, 553g of pinellia ternate water extract, 347 g of ammonium glyphosate technical product (with the content of 95 percent), 30g of ammonium sulfate and 70g of alkyl glycoside are sequentially added; stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the 33 percent ammonium glyphosate aqueous solution.

Example 2

An environment-friendly glyphosate aqueous solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

Preparing 1000g of 41% glyphosate isopropylamine salt water agent: in a 2000ml flask, adding 260g of pinellia ternate water extract, 660 g of glyphosate isopropylamine salt original drug (content is 62%), 40g of ammonium sulfate and 40g of alkyl glycoside in sequence; stirring for 25 minutes to obtain the 41 percent ammonium glyphosate aqueous solution.

Example 3

Preparing 1000g of 50% glyphosate potassium salt water: 368g of pinellia ternate water extract, 427 g of glyphosate technical product (content is 95%) and 145g of potassium hydroxide are sequentially added into a 2000ml flask, stirred and reacted for 30 minutes, and then 30g of ammonium sulfate and 30g of alkyl glycoside are added; stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the 50 percent glyphosate potassium salt aqua.

Comparative example 1

The process is different from example 1 in that deionized water is used instead of the pinellia ternate aqueous extract, and the process is the same.

Comparative example 2

The difference from example 2 is that the alkyl glycoside is replaced by a corresponding amount of tallow amine polyether, all other things being equal.

The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 4 grasslands with 8 square meters and uniform grass phase for each treatment, randomly arranging the grasslands, carrying out spraying treatment according to the glyphosate effective component 60 g/mu and the water consumption of 30L/mu, respectively carrying out pesticide effect observation after 7 days of treatment, and recording fresh weight control effect after 14 days; water was used as a blank.

The fresh weight control effect calculation method comprises the following steps: fresh weight control effect (fresh weight of weeds in blank control zone-fresh weight of weeds in treated zone)/fresh weight of weeds in blank control zone 100%

Table 1 shows the results of the observation test 7 days after the application; table 2 fresh weight control effect measured 14 days after application.

As shown in the test results in Table 1, the aqueous glyphosate solutions prepared in examples 1 to 3 showed signs of wilting, lodging, blackening of heart and leaves, and slight yellowing of roots after 7 days treatment of weeds; after the glyphosate aqueous solution prepared by the comparative example is used for treating weeds for 7 days, only the symptoms of wilting, lodging and slight poisoning appear, and the symptoms of abnormal heart leaves and roots do not appear; the components of the glyphosate aqueous solution produce a certain synergistic effect, so that the glyphosate aqueous solution has more obvious effect and better quick action; and the experimental effect of the example 3 and the comparative example 3 shows that the glyphosate water agent containing the pinellia ternate water extract has better quick-acting performance compared with the chinaberry water extract.

The data in table 2 show that the weeding effect of the glyphosate aqueous solution is significantly higher than that of the glyphosate aqueous solution prepared in a comparative example, and the experimental data of the example 3 and the comparative example 3 show that the pinellia ternate aqueous extract has a more significant synergistic effect on glyphosate than the melia azedarach aqueous extract.

In conclusion, the plant-source synergistic component pinellia ternate is added, so that the conduction of glyphosate in the bodies of weeds can be effectively promoted, particularly the conduction to roots is promoted, the quick action and the final control effect are improved, and the glyphosate aqueous solution has a remarkable weeding effect and is beneficial to market popularization and application.
