1. An adjustable connection device for connecting a locator to a mobile phone, comprising:

the fixing sleeve is locked on the mobile phone, and the outer surface of the fixing sleeve is provided with a plurality of grooves distributed along the circumferential direction;

the first mounting seat is rotatably sleeved on the fixed sleeve, and the inner side of the first mounting seat is provided with a bulge which is elastically abutted in the groove;

the first sleeve is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes penetrating through the thickness of the first sleeve;

one end of the first shell is opened, and the outer surface of the first shell is provided with a thread matched with the first threaded hole; the first butting column is inserted into and fixed in the first shell, and the end part of the first butting column extending out of the first shell forms the bulge;

the first elastic piece abuts against the surface, opposite to the first shell, of the first abutting column.

The adjustable connecting device of claim 2, wherein the fixing sleeve is provided with a plurality of resilient pieces, the first mounting seat further comprises a plurality of second fastening pieces and an insulating sleeve, the second fastening pieces comprise a second housing, a second elastic piece and a second abutting column, and wherein:

the first sleeve is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes penetrating through the thickness of the first sleeve;

one end of the second shell is open, and the other end of the second shell is fixed with a gear feedback line;

the second butting column is inserted into and fixed in the second shell, and the end part of the second butting column extending out of the second shell forms a butting end for electrically connecting the elastic sheets;

the second elastic piece abuts against the surface, opposite to the second shell, of the second abutting column;

7. The adjustable connecting device according to claim 6, wherein a hook is disposed on an end surface of the second sleeve facing the third sleeve, a slot matched with the hook is disposed on the gear indicator ring, and the hook is connected with the slot by a buckle.

The adjustable connecting device of claim 6 wherein said retaining sleeve further includes a locking knob, said locking knob having an internal thread on an inner surface thereof and an external thread on an outer surface thereof, said locking knob being received over said third sleeve and pressing said shift indicator ring against an end surface of said second sleeve facing said third sleeve.

9. The adjustable connection of claim 1 wherein the second mounting block comprises a mounting plate, a fifth sleeve coupled to the mounting plate, a fourth fastener, and a fifth fastener, wherein:

a third through hole matched with the fourth fastener is formed in the mounting plate;

the fourth fastener penetrates through the third through hole and fastens the mounting plate and the positioner;

a fourth through hole matched with the fifth fastener is formed in the fifth sleeve;

and the fifth fastener penetrates through the fourth through hole to fasten the fifth sleeve and the first mounting seat.

10. The adjustable connecting device of claim 9, wherein the extension direction of the mounting plate is parallel to the axis of the fifth sleeve, and a fifth through hole is formed in one side of the mounting plate facing the fifth sleeve and used for leading out the gear position feedback line on the first mounting seat.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an adjustable connecting device and a dental implanter.

Background

In recent years, with rapid development of science such as neuroimaging, display technology, computers and the like, dental implanters have become mature day by day, and are now widely used in various dental clinics as surgical equipment for dentists to perform dental implantation.

At present, a dental implanter comprises a navigator, a mobile phone connected to the navigator and a positioner connected to the mobile phone, wherein the positioner is fixedly connected with the mobile phone rigidly, infrared light-emitting small balls on the positioner are emitted to the navigator, infrared light is received by the navigator to determine the position so as to mark the position of a drill point of the mobile phone, and the mobile phone receives parameters of the navigator and then carries out positioning and registration, so that accurate planting of the mobile phone under navigation is facilitated. The position of the infrared light-emitting small ball on the positioner is fixed with the position of the planting mobile phone by fixed connection between the conventional positioner and the mobile phone, and when the infrared light navigator which is emitted by the infrared light-emitting small ball during individual planting angle operation recognizes an angle difference or can not be directly recognized, the relative position of the infrared light-emitting small ball and the planting mobile phone can not be directly adjusted, so that the planting precision and efficiency are seriously influenced, and even the planting cannot be carried out. When the positions of the positioner and the mobile phone need to be adjusted greatly for planting different tooth positions, the angle can be adjusted again only by unscrewing the connecting structure of the mobile phone and the positioner, but the operation needs to calibrate and register the position of the planting mobile phone again to continue planting, and the adjusting process is complex.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, it is necessary to provide an adjustable connecting device and a dental implanter for solving the problems of poor navigation identification angle and doctor-interference implantation caused by the relative position of the positioner and the mobile phone being not adjustable in the implantation process.

An adjustable connection device for connecting a locator to a mobile phone, comprising:

the fixing sleeve is locked on the mobile phone, and the outer surface of the fixing sleeve is provided with a plurality of grooves distributed along the circumferential direction;

the first mounting seat is rotatably sleeved on the fixed sleeve, and the inner side of the first mounting seat is provided with a bulge which is elastically abutted in the groove;

and one end of the second mounting seat is fixedly connected with the positioner, and the other end of the second mounting seat is fixed on the first mounting seat.

In the adjustable connecting device, the fixing sleeve is locked on the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone and the fixing sleeve are locked into a whole; fixing the positioner on the second mounting seat, and fixing the second mounting seat on the first mounting seat, so that the positioner is fixed on the first mounting seat through the second mounting seat; the first mounting seat is sleeved on the fixing sleeve, and the first mounting seat can rotate relative to the fixing sleeve so as to be convenient to adjust; the protrusion is located in the groove, and the protrusion and the groove are elastically abutted, so that the first mounting seat and the fixed sleeve are relatively fixed when the first mounting seat is not rotated, and the adjustable connecting device is used for connecting the positioner and the mobile phone. In one embodiment, the first mounting seat includes a first sleeve, a plurality of first fasteners including a first housing, a first elastic member and a first abutment post, wherein:

the first sleeve is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes penetrating through the thickness of the first sleeve;

one end of the first shell is opened, and the outer surface of the first shell is provided with a thread matched with the first threaded hole; the first butting column is inserted into and fixed in the first shell, and the end part of the first butting column extending out of the first shell forms the bulge;

the first elastic piece abuts against the surface, opposite to the first shell, of the first abutting column.

In one embodiment, the fixing sleeve is provided with a plurality of elastic pieces, the first mounting base further comprises a plurality of second fasteners and an insulating sleeve, the second fasteners comprise a second shell, a second elastic piece and a second abutting column, wherein:

the first sleeve is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes penetrating through the thickness of the first sleeve;

one end of the second shell is open, and the other end of the second shell is fixed with a gear feedback line;

the second butting column is inserted into and fixed in the second shell, and the end part of the second butting column extending out of the second shell forms a butting end for electrically connecting the elastic sheets;

the second elastic piece abuts against the surface, opposite to the second shell, of the second abutting column;

the insulating sleeve is provided with a through hole tightly matched with the second fastener, and the outer surface of the insulating sleeve is provided with an external thread matched with the second threaded hole.

In one embodiment, the fixing sleeve includes a third fastener, a second sleeve, a third sleeve and a fourth sleeve which are coaxial and connected as a whole, wherein:

In the dental planter, when the relative position of the positioner and the mobile phone needs to be adjusted in the planting process, the first mounting seat in the adjustable connecting device is rotated to drive the second mounting seat fixed on the first mounting seat to rotate, and the second mounting seat drives the positioner fixed on the second mounting seat to rotate, so that the relative position of the positioner and the mobile phone can be quickly adjusted, and an ideal navigator recognition position is achieved. And the adjustment process can be completed in the planting process without the help of tools, and the adjustment process is simple, strong in operability and free from calibration and registration again, so that the problems of poor navigation identification angle and doctor interference in the planting process are avoided, and the efficiency and the precision of the doctor in the planting operation process are improved. Therefore, the dental implanter with the adjustable connecting device has good navigation identification angle effect and high planting efficiency and precision.

The first mounting seat 200 has various structural forms, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the first mounting seat 200 includes a first sleeve 220 and a first fastening member 230, the first fastening member 230 includes several parts, namely a first housing 231, a first elastic member 232 and a first abutting column 233, wherein:

the first sleeve 220 is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes 221, the number of the first threaded holes 221 may be two, three, four or more, and the first threaded holes 221 penetrate through the thickness of the first sleeve 220 along the radial direction of the first sleeve 220.

the first sleeve 220 is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes 222, the number of the second threaded holes 222 may be two, three, four or more, and the second threaded holes 222 penetrate through the thickness of the second sleeve 220 along the radial direction of the first sleeve 220.

The second housing 261 is a long cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, a gear feedback line 240 is fixed on one side of the long cylindrical structure, which is away from the opening, and the gear feedback line 240 is connected with the second housing 261 in a soldering mode.

The second abutting column 263 is inserted into the second casing 261, and the second abutting column 263 and the second casing 261 are fixed together, and the abutting end 264 is formed at the end of the second abutting column 263 extending out of the second casing 261, and the abutting end 264 is used for electrically connecting with the elastic piece 170. Therefore, by defining the second mount 200 in the form of the second sleeve 220 and the second fastener 260, and simultaneously defining the specific structures of the second sleeve 220 and the second fastener 260, the electrical conduction between the abutting end 264 and the resilient piece 170 is achieved by a simple structure.

To facilitate assembly, the first and second fasteners 230 and 260 may be, in particular, bead screws.

In the above adjustable connection device 10, the bead screw includes the first housing 231, the surface of the first housing 231 has threads, a spring is provided inside, the first abutting column 233 is a round ball, the round ball is clamped at the opening end of the first housing 231, and the round ball and the first housing 231 are connected with each other by the spring, the connection between the first sleeve 220 and the mobile phone 30 can be conveniently realized by the bead screw, and the elastic abutting between the protrusion 210 and the groove 110 is ensured. In a specific arrangement, the first fastening member 230 may be a bead screw, and the bead screw is an integrated first fastening member 230, so that the installation is convenient, and the structural form of the first fastening member 230 is not limited thereto, and may also be other structural forms capable of meeting the requirements. Similarly, the bead screw includes the second housing 261, and the surface of second housing 261 has the screw thread, and inside is provided with the spring, and second butt post 263 is the ball, and this ball joint is at the open end of second housing 261 to connect on the ball and the relative surface of second housing 261 with the spring, can realize the connection between first sleeve 220 and cell-phone 30 comparatively conveniently through this bead screw, and guarantee the electric conductance between butt end 264 and the shell fragment 170. In a specific arrangement, the second fastening member 260 may be a bead screw, and the bead screw is an integrated second fastening member 260, so that the installation is convenient, and the structural form of the second fastening member 260 is not limited thereto, and may also be other structural forms capable of meeting the requirements.

The second mounting base 300 has various structural forms, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, and in a preferred embodiment, the second mounting base 300 includes a mounting plate 310, a fifth sleeve 320, a fourth fastening member 330 and a fifth fastening member 340, wherein:

The fourth fastening member 330 penetrates through the third through hole 311, and the fourth fastening member 330 fastens the mounting plate 310 and the positioner 20, and in a specific arrangement, the fourth fastening member 330 may be a screw or a bolt, the fourth fastening member 330 may also be another connecting member capable of meeting the requirement, the fourth fastening member 330 penetrates through the third through hole 311, and the fourth fastening member 330 is connected with the positioner 20 to fasten the mounting plate 310 and the positioner 20 together.

The fifth sleeve 320 is connected to the mounting plate 310, the fifth sleeve 320 may be fixed to the mounting plate 310 by welding, screwing, or the like, and the fifth sleeve 320 and the mounting plate 310 may be formed integrally, for example, by casting. Accordingly, by defining the second mount 300 in the form of the fifth sleeve 320, the mount plate 310, and the fourth fastener 330, and simultaneously defining the specific structures of the fifth sleeve 320 and the mount plate 310, the fixed connection between the positioner 20 and the first mount 200 is achieved by a simple structure. In a specific arrangement, the structure of the second mounting seat 300 is not limited to the above structure, and may be other structures that can meet the requirement, for example, the fifth sleeve 320 has a longer extension length, the mounting plate 310 is omitted, and the positioner 20 is directly fixed on the fifth sleeve 320.

To facilitate the installation, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, the extending direction of the mounting plate 310 is parallel to the axis of the fifth sleeve 320, and a fifth through hole 312 is provided on a side of the mounting plate 310 facing the fifth sleeve 320, for leading the gear position feedback line 240 on the first mounting seat 200 out to the external device. In a specific arrangement, the side of the mounting plate 310 facing the fifth sleeve 320 has a connecting block 313 for connecting the mounting plate 310 and the sleeve, and the fifth through hole 312 penetrates through the connecting block 313 along the extending direction of the mounting plate 310, but the arrangement of the fifth through hole 312 is not limited to this.

In the adjustable connecting device 10, the gear feedback line 240 on the first mounting seat 200 passes through the fifth through hole 312, is led out to the outside through the gap between the positioner 20 and the mobile phone 30, and is externally connected with an external device for feeding back gear and gear adjustment conditions. When the positioning device is specifically arranged, the extending direction of the mounting plate 310 may be parallel to the axis of the fifth sleeve 320, and the extending direction of the positioner 20 is parallel to the extending direction of the mobile phone 30, so as to facilitate positioning, of course, the position relationship between the mounting plate 310 and the fifth sleeve 320 is not limited thereto, and may also be in other forms that can meet the requirements, for example, the extending direction of the mounting plate 310 may be perpendicular to the axis of the fifth sleeve 320, and at this time, the gear position feedback line 240 passes through the fourth through hole 321 and then is directly connected to the external device, and the routing is short, so as to facilitate connection.

The structure of the pouch 100 can be varied, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, and in a preferred embodiment, the pouch 100 includes a third fastening member 120, a second sleeve 130, a third sleeve 140 and a fourth sleeve 180, wherein:

the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 are coaxially arranged and the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 are connected into a whole, when the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 are specifically arranged, the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 can be integrally formed through casting and other processes, and the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 can be fixed into a whole through welding, threaded connection and other processes in the later stage. The outer diameters of the fourth sleeve 180, the second sleeve 130 and the third sleeve 140 are sequentially reduced to form a step between the second sleeve 130 and the third sleeve 140, so that the installation of other structural members is facilitated, and the first installation seat 200 is sleeved on the outer sides of the fourth sleeve 180 and the second sleeve 130. The plurality of grooves 110 are circumferentially distributed on the outer surface of the second sleeve 130, the grooves 110 are open on the outer surface of the second sleeve 130 and extend a certain distance towards the inside of the second sleeve 130, the first mounting seat 200 is sleeved on the outside of the second sleeve 130, and the protrusions 210 elastically abut against the inside of the grooves 110.

The plurality of elastic sheets 170 are circumferentially distributed on the outer surface of the fourth sleeve 180, the elastic sheets 170 can be directly attached to the outer surface of the fourth sleeve 180 and can also be fixed on the outer surface of the fourth sleeve 180 in other ways, the first mounting seat 200 is sleeved on the outer side of the fourth sleeve 180, and the abutting ends 264 and the elastic sheets 170 can be electrically connected.

The third sleeve 140 is provided with a second through hole 141, the second through hole 141 penetrates through the thickness of the third sleeve 140 along the radial direction of the third sleeve 140, the second through hole 141 is matched with the third fastening piece 120, the number of the second through holes 141 can be two, three, four or more than four, the second through holes 141 and the third fastening piece 120 can improve the connection strength, when the third sleeve 140 is specifically arranged, the second through hole 141 can be a smooth hole, the second through hole 141 can also be a threaded hole, and the second through holes 141 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the third sleeve 140.

The third fastening member 120 penetrates through the second through hole 141, and the third sleeve 140 and the mobile phone 30 are fastened by the third fastening member 120, in a specific arrangement, the third fastening member 120 may be a screw or a bolt, the third fastening member 120 may also be another connecting member capable of meeting the requirement, the third fastening member 120 penetrates through the second through hole 141, and the third fastening member 120 is connected with the mobile phone 30 so as to fasten the third sleeve 140 and the mobile phone 30 together.

In the adjustable connecting device 10, the second sleeve 130, the third sleeve 140 and the fourth sleeve 180 connected as a whole are sleeved on the mobile phone 30, and the third fastening member 120 passes through the second through hole 141 to fasten the third sleeve 140 and the mobile phone 30 as a whole, so that the third sleeve 140 is fixed on the mobile phone 30, so that the mobile phone 30 and the fixing sleeve 100 are locked as a whole, the first mounting seat 200 is sleeved on the second sleeve 130 and the fourth sleeve 180, and the protrusion 210 is elastically abutted to the inside of the groove 110, so that the first mounting seat 200 and the second sleeve 130 are relatively fixed when the first mounting seat 200 is not rotated, so that the mobile phone 30 and the first mounting seat 200 are relatively fixed, when the first mounting seat 200 is rotated, the first mounting seat 200 is rotated relative to the second sleeve 130, so that the mobile phone 30 and the first mounting seat 200 are relatively rotated, and the abutting ends 264 and the elastic sheet 170 are electrically connected, to feed back the relative rotation of the handset 30 and the first mounting base 200. Therefore, by defining the fixing cover 100 in the form of the third fastener 120, the second sleeve 130 and the third sleeve 140, and simultaneously defining the specific structures of the second sleeve 130 and the third sleeve 140, the fixed connection between the cellular phone 30 and the first mount 200 can be achieved by a simple structure. In a specific arrangement, the structure of the fixing sleeve 100 is not limited to the above structure, and other structures can be adopted to meet the requirement, for example, the second sleeve 130 is screwed with the handpiece 30, and the third sleeve 140 is omitted.

In order to facilitate gear observation and adjustment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, specifically, the fixing sleeve 100 further includes a gear indication ring 150, a gear pointer 151 is disposed on an outer surface of the gear indication ring 150, of course, the gear pointer 151 may also be disposed on an end surface of the gear indication ring 150 facing away from the first mounting seat 200, a gear identifier 250 is disposed on an end surface of the first mounting seat 200 close to the gear indication ring 150, the gear indication ring 150 is sleeved on the third sleeve 140, and the gear indication ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 are fixed as a whole.

In the above adjustable connection device 10, the gear indicating ring 150 is sleeved on the third sleeve 140, and the gear indicating ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 are fixed together, so that the gear indicating ring 150, the third sleeve 140 and the mobile phone 30 are locked together, the position of the gear pointer 151 on the mobile phone 30 is fixed, the first mounting seat 200 is sleeved on the second sleeve 130 and can rotate on the second sleeve 130, when the first mounting seat 200 rotates relative to the second sleeve 130, the gear identifier 250 on the first mounting seat 200 rotates therewith, and the relative positions of the gear pointer 151 and the gear identifier 250 are used for determining the gears before and after adjustment, so that the angle can be adjusted and identified, and the gear observation and adjustment can be facilitated. In specific setting, gear indicator 151 may be disposed on the gear indicator ring, and gear indicator 250 may be disposed on first mounting seat 200, however, the arrangement form of gear indicator 151 and gear indicator 250 is not limited thereto, gear indicator 250 may be disposed on gear indicator ring 150, gear indicator 151 may be disposed on first mounting seat 200, gear indicator 250 may be disposed directly on the end surface of third sleeve 140 far from second sleeve 130, gear indicator 151 may be disposed on first mounting seat 200, gear indicator 151 may be disposed on the end surface of third sleeve 140 far from second sleeve 130, and gear indicator 250 may be disposed on first mounting seat 200.

In order to fix the gear position indicating ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 as a whole, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, more specifically, the end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140 is provided with a hook 131, the gear position indicating ring 150 is provided with a slot 152 matching with the hook 131, and the hook 131 and the slot 152 are connected by a buckle.

In the adjustable connecting device 10, the hook 131 is disposed on the end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140, and the engaging groove 152 is disposed on the gear indicating ring 150, so that the engaging groove 152 is engaged with the hook 131 to conveniently connect the hook 131 and the engaging groove 152, and the gear indicating ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 can be fixed together. In a specific arrangement, the hook 131 may be disposed on an end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140, and the engaging groove 152 is disposed on the gear indicator ring 150, but the arrangement of the hook and the engaging groove 152 is not limited thereto, and the hook may be disposed on a surface of the gear indicator ring 150 facing the second sleeve 130, and the engaging groove 152 may be disposed on a side of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140.

In order to fix the gear indicator ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 as a whole, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, more specifically, the fixing sleeve 100 further includes a locking knob 160, an inner surface of the locking knob 160 is provided with an inner thread 161, an outer surface of the third sleeve 140 is provided with an outer thread 142, the locking knob 160 is sleeved on the third sleeve 140, and the locking knob 160 presses the gear indicator ring 150 onto an end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140 through a threaded connection with the third sleeve 140.

In the adjustable connecting device 10, the external thread 142 is arranged on the outer surface of the third sleeve 140, the locking knob 160 is sleeved on the outer side of the third sleeve 140, the internal thread 161 is arranged on the inner surface of the locking knob 160, and the locking knob 160 and the third sleeve 140 are in threaded connection, so that the gear indicator ring 150 arranged on the third sleeve 140 is pressed onto the end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140, and the gear indicator ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 can be fixed into a whole conveniently and quickly. In a specific arrangement, the gear indicator ring 150 and the third sleeve 140 may be fixed into a whole only by the locking knob 160, and the locking knob 160 may be arranged while the hook 131 is arranged on the end surface of the second sleeve 130 facing the third sleeve 140, and the gear indicator ring 150 is provided with the locking groove 152 matched with the hook 131 to improve the connection strength.

in addition, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 8, the invention also provides a dental implanter comprising the adjustable connecting device 10 according to any one of the above technical solutions. The mobile phone comprises a navigator, a mobile phone 30 and a positioner 20, wherein the navigator is electrically connected with the mobile phone 30, and the mobile phone 30 is connected with a mounting seat of the positioner 20 through an adjustable connecting device 10.

In the dental implanter, when the relative position of the positioner 20 and the handpiece 30 needs to be adjusted in the planting process, the first mounting seat 200 in the adjustable connecting device 10 is rotated, the first mounting seat 200 drives the second mounting seat 300 fixed on the first mounting seat to rotate, and the second mounting seat 300 drives the positioner 20 fixed on the second mounting seat to rotate, so that the relative position of the positioner 20 and the handpiece 30 can be quickly adjusted, and an ideal navigator recognition position is achieved. And the adjustment process can be completed in the planting process without the help of tools, and the adjustment process is simple, strong in operability and free from calibration and registration again, so that the problems of poor navigation identification angle and doctor interference in the planting process are avoided, and the efficiency and the precision of the doctor in the planting operation process are improved. Therefore, the dental implanter with the adjustable connecting device 10 has good navigation and angle recognition effects and high planting efficiency and precision.
