s12, the left and right rotation-stopping locks respectively release left and right lifting hooks which are rotatably arranged at two sides of the releasing device body, and the left and right lifting hooks enter a rotatable state;

s13, pulling a second manual pull ring, wherein the second manual pull ring drives the left and right lifting hooks to rotate through a second transmission assembly;

and S14, releasing the swing frame for loading passengers by the left and right lifting hooks.

8. The swing release method of claim 7, further comprising an automatic control mode, the automatic control mode comprising the steps of:

s21, the control system sends a starting instruction to the first transmission pull rod, and the first transmission pull rod drives the left and right rotation stopping locks to rotate;

s22, the left and right rotation-stopping locks respectively release left and right lifting hooks which are rotatably arranged at two sides of the releasing device body, and the left and right lifting hooks enter a rotatable state;

s23, the control system sends a starting instruction to the second transmission pull rod, and the second transmission pull rod drives the left and right lifting hooks to rotate;

and S24, releasing the swing frame for loading passengers by the left and right lifting hooks.

Technical Field

Background

Along with the rapid popularization of the conventional amusement equipment, tourists have more entertainment demands and higher challenge limit demands, and thrilling exciting limit-like amusement equipment is brought forward. Among them, sky swing rides are popular because they organically combine large rides with natural landscapes, bringing more diverse forms of motion and stronger play experience to consumers.

Sky swing amusement project is that the passenger takes the swing frame to jump into pit valley bottom or high-rise building bottom from the take-off platform, and the swing frame realizes snatching and releasing of swing frame through the swing release on the take-off platform, but the drawback that current swing release exists as follows:

1) the operation steps are complicated, and misoperation is easy to occur;

2) the degree of automation is low;

3) safety is to be improved.

Therefore, a need exists for a swing release apparatus and method with high automation and good safety.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a swing release device with high automation degree and good safety effect and a method thereof.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a swing release device for releasing a swing frame carrying passengers; the device comprises a release device body, a manual pull ring I, a manual pull ring II, a left lifting hook and a right lifting hook which are used for locking two ends of a swing frame, and a left anti-rotation lock and a right anti-rotation lock which are used for respectively locking the left lifting hook and the right lifting hook;

the left and right lifting hooks are rotatably arranged at two sides of the releasing device body; the manual pull ring two-way is connected with the left lifting hook and the right lifting hook through the transmission assembly two, the left lifting hook and the right lifting hook are limited on two sides of the releasing device body through the left rotation stopping lock and the right rotation stopping lock respectively, and the left rotation stopping lock and the right rotation stopping lock are connected with the manual pull ring one through the transmission assembly one.

Further, preferably, the first transmission assembly comprises a first transmission pull rod, a first inhaul cable and a second inhaul cable; the first manual pull ring is connected with a first pull rope and a second pull rope through a first transmission pull rod, and the first pull rope and the second pull rope are respectively connected with a left anti-rotation lock and a right anti-rotation lock;

s13, pulling a second manual pull ring, wherein the second manual pull ring drives the left and right lifting hooks to rotate through a second transmission assembly;

and S14, releasing the swing frame for loading passengers by the left and right lifting hooks.

The invention relates to a swing release device and a method thereof, which complete the release action of a swing frame by a two-step starting mode of a rotation-stopping lock and a lifting hook; the beneficial effects are as follows:

1) the synchronous action of the rotation-stopping locks at two sides is controlled by one manual pull ring and/or pull rod, and the synchronous action of the lifting hooks at two sides is controlled by the other manual pull ring and/or pull rod; the operation synchronism of the two sides of the swing frame is ensured, the precision of the release action of the swing frame is further improved, and the safety of the swing release device is further improved;

2) the swing frame has two modes of manual control and automatic control for releasing, the automation degree of the device is improved while the safety is ensured, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick;

3) when the swing frame is recovered, the automatic locking position of the lifting hook is achieved through the guide of the guide frame, and the overall automation degree of the device is further improved.

Fig. 1 is a general description of the structure of a swing release device. Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a swing release apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1:

In a specific embodiment, the first transmission assembly may only include a first cable 31 and a second cable 32, the first manual pull ring 13 is connected with the first cable 31 and the second cable 32, and the first cable 31 and the second cable 32 are respectively connected with the left and right rotation-stopping locks 9. In other words, in the environment of manual control, a transmission pull rod is not needed, and synchronous control of the double-side anti-rotation lock through one manual pull ring can be realized.

Further, in a specific embodiment, the second transmission assembly may only include a third cable 33 and a fourth cable 34, the second manual pull ring 12 is connected to the third cable 33 and the fourth cable 34, and the third cable 33 and the fourth cable 34 are respectively connected to the left and right hooks 6. The first left hook limit switch and the second left hook limit switch are used for detecting the rotating position of the left hook and sending detection signals to a control system; and the first right lifting hook limit switch and the second right lifting hook limit switch detect the rotating position of the right lifting hook and send detection signals to the control system.

When the swing frame for loading passengers is recovered, the swing frame enters the left and right lifting hooks through the guide frame.

In the specific implementation process, a passenger who is tied with a safety belt sits on the swing frame, the swing frame is fixed in a lifting hook of the swing release device, and when the movable pedals under the feet of the passenger are in an extending state, the control system does not send an instruction. When the passenger fastens the safety belt and gets ready for starting, the swing can enter the releasing process. Firstly, the movable pedals under the feet of a passenger are retracted, a manual pull ring is pulled in a manual mode, and the locking tongues of the rotation-stopping locks on the left side and the right side are controlled to retract through the inhaul cable simultaneously, so that the lifting hook loses the rotation-stopping obstruction; and the manual pull ring is pulled again, the lifting hooks on the left side and the right side are simultaneously controlled to rotate around the rotating shaft through the inhaul cable, the unhooking action of the swing frame is realized, and the swing frame and passengers enter a falling operation program under the action of self weight. In a word, the unhooking action has the dual safety of the rotation stopping lock and the lifting hook, so that the misoperation under the condition that the passenger is not ready or the retractable pedal is not retracted and the like is avoided, and the safety performance of the swing release device is greatly improved.
