具体实施方式

如图1所示，一种喷雾梳子雾化片的安装工装，由双孔支撑架、压柱、橡皮筋5组成，其特征是：

所述双孔支撑架由一根长1000mm、规格是20×20mm的方管1加工而成，方管1平放在水平面上后，沿垂直方向以50 mm的等距离上下钻通一排直径为3.5mm的圆孔，每上下一处圆孔内插入一个长100mm直径3mm的圆柱体2，此时的方管1表面每个圆孔的两边都设置一个挂钩6，圆柱体2的下端插入到一个下部呈凹面的硅胶4内，该凹面与雾化片8中心的凸面吻合，圆柱体2的上端开一个槽3，橡皮筋5两端通过该槽3挂在上述方管的挂钩6上，上述方管1的两端再连接到高度相同的支撑体7上，将上述方管1支撑起来，方管1的支撑高度设置为超过喷雾梳子10mm。

使用时，先用注射器将703硅橡胶胶水注射到喷雾梳子围栏最边上的圆槽9里，将雾化片8放置在围栏里，再把本安装工装的压柱往上拉开，将喷雾梳子移到压柱的硅胶4下面，用硅胶4的凹面压住雾化片8中心的凸面，再安装下一个喷雾梳子的雾化片。所有的雾化片8安装完毕后，再放置预定的时间，在橡皮筋5和压柱的共同作用下，雾化片8通过703硅橡胶胶水就和喷雾梳子主体紧密结合在一起了，喷雾梳子水箱里的水就不会从雾化片8的四周渗透出来。
