The lock core assembly adopted in the existing lock generally comprises a lock core body, a lock core and a pin tumbler component, wherein a key hole on the lock core is generally a flat hole or a cross hole and other structures; the key matched with the lock cylinder assembly is generally required to be provided with the convex ribs to be matched with the key hole, and the positions, corresponding to the teeth on the convex ribs, on the lock cylinder are provided with the marble holes and the marble components, so that the matched key can be inserted into the key hole and then can jack each marble to an unlocking position through the teeth, and the lock cylinder can rotate in the lock cylinder body to realize unlocking and locking; the lock core assembly with the structure has the advantages that the number of the marbles in the lock core assembly is small, the arrangement mode of the marbles is limited, the quantity of the secret keys is limited, the mutual opening condition is easy to occur, and the mutual opening rate is high; when the key is used for unlocking, the key can be unlocked only by aligning the position of the convex rib, so that the key is inconvenient to use, and is particularly inconvenient to use under the dark environment such as at night. Therefore, the existing lock cylinder assembly and key structure have the problems of higher mutual opening rate and inconvenient use.

Compared with the prior art, the invention improves the existing lock core assembly and key structure, the lock core with a circular key hole is arranged to be matched with the key of a cylindrical key head for use, and the side wall of the lock core is provided with a plurality of bullet holes which are distributed at any annular circumference and any axial direction to be matched with the tooth pits distributed on the cylindrical side surface of the key head for use, thereby greatly increasing the number and the arrangement mode of the bullet components and the tooth pits, greatly increasing the number of keys and reducing the mutual opening rate; meanwhile, the round key hole and the cylindrical key head can be used for avoiding the alignment operation when the key is inserted into the key hole, so that the key can be conveniently inserted into the key hole to be unlocked, and the key is particularly convenient to use under the condition of dark environment such as night. In addition, the invention can also adopt bullet holes with various apertures to be combined for use, the matched bullet components can also adopt various sizes, and further can adopt bullet components with different shapes (such as pointed bullets, spherical bullets, step bullets, hollow bullets and the like) to be combined for use, thereby further improving the number of secret keys; meanwhile, the anti-poking rod is arranged to be matched with the round key hole for use, so that the anti-poking marble effect can be achieved, technical unlocking is avoided, the anti-theft performance is improved, the anti-poking rod can also be matched with the hole in the key to guide the key when the key is inserted, the anti-poking rod is further convenient to use, when the key is not inserted, the anti-poking rod is utilized to limit the marble component, the marble component is prevented from falling off from the marble hole, and therefore a seam allowance for preventing the marble component from falling off is arranged on the marble hole, and the marble component with more shapes can be conveniently selected; the invention also sets the shape of the tooth pit in a matching way with the end shape of the bullet component in the corresponding bullet hole, when the key is not matched, the tooth pit can re-extrude the bullet component which is mistakenly dropped into the tooth pit when rotating along with the key head to the tooth pit, thereby realizing the idle running of the key, avoiding the condition that the key using the similar combined tooth pit is opened strongly (when only a few tooth pits have smaller deviation with the bullet component, the force is too large to extrude the unmatched and matched bullet component), and further improving the anti-theft performance. The first embodiment. A lock cylinder assembly with a low mutual opening rate, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprises a lock cylinder body 1, wherein a lock cylinder 2 capable of rotating is connected in the lock cylinder body 1; a plurality of bullet holes 3 which are distributed at random circumference and at random axial direction are arranged on the side wall of the lock core 2, and bullet components 4 are arranged in the bullet holes 3; the side wall of the lock body 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 5 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the ball holes 3, and the middle part of the lock core 2 is provided with a circular key hole 6.

The bullet assembly 4 comprises a bullet 41, a top column 42 and a spring 43 which are sequentially arranged in a contact manner, and one end of the spring 43 is connected with the bottom of the mounting hole 5; the pin 41 can move in the pin hole 3 and extend into the key hole 6, and the top column 42 can move between the mounting hole 5 and the pin hole 3; one end of the mounting hole 5 is connected with a sealing sheet 44, and one end of the spring 43 is connected with the sealing sheet 44; the bullet hole 3 has various hole diameters, and the bullet assembly 4 has various sizes and/or various shapes; the lock cylinder is characterized in that the lock cylinder body 1 is provided with a pin hole 7, a pin 8 is arranged in the pin hole 7, an annular groove 9 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the pin 8, on the lock cylinder 2, the annular groove 9 can be generally arranged at a corner of 90 degrees, the rotation angle of the lock cylinder 2 can be limited within 90 degrees, and the lock cylinder 2 cannot fall off from the lock cylinder body 1 by matching with the pin 8.

The working principle is as follows: when the bullet pin is used, the key head 11 is inserted into the key hole 6, and the end part of the key head 11 is provided with the chamfer angle, so that the bullet component 4 can be conveniently extruded into the bullet hole 3, and the end part of the bullet component 4 is retracted into the bullet hole 3; at this time, the joint surface between the marble 41 and the top post 42 in the marble component 4 is not coincident with the joint surface between the mounting hole 5 and the marble hole 3, i.e. the marble 41 and the top post 42 prevent the lock core 2 from rotating; then the key handle 12 is rotated to enable the key head 11 to rotate in the lock cylinder 2, namely the key head 11 idles in the lock cylinder 2; after the tooth pits 13 on the key head 11 are matched with the corresponding bullet component 4, the bullet 41 can extend out of the bullet hole 3 and fall into the tooth pits 13 under the action of the spring 43 and the top column 42, so that the connecting surface between the bullet 41 and the top column 42 in the bullet component 4 is overlapped with the connecting surface between the mounting hole 5 and the bullet hole 3; when all the pin assemblies 4 are correspondingly engaged with the tooth flower pits 13, the lock cylinder 2 can be driven by the key head 11 to rotate, so that unlocking is realized.

When the bullet assembly 4 is not correspondingly engaged with the tooth pits 13, the lock cylinder 2 cannot rotate, and at the moment, the key head 11 is continuously rotated, so that the tooth pits 13 can extrude the bullet assembly 4 falling into the tooth pits into the bullet holes 3 again; the tooth pit 13 can be provided with a marble 41 with a spherical pit matching with the spherical end part, or can be provided with a marble 41 with a truncated cone matching with the chamfered end part, so that the marble 41 which does not correspond to the tooth pit 13 but falls into the tooth pit 13 can be extruded out when the tooth pit 13 rotates, namely, the tooth pit 13 can apply a force to the marble 41 to retract the marble 41 into the marble hole 3 when the tooth pit 13 rotates; so that the key head 11 which is not matched or not rotated and matched in place can idle in the key hole 6, and the strong opening or mutual opening is avoided; only when the tooth pits 13 on the key head 11 are matched with all the pin tumbler components 4 on the lock cylinder 2 one by one and the key head 11 rotates in place, the lock cylinder 2 can be driven to rotate to realize unlocking, and the anti-theft performance is improved. Wherein, the marbles 41 can adopt pointed marbles, spherical marbles, step marbles, hollow marbles and the like, and the number of the step marbles is at least 1; the arrangement of the tooth pits 13 on the key head 11 is that 1 or more tooth pits 13 can be arranged as long as the circumferential direction exceeds 3.5MM center distance, and the circumferential direction angle is not limited; the tooth pits 13 can be arranged at any position in the axial direction, and can be ordered at will as long as the center distance of the adjacent tooth pits 13 is not less than 3.5 MM; the head of the lock core 2 can be arranged into various shapes, and the tail of the lock core 2 can also be arranged into different shapes and structures to be used for realizing the opening and the locking without using lock bodies with different shapes and structures.

A lock cylinder assembly with a low mutual opening rate, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprises a lock cylinder body 1, wherein a lock cylinder 2 capable of rotating is connected in the lock cylinder body 1; a plurality of bullet holes 3 which are distributed at random circumference and at random axial direction are arranged on the side wall of the lock core 2, and bullet components 4 are arranged in the bullet holes 3; the side wall of the lock body 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 5 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the ball holes 3, and the middle part of the lock core 2 is provided with a circular key hole 6.

The working principle is as follows: when the key head 11 is inserted into the key hole 6, the opening 14 on the key head 11 is matched and sleeved with the poking prevention rod 10 in the lock cylinder 2, and the poking prevention rod 10 can guide the key head 11; meanwhile, the anti-theft rod 10 occupies the space of the key hole 6, and the marble 41 extends out of the marble hole 3 under the action of the spring 43, so that the distance between the end surface of the marble 41 and the anti-theft rod 10 is smaller or the end surface of the marble 41 is in contact with the anti-theft rod 10, the marble 41 can be prevented from being shifted by tools such as iron wires for technical unlocking, and the anti-theft performance is improved; in addition, the invention can also install the spring 43 by arranging a hollow hole at the tail part of the top column 42, thereby reducing the installation size requirement of the installation hole 5.
