1. A heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger, comprising:

a heat exchange plate main body; and

the flange has an inner side towards the centre of the heat exchanger plate and an outer side away from the centre of the heat exchanger plate, and the protrusions protrude towards the inner or outer side of the annular flange.

3. A heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein:

the flange includes: a first endless belt abutting the heat exchange plate body; and a second annular band adjoining the first annular band on a side of the first annular band remote from the heat exchanger plate body, at least a portion of the second annular band protruding with respect to the first annular band to constitute a projection.

4. A heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger according to claim 3, wherein:

the whole second annular belt forms an annular bulge; or

The protrusions are a plurality of protrusions spaced along the second annular band.

5. A heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein:

the flange includes: a first endless belt abutting the heat exchange plate body; a second endless belt abutting the first endless belt on a side of the first endless belt remote from the heat exchange plate body; and a third annular band adjoining the second annular band on a side of the second annular band remote from the first annular band, at least a portion of at least one of the second and third annular bands projecting relative to the first annular band to constitute a projection.

the second annular band projects relative to the first annular band to form an annular projection, and the third annular band is flush with the first annular band.

the height of the protrusions is in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm.

19. A plate heat exchanger comprising:

a plurality of heat exchanger plates, at least one of which is a heat exchanger plate according to any one of claims 1 to 18.

Technical Field

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger and a plate heat exchanger.

Background

The plate heat exchanger comprises a cover plate, a heat exchange plate, a connecting pipe and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of embodiments of the present invention to provide a heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger and a plate heat exchanger having the same, whereby the quality of the heat exchanger plate of the heat exchanger may be improved, for example.

According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a heat exchanger plate for a plate heat exchanger, comprising: a heat exchange plate main body; and an annular flange extending obliquely from the edge of the heat exchanger plate body, wherein the flange has a stiffening projection.

According to an embodiment of the invention said flange has an inner side towards the centre of the heat exchanger plate and an outer side away from the centre of the heat exchanger plate, said protrusions protruding towards the inner or outer side of said flange being annular.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the flange comprises: a first endless belt abutting the heat exchange plate body; and a second annular band adjoining the first annular band on a side of the first annular band remote from the heat exchanger plate body, at least a portion of the second annular band protruding with respect to the first annular band to constitute a projection.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the whole of said second annular band constitutes an annular projection; or the protrusions are a plurality of protrusions arranged at intervals along the second annular band.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the flange comprises: a first endless belt abutting the heat exchange plate body; a second endless belt abutting the first endless belt on a side of the first endless belt remote from the heat exchange plate body; and a third annular band adjoining the second annular band on a side of the second annular band remote from the first annular band, at least a portion of at least one of the second and third annular bands projecting relative to the first annular band to constitute a projection.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the plurality of heat exchanger plates comprises a first heat exchanger plate and a second heat exchanger plate which are adjacent to each other, the protrusions of the flanges of the first heat exchanger plate protrude towards a side away from the flanges of the second heat exchanger plate, a gap is formed between the protrusions of the flanges of the first heat exchanger plate and the flanges of the second heat exchanger plate, and the gap is filled with solder for welding the plate heat exchanger, so that the protrusions of the flanges of the first heat exchanger plate and the flanges of the second heat exchanger plate are welded together.

The heat exchanger plate and the plate heat exchanger according to embodiments of the invention may, for example, improve the quality of the heat exchanger plates of the heat exchanger.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9C, a plate heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of heat exchange plates 10; and a heat exchange space formed between adjacent heat exchange plates 10 of said plurality of heat exchange plates 10. The plate heat exchanger also comprises a cover plate or the like.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9C, a heat exchange plate 10 for a plate heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heat exchange plate body 11; and an annular flange 3 extending obliquely from the edge of the heat exchanger plate body 11, said flange 3 having a stiffening projection 5. Said flanges 3 of the heat exchanger plate 10 overlap with the flanges 3 of the adjacent heat exchanger plate 10. The strength and rigidity of the flange 3 can be improved by the reinforcing effect of the protrusions 5.

The references to "annular" and "annular" in this patent refer to shapes that are joined end to form a closed profile, and are not intended to refer to circles. The overall shape of the flange 3, as seen in a direction perpendicular to the heat exchanger plates, depends on the shape of the heat exchanger plates 10, e.g. being a rectangular ring. The same applies to the "endless belt" below.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9C, in some embodiments of the invention said flange 3 has an inner side towards the centre of the heat exchanger plate 10 and an outer side away from the centre of the heat exchanger plate 10, said protrusions 5 protruding towards the inner or outer side of said flange 3 being annular.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9C, in some embodiments of the invention, the flange 3 comprises: a first endless belt 31 abutting the heat exchanger plate body 11; and a second annular band 32 adjoining the first annular band 31 on the side of the first annular band 31 remote from the heat exchanger plate body 11, at least a part of the second annular band 32 protruding with respect to the first annular band 31 to constitute a projection 5.

Referring to fig. 4-5, 6A-6C, and 9A-9C, in some embodiments of the invention, the second annular band 32 includes the protrusions 5. Referring to fig. 6A-6C, according to some examples of the invention, the protrusions 5 are annular protrusions 5 along the entire second annular band 32, thereby forming a stepped structure. In this case, when a plurality of heat exchanger plates 10 are welded together, contact is made between the first annular bands 31 of adjacent heat exchanger plates 10 and between the second annular bands 32 of adjacent heat exchanger plates 10. Or referring to fig. 9A-9C, according to further examples of the invention, the protrusions 5 are a plurality of protrusions 5 spaced along the second annular band 32.

Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments of the invention, the flange 3 comprises: a first endless belt 31 abutting the heat exchanger plate body 11; a second endless belt 32 adjoining the first endless belt 31 on the side of the first endless belt 31 remote from the heat exchanger plate body 11; and a third annular band 33 adjoining the second annular band 32 on a side of the second annular band 32 remote from the first annular band 31, at least a portion of at least one of the second and third annular bands 32, 33 projecting with respect to the first annular band 31 to constitute a projection 5. According to some examples of the invention, the second annular band 32 projects with respect to the first annular band 31 so as to constitute a ring-shaped projection 5. In the example shown in fig. 3, the flange 3 has an inner side facing the centre of the heat exchanger plate 10 and an outer side facing away from the centre of the heat exchanger plate 10, the second annular band 32 projects towards the outer side of the annular flange 3 relative to the first annular band 31, the third annular band 33 projects towards the outer side of the annular flange 3 relative to the first annular band 31 to constitute an annular projection 5, and the amount of projection of the second annular band 32 relative to the first annular band 31 is smaller than the amount of projection of the third annular band 33 relative to the first annular band 31, whereby a plurality of steps, for example an annular plurality of steps, are formed. In the example shown in fig. 4, the second annular band 32 of the lower heat exchanger plate 10 projects towards the outside of the flange 3 with respect to the first annular band, and the third annular band 33 is substantially flush with the first annular band 31. In the example shown in fig. 5, the second annular band 32 of the two heat exchanger plates 10 projects towards the outside and the inside of the flange 3, respectively, with respect to the first annular band, while the third annular bands 33 of both heat exchanger plates 10 are substantially flush with the first annular band 31.

Referring to fig. 4 to 9C, in some embodiments of the present invention, the flange 3 includes a ring-shaped flange main body 30, the flange main body 30 has a band shape, the protrusion 5 protrudes from the flange main body 30, and as shown in fig. 6A to 6C, the protrusion 5 is an annular protrusion 5 extending along the entire ring-shaped flange main body 30. According to some examples of the invention, the projection 5 is substantially parallel to the flange body 30.

Referring to fig. 4 to 9C, in some embodiments of the present invention, the flange 3 includes a ring-shaped flange main body 30, the flange main body 30 has a band shape, the protrusions 5 protrude from the flange main body 30, and as shown in fig. 7A to 9C, the protrusions 5 are a plurality of protrusions 5 arranged at intervals along the ring-shaped flange main body 30.

Referring to fig. 6A to 9C, in some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of protrusions 5 has a linear shape or a bar shape. In the example shown in fig. 7A to 8C, at least one of the plurality of projections 5 intersects the annular flange body 30. For example, at least one of the plurality of protrusions 5 is substantially perpendicular to the annular flange body 30. According to some examples of the invention, at least one of the plurality of protrusions 5 extends over the entire width of the band-shaped flange body 30.

Referring to fig. 8A to 8C, in some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of protrusions 5 have a linear shape or a bar shape, a first protrusion 5A of the plurality of protrusions 5 is substantially parallel to a portion of the annular flange body 30 where the first protrusion 5A is disposed, and a second protrusion 5B of the plurality of protrusions 5 is substantially perpendicular to a portion of the annular flange body 30 where the second protrusion 5B is disposed. For example, referring to fig. 8B, the first bosses 5A extend in substantially the same direction as the second bosses 5B when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the heat exchanger plate body 11.

Referring to fig. 1-9C, in some embodiments of the invention, the height of the protrusions 5 is in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, for example, the height of the protrusions 5 is in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm. It is noted that the protrusions 5 are depicted in an exaggerated manner in fig. 2-5, but as mentioned above the protrusions 5 are actually so small, indented, that on a larger scale, such as in fig. 6A and 6C, it is difficult to see the thickness thereof.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9C, a plate heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of heat exchanger plates 10, at least one of said plurality of heat exchanger plates 10 being a heat exchanger plate 10 as described above.

Referring to fig. 2 to 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of heat exchanger plates 10 comprises adjacent first heat exchanger plates 10 (e.g. the heat exchanger plate 10 on the upper side of two heat exchanger plates 10 in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5) and second heat exchanger plates 10 (e.g. the heat exchanger plate 10 on the lower side of two heat exchanger plates 10 in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5), the bosses 5 of the flanges 3 of the first heat exchanger plates 10 protrude towards the side away from the flanges 3 of the second heat exchanger plates 10, a gap 9 is formed between the bosses 5 of the flanges 3 of the first heat exchanger plates 10 and the flanges 3 of the second heat exchanger plates 10, and the gap 9 is filled with solder for soldering the plate heat exchanger to weld the bosses 5 of the flanges 3 of the first heat exchanger plates 10 and the flanges 3 of the second heat exchanger plates 10 together. This can further enhance the reinforcing effect of the projection 5 on the flange 3, for example.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the protrusions 5 in the flange 3, the heat exchange plate can be prevented from warping, the brazing quality of the heat exchanger can be improved, and the assembly of the heat exchanger can be made easier.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the protrusions 5 in the flange 3, it is possible to avoid an influence on the heat exchange area of the heat exchange plate 10, thereby preventing an influence on the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the protrusions 5 in the flange 3, elastic springback after molding of the heat exchange plate 10 can be prevented, so that the structure of the heat exchange plate is more stable.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the protrusion 5 is arranged in the flange 3, so that the protrusion is easier to form, and the manufacturing difficulty of the heat exchanger is reduced.

It is noted that features from one or more of the embodiments described above may be combined into new embodiments. Features from one embodiment may be used with another embodiment unless the feature in one embodiment conflicts with the technical solution of the other embodiment.
