The transportation tool or the storage space of the reusable packing box is provided with an information uploading channel, and the time, the place, the people, the objects, the events, the states and other factors related to the packing box are uploaded to the cloud end, wherein the factors include but are not limited to the position of a vehicle, the information of the packing box in the vehicle, the people or the transportation machinery who pass through a door of the transportation tool, the information of the people or the transportation machinery who take the packing box, and the like.

The sterilization method of the reusable packaging box comprises the following steps: the temperature of more than 60 ℃ can be adopted for a certain time to sterilize or clean.

step 2, the packing box is delivered to a client who needs to use the packing box to send out express; a client sending the express directly transmits the sending and receiving information of the express to the RFID of the packing box through a reader-writer or the NFC function of a mobile phone, or reads the serial number or the feature code of the RFID and associates the serial number or the feature code with the goods, and the association relationship can be transmitted to the cloud;

step 3, taking the express delivery company and taking the express delivery company to the packaging box; RFID can be used for identification and information transmission in each link of transportation and storage of the packing box;

step 4, the express company transports and sends the express to the addressee; the courier reads and displays the goods delivery or receiving information stored in the RFID by using a reader-writer with a UHF read-write function, or the courier or the receiver uses a reader-writer or a mobile phone with an NFC or HF read-write function, or reads the serial number or the feature code of the RFID, and sends the delivery or receiving information associated with the serial number or the feature code to the receiver for confirmation;

step 5, the express company waits for the addressee to take the goods out of the packaging box, and then takes the packaging box away; or the reusable packing box for receiving the goods in front of the receiver is taken; or the recipient may place the received container at a container recycling station that may have an RFID reader to confirm receipt of the container represented by the RFID.

Step 6, sterilizing or cleaning the packaging box;

step 7, delivering the recycled packaging box to a person who needs to use the packaging box for express delivery again, namely, returning to the step 2;

and 8, circulating for many times between the steps 2 to 7 until the packing box is not usable.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the packaging box can be reused, has reusability, has RFID radio frequency identification and temperature control functions, and can reduce resource waste, reduce environmental pollution, reduce transportation cost and improve transportation efficiency; the whole process tracing supervision of the packing box can be carried out in the transportation process, and the whole process tracing can be still carried out even if the transportation mode is switched; the logistics supervision efficiency is improved, and the personnel cost is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples:

as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, a reusable packing case is formed by waterproof plates on the outer side surface of the packing case; the strength meets the following criteria: taking the largest surface of the packaging box, setting two adjacent sides of the surface as XY sides respectively, setting the intersection point of the XY sides as A point, fixing the XY sides, setting the diagonal angle of the XY sides as B point, applying 500 gram force to the surface vertically at the B point, setting the point reached after the B point is deformed by stress as C point, and setting the angle BAC to be less than 4 degrees; all layers of the box can be folded to be in a mutually attached state.

The transport or storage space of the reusable packaging box is equipped with a machine vision device which can have one or a combination of any of the following functions: and recording the video of the opened cargo compartment, the video of the person or the transportation machine who opens the cargo compartment door, the video of the person or the transportation machine who contacts the packing box, and performing face recognition.

The video recorded by the machine vision device can be associated with and stored in information of face recognition, RFID information representing identities of people and objects, and event information.

The transportation tool or the storage space of the reusable packing box is provided with an information uploading channel, and the time, the place, the people, the objects, the events, the states and other factors related to the packing box, including but not limited to the position of a vehicle, the information of the packing box in the vehicle, the people or the transportation machinery opening the door of the transportation tool, the information of the people or the transportation machinery taking the packing box, and the like, are uploaded to the cloud.
