Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of convenient drawing tools, in particular to an ellipsograph.

Background

In the current teaching classroom, it is easy to draw a circle by means of a compasses, but it is very inconvenient to make an ellipse with proper size and accurate eccentricity. The common ellipsograph consists of a bottom plate with a cross-shaped sliding chute and a rotating rod, is an ancient simple tool for drawing ellipses, is relatively rigid, and is unrealistic to enter a student classroom. At present, the more advanced ellipsograph adds one more foot on the basis of two feet of the compass to complete an ellipse representation picture by means of a closed cord, does not really realize ellipse drawing, is almost impossible to realize by making an ellipse with proper size and accurate eccentricity, and cannot serve students. According to the currently known ellipsograph, a relatively suitable ellipsograph tool suitable for students does not exist at home and abroad. Moreover, it is very difficult for operators such as various engineers to make an ellipse with proper size and accurate eccentricity on the draft paper, and an ellipse drawing tool which is easy to use is lacked. Therefore, an ellipsograph which is simple to operate, excellent in performance and practical becomes a problem to be researched and solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem of difficulty in drawing an ellipse, and provides an ellipsograph which is convenient and fast, can be used for conveniently drawing an ellipse, can be clamped with a pen for drawing a circle, and can be clamped with a pen knife for cutting the circle.

The technical scheme for realizing the aim is as follows: an ellipsograph comprises a left support arm, a screw rod, a soft ruler box, a drawing pen, a pen carrying groove, an X-shaped hinge frame, a right support arm, an inverted V-shaped hinge connecting rod, a hinge sliding block and a fastening knob I; the left support arm is connected with the upper part of the right support arm through an inverted V-shaped hinged rod, the lower part of the left support arm is provided with a left coke foot, and the lower part of the right support arm is provided with a right coke foot; a flexible rule box is arranged on one side of the left coke foot; one side of the right coke foot is provided with a flexible rule pressing plate which is used for limiting a flexible rule belt in a flexible rule box and is fixed through a fastening knob III; the middle parts of the left support arm and the right support arm are connected through an X-shaped hinge frame; four end points of the X-shaped hinge frame are symmetrically divided into two groups, and each group is respectively connected with the left support arm and the right support arm through hinge sliders; a first sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the left support arm, a screw is further arranged in the first sliding groove, a driving hand wheel is arranged at the lower portion of the screw, a hand wheel rotating port is formed in the lower portion of the driving hand wheel, which corresponds to the left support arm, the driving hand wheel is exposed outside the left support arm through the hand wheel rotating port, the screw is convenient to rotate to control a hinge sliding block on the upper portion of the left support arm to move up and down in the first sliding groove, and then the distance between the right support arm and the left support arm is adjusted through the contraction control of an X-shaped hinge frame; a second sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the right support arm, and a hinge sliding block connected with the X-shaped hinge frame of the right support arm slides up and down in the second sliding groove in a driven manner; the lower part of the right support arm is also fixed with a drawing pen through a pen loading groove, and the lower part of the drawing pen is provided with a flexible rule limiting part and a limiting thimble; the pen carrying groove is fixed on the right support arm through a fastening knob I, and the upper end of the left support arm is provided with a rotating handle.

Furthermore, the screw rod is arranged in parallel with the left support arm; the middle part of the screw is provided with threads, two ends of the screw are respectively provided with an installing head, the upper end and the lower end of the first sliding groove are respectively provided with a first fixing hole, the first fixing holes are connected with the installing heads at the two ends of the screw, and the upper end of the screw penetrates through the first fixing hole at the upper end of the left support arm through a rotating handle to limit and fix the screw; the lower end of the second sliding groove of the right support arm is provided with a second fixing hole; the notch of the pen carrying groove is U-shaped, a drawing pen fixing hole is formed in the upper portion in the notch, a drawing pen limiting hole is formed in the lower portion of the notch, the drawing pen limiting hole is used for limiting the position of a drawing pen, and the drawing pen is fixed through the drawing pen fixing hole by a fastening knob V; and a pen carrying groove fixing hole is formed in the side part of the pen carrying groove and used for connecting and fixing the pen carrying groove and the right support arm.

Furthermore, the hinge sliding block which is connected with the left support arm and the lower part of the X-shaped hinge frame is limited at the lower end of the first sliding groove by the mounting head at the lower end of the screw rod; the hinge sliding block connected with the lower part of the right support arm and the lower part of the X-shaped hinge frame is fixed on a second fixing hole at the lower end of the second sliding groove through a fixing bolt, so that the X-shaped hinge frame can keep parallel movement when the distance between the right support arm and the left support arm is adjusted through shrinkage control, and the accuracy of the drawing pen in drawing operation is ensured; a fastening knob II is arranged at the cross part of the X-shaped hinge frame and used for fixing and limiting the connection and the shape of the X-shaped hinge frame; the rotating handle is connected with the upper end of the left support arm through threads.

Furthermore, the upper part of the drawing pen is provided with a mounting hole for fixing the drawing pen on the pen carrying groove, the middle part of the drawing pen is provided with a thimble sliding groove, an opening is arranged below the drawing pen, a thimble sliding block arranged in the thimble sliding groove can conveniently slide up and down in the thimble sliding groove, the middle part of the thimble sliding block is provided with a first limiting fixing hole, and a first limiting thimble is arranged below the thimble sliding block; a limiting fixing nail is arranged at the side part of the thimble sliding chute and used for limiting the installation position of the drawing pen; a flexible rule limiting part is arranged on the side part below the thimble sliding groove, a pen point fixing head is arranged below the flexible rule limiting part, a pen point fixing hole is formed in the center of the pen point fixing head, the pen point fixing hole and the center of the limiting thimble are on the same axis, and a pen point is arranged in the pen point fixing hole; a fastening knob IV is arranged on one side of the pen point fixing head and is vertical to the pen point fixing hole and used for fixing and adjusting the extending position of the pen point in the pen point fixing hole; the bottom is equipped with the spacing hole of slip behind the thimble spout, fixes and restrict the motion of thimble slider in the thimble spout through fastening knob six, and then controls the sliding fit flexible rule box and the drawing pen of spacing thimble in the spacing portion of flexible rule and carry out the drawing operation.

Furthermore, the pen point can be replaced by a tool tip for cutting circles and ellipses on the plate.

The invention has simple structure, novel style and convenient operation, and solves the problem of difficult ellipse drawing. The ellipse can be drawn according to the required eccentricity and the required size at will. The flexible ruler can be used for drawing circles randomly in books, and the radius of the circles can be given according to the scale of the flexible ruler when the circles are drawn. Round paper sheets can be cut according to the size of the required round paper sheets; high innovation degree and strong practicability, and is suitable for popularization and use.

The ellipsograph shown in the attached figures 1-10 comprises a left support arm 1, a screw rod 2, a tape box 3, a drawing pen 4, a pen carrying groove 5, an X-shaped hinge frame 6, a right support arm 7, an inverted V-shaped hinge connecting rod 8, a hinge sliding block 9 and a fastening knob I10; the upper parts of the left support arm 1 and the right support arm 7 are connected through an inverted V-shaped hinge rod 8, further, the upper part of the left support arm 1 is provided with a first connecting lug 102, and the upper part of the right support arm 7 is provided with a second connecting lug 706; the left support arm 1 and the right support arm 7 are respectively connected with an inverted V-shaped hinge connecting rod 8 through a first connecting lug 102 and a second connecting lug 706; the lower part of the left support arm 1 is provided with a left coke foot 105, and the lower part of the right support arm 7 is provided with a right coke foot 701; a flexible rule box 3 is arranged on one side of the left coke foot 105; a flexible rule pressing plate 707 is arranged on one side of the right coke foot 701 and used for limiting the flexible rule belt 303 in the flexible rule box 3 and fixing the flexible rule belt by fastening a fastening knob III 708; the middle parts of the left support arm 1 and the right support arm 7 are connected through an X-shaped hinge frame 6; four end points of the X-shaped hinge frame 6 are symmetrically divided into two groups, and each group is respectively connected with the left support arm 1 and the right support arm 7 through hinge sliders 9; a first sliding groove 103 is formed in the inner side of the left support arm 1, a screw rod 2 is further arranged in the first sliding groove 103, a driving hand wheel 201 is arranged at the lower part of the screw rod 2, a hand wheel rotating port 104 is formed in the lower part of the left support arm 1 corresponding to the driving hand wheel 201, the hand wheel rotating port 104 exposes the driving hand wheel 201 outside the left support arm 1, the screw rod 2 is convenient to rotate to control a hinge sliding block 9 on the upper part of the left support arm 1 to move up and down in the first sliding groove 103, and then the distance between the right support arm 7 and the left support arm 1 is adjusted through contraction control of an X-shaped hinge frame 6; a second sliding groove 705 is formed in the inner side of the right support arm 7, and a hinge sliding block 9, which is connected with the X-shaped hinge frame 6, of the right support arm 7 slides up and down in the second sliding groove 705 in a driven manner; furthermore, one end of the hinge sliding block 9 is provided with a sliding part 901, and the middle of the sliding part 901 is provided with a second limiting fixing hole 905 which is used for being embedded in the first sliding groove 103 or the second sliding groove 705 for limiting; the other end of the hinge sliding block 9 is provided with a connecting lug IV 904, the connecting lug IV 904 is provided with a connecting hole 903, and the connecting hole 903 is connected with the end of the X-shaped hinge frame 6; the middle part of the hinge sliding block 9 is provided with clamping lugs 902, and the clamping lugs 902 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the middle part of the hinge sliding block 9 to prevent the sliding part 901 from generating friction with the inner wall of the first sliding groove 103 or the second sliding groove 705; the lower part of the right support arm 7 is also fixed with a drawing pen 4 through a pen carrying groove 5, and the lower part of the drawing pen 4 is provided with a flexible rule limiting part 403 and a limiting thimble 411; the pen carrying groove 5 is fixed on the right support arm 7 through a fastening knob I10, and the upper end of the left support arm 1 is provided with a rotating handle 101.

Further, the screw rod 2 is arranged in parallel with the left support arm 1; the middle part of the screw rod 2 is provided with threads, two ends of the screw rod are respectively provided with an installing head 202, the upper end and the lower end of the first sliding groove 103 are respectively provided with a first fixing hole 107, the first fixing holes 107 are connected with the installing heads 202 at two ends of the screw rod 2, and the upper end of the screw rod 2 passes through the first fixing hole 107 at the upper end of the left support arm 1 through the rotating handle 101 to limit and fix the screw rod 2; the mounting head 202 at the lower end of the screw 2 limits the hinge sliding block 9 of the left support arm 1 connected with the lower part of the X-shaped hinge frame 6 at the lower end position of the first sliding slot 103; a hinge sliding block 9 connected with the lower part of the right support arm 7 and the lower part of the X-shaped hinge frame 6 is fixed on a second fixing hole 703 at the lower end of a second sliding groove 705 through a fixing bolt, so that the X-shaped hinge frame 6 can keep parallel movement when the distance between the right support arm 7 and the left support arm 1 is adjusted through contraction control, and the accuracy of the drawing pen 4 in drawing operation is ensured; a fastening knob II 601 is arranged at the crossed part of the X-shaped hinge frame 6 and used for fixing and limiting the connection and the shape of the X-shaped hinge frame 6; the rotating handle 101 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the left support arm 1; the lower end of the second sliding slot 705 of the right support arm 7 is provided with a second fixing hole 703; the notch 501 of the pen carrying groove 5 is in a U shape, a drawing pen fixing hole 502 is arranged at the upper part in the notch 501, a drawing pen limiting hole 504 is arranged at the lower part in the notch 501, the position of the drawing pen 4 is limited, and the drawing pen fixing hole 502 is penetrated through by a fastening knob five 414 for fixing; the pen carrying groove 5 and the drawing pen 4 arranged on the right support arm 7 are kept in a unified plane together with the left support arm 1 and are arranged side by side, the right support arm 7 is also provided with a pen carrying groove butt joint fixing hole 704, and the hole is connected with a pen carrying groove fixing hole 503 through a fixing screw; the lateral part of the pen carrying groove 5 is also provided with a pen carrying groove fixing hole 503 for connecting and fixing the pen carrying groove 5 and the right support arm 7.

Further, the upper part of the drawing pen 4 is provided with a mounting hole 410 for fixing the drawing pen 4 on the pen carrying groove 5, the middle part is provided with a thimble sliding groove 409, the lower part is provided with an opening for facilitating a thimble sliding block 413 arranged in the thimble sliding groove 409 to slide up and down in the thimble sliding groove 409, the middle part of the thimble sliding block 413 is provided with a first limit fixing hole 412, and the lower part is provided with a limit thimble 411; a limiting fixing nail 407 is arranged at the side part of the thimble sliding chute 409 and used for limiting the installation position of the drawing pen 4; a flexible rule limiting part 403 is arranged on the side part below the thimble sliding groove 409, a pen point fixing head 402 is arranged below the flexible rule limiting part 403, a pen point fixing hole 405 is arranged at the center of the pen point fixing head 402, the pen point fixing hole 405 and the limiting thimble 411 are on the same axis, and a pen point 401 is arranged in the pen point fixing hole 405; a fastening knob four 404 is arranged on one side of the pen point fixing head 402, perpendicular to the pen point fixing hole 405, and used for fixing and adjusting the extending position of the pen point 401 in the pen point fixing hole 405; a sliding limiting hole 408 is formed in the rear bottom of the thimble sliding groove 409, and the movement of the thimble sliding block 413 in the thimble sliding groove 409 is fixed and limited through a fastening knob six 406, so that the limiting thimble 411 is controlled to be matched with the flexible rule box 3 and the drawing pen 4 in a sliding manner in the flexible rule limiting part 403 to perform drawing operation; the upper surface of the flexible rule box 3 is provided with a third connecting lug 301 which is used for connecting with the left support arm 1; further, a ruler box fixing groove 106 is further formed in the end face, provided with the left focal foot 105, of the lower portion of the left support arm 1, and the ruler box fixing groove 106 is connected with a connecting lug III 301 on the flexible ruler box 3 in a nested mode; a flexible rule output port 302 is arranged on the arc-shaped end surface of the flexible rule box 3, a flexible rule belt 303 is spirally arranged along the flexible rule output port 302 and the interior of the flexible rule box 3, and the flexible rule belt 303 enables the spirally arranged flexible rule belt 303 to have a pulling force rotating towards the interior of the flexible rule box 3 through a rotating elastic sheet; the end surface of the vertical tape output port 302 is provided with a fixing button 304 for limiting the length of the tape 303 to be output for fixing.

In another embodiment, the nib 401 may be replaced with a nib for round and oval cuts in sheet material.

As shown in fig. 11, when drawing an ellipse, first, the fixed button 304 on the tape box 3 is opened, the tape 303 is pulled out to fix the tape tip 305 under the pressing plate 707, the driving handwheel 201 is rotated, the tape 303 is pulled out, the scale reading of the tape 303 at the tape output port 302 is the focal length 2c of the ellipse, that is, the linear distance between the left focal leg 105 and the right focal leg 701, and at this time, the driving handwheel 201 is kept still; then the flexible rule belt 303 is continuously pulled out until the scale reading of the flexible rule belt 303 at the flexible rule output port 302 is equal to 2a, at the moment, the fixed button 304 on the flexible rule box 3 is closed, then the limit thimble 411 at the lower part of the drawing pen 4 limits the middle part of the flexible rule belt 303 in the flexible rule limit part 403, one hand is fixed on the rotating handle 101, the other hand is used for installing and clinging the drawing pen 4 to the flexible rule belt 303 to draw a half of an elliptical arc, then the positions of the left coke foot 105 and the right coke foot 701 are exchanged, and the other half of the elliptical arc is drawn on the symmetrical plane of the drawn half elliptical arc by the same method; its plotting principle follows the definition of an ellipse, with an elliptical eccentricity e =2c/2a = c/a.

As shown in fig. 12, when drawing a circle, as in the use method of a general compass, the fixed button 304 on the flexible rule box 3 is opened, the flexible rule belt 303 is pulled out to fix the flexible rule tip 305 under the pressing plate 707, the driving hand wheel 201 is rotated, the flexible rule belt 303 is pulled out, the scale reading of the flexible rule belt 303 at the flexible rule output port 302 is increased by one, that is, the radius r of the circle is one centimeter because the fixed distance between the pen point 401 of the drawing pen 4 and the right focal foot is one centimeter, and the length of the pen point 401 is slightly longer than that of the right focal foot 701 at the time, one hand is fixed on the rotating handle 101, the rotating handle 101 is rotated by taking the left focal foot 105 as the center of the circle, and the pen point 401 of the drawing pen 4 draws a circle on paper, so; the soft tape 303 is initially graduated with a "zero" graduation.
