Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a charging gun insertion in-place detection method for a charging pile includes the following steps:

step 10: continuously detecting whether the charging gun is separated from the charging gun base and whether the charging process is finished or not until the charging gun is separated from the charging gun base and the charging process is finished, and turning to step 20;

step 20: flashing light for alarming, turning off the flashing light for alarming after the flashing light for alarming lasts for preset time, and turning to step 30;

step 30: alarming by sound;

in step 20 and step 30, it is continuously detected whether the charging process is completed and the charging gun is placed back to the charging gun holder, and if it is detected that the charging process is in progress or the charging gun is placed back to the charging gun holder, the current step is ended, and step 10 is performed.

The charging pile comprises a power supply device, a charging insertion gun, a charging gun seat, a charging state detection device, an induction device and an alarm device; the power supply device is connected with the electric vehicle through the charging electric insertion gun to charge the electric vehicle. The charging state detection device, the induction device and the alarm device can be integrated on the charging pile body. The charging gun seat is also positioned on the charging pile body. The charging electric gun can be connected with the charging pile body through a charging wire. The charging gun seat is used for placing a charging electric insertion gun; and the charging state detection device is used for detecting whether the charging process is finished or not.

It can be understood that the electric vehicle charging pile is generally a rectangular parallelepiped or a cylinder. And a power supply device is arranged in the charging pile body to provide power supply required by charging. Generally, the voltage value provided by the power supply device is 12V. It should be noted that the charging state detection device may be a current detection circuit, which detects whether the charging process is completed by detecting the charging current flowing through the charging gun. When the charging process is complete, the charging current on the charging lance is approximately zero.

The induction device is used for inducing whether the charging electric power gun is placed back to the charging gun seat or not; it will be appreciated that a variety of devices may be used to implement the functionality of the sensing means. For example, a voltage detection device, an infrared ray sensing device, a gravity sensing device, a sensor, and the like. In a specific embodiment, the sensing device is an infrared sensing device, and when the sensing device is an infrared sensing device, the sensing device includes an infrared receiver and an infrared emitter, the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver can be respectively located on both sides of the charging gun base, and the infrared receiver is used for receiving infrared rays emitted by the infrared emitter. When the charging electric insertion gun is placed back to the charging gun base, the infrared rays emitted by the infrared emitter are blocked by the charging electric insertion gun, and the infrared receiver cannot receive the infrared rays emitted by the infrared emitter. Therefore, whether the charging electric power gun is put back to the charging gun base or not can be detected. It should be noted that the infrared receiver and the infrared transmitter may also be located on the charging electric gun and the charging gun base, respectively. In one embodiment, the sensing device is a proximity switch, which may be located on the charging receptacle or on the charging receptacle. When the charging gun returns to the charging gun base, the proximity switch senses the charging gun. In one embodiment, the sensing device is a voltage detection device, and it is understood that the charging gun base includes a gun head socket; a contact joint is arranged on the gun head socket; when the charging insertion gun is placed on the charging gun base, the gun head of the charging insertion gun is inserted into the gun head inserting opening, and the contact joint is connected with the charging contact on the gun head. When the charging insertion gun is inserted into a charging port of the electric vehicle, a charging contact on the gun head of the charging insertion gun is contacted with a charging contact in the charging port of the electric vehicle, so that a charging loop is formed to charge the electric vehicle. When the charging electric insertion gun is inserted into the charging interface of the charging gun base, the charging contact on the gun head is contacted with the contact joint on the gun head socket to form another loop. At this time, the voltage at the gun head is the voltage value provided by the power supply device. At this time, the sensing device is a voltage detection circuit; and the voltage detection circuit is used for detecting the voltage at the charging contact, and when the voltage detection circuit detects that the voltage at the charging contact is less than the preset voltage, the charging insertion gun is not placed back to the charging gun seat. Whether the charging electric gun is put back to the charging gun base or not can be judged by detecting the voltage value of the charging contact on the gun head of the charging electric gun. When the charging plug gun is placed on the charging gun seat, the voltage value of the charging contact point of the gun head is approximately equal to the voltage value provided by the power supply device, such as 12V. When the charging insertion gun is not placed back to the charging gun seat, the voltage value of the charging contact point of the gun head is about zero.

And the alarm device is used for sending a charging electric insertion gun putting back prompt when the charging state detection device detects that the charging process is completed and the sensing device senses that the charging electric insertion gun is not put back to the charging gun base. When the user uses the charging electric gun to charge the electric vehicle, the alarm device can send out a charging electric gun putting-back prompt, for example, voice broadcasting 'please put the charging electric gun back' and the like, and the user is prompted to put the charging electric gun back to the charging gun base in advance. The alarm device can be a voice alarm, a screen display prompt and the like.

In the charging insertion gun in-place detection method for the charging pile, a variable alarm mode is adopted, alarm modes of different means are alternately adopted along with the advance of time, a flashing light alarm is adopted at the initial stage, and a sound alarm is adopted at the later stage when the flashing light alarm does not work. Ensure to charge after the electric motor car has been charged, charge and insert the rifle and return to the gun stock, prevent electric leakage or electric shock occurence of failure, avoid causing and fill electric pile and damage.

Since a user or a worker puts the charging gun back to the charging gun holder from the charging port of the electric vehicle and takes a certain operation time to connect the charging gun to the electric vehicle, in order to reduce interference in a normal operation process, preferably, the step 10 specifically includes: step 11: continuously detecting whether the charging gun is separated from the charging gun base and whether the charging process is finished until the charging gun is separated from the charging gun base and the charging process is finished; step 12: if the charging electric power gun is separated from the charging gun base and the state of the charging process is not changed and the keeping time reaches a preset time threshold, turning to step 20; otherwise go to step 11. The preset time threshold can be set according to needs, for example, the preset time threshold can be 5-10 seconds.

In step 30, the sound alarm may be a voice alarm or a buzzer alarm. Preferably, the step 30 specifically includes: and (4) alarming by sound, wherein the sound is gradually increased in size in the alarming process.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following relation of step 40, step 30 and step 40: step 30: alarming by sound, and turning off the sound alarm after the sound alarm lasts for a preset time, and turning to the step 40; step 40: alarming by smell; in step 40, it is continuously detected whether the charging process is completed and the charging gun is placed back to the charging gun base, and if it is detected that the charging process is in progress or the charging gun is placed back to the charging gun base, the current step is ended, and step 10 is performed. In the embodiment, compared with the traditional alarm means which is fixed and lacks change in the prior art, the invention adopts various alarm modes, combines flash alarm, sound alarm and smell alarm, adopts the alarm modes of different means at different time periods, stimulates the attention of people from multiple dimensions of eyes, ears and nose, and prompts a user or staff to put the charging gun back on the charging gun seat. Ensure to charge after the electric motor car has been charged, charge and insert the rifle and return to the gun stock, prevent electric leakage or electric shock occurence of failure, avoid causing and fill electric pile and damage.

More preferably, the odor released in step 40 is an offensive odor, such as may be a malodor or other odor.

In a preferred embodiment, the step 40 is specifically: a combination of odor alarm and flashing light alarm is used. More preferably, the step 40 specifically includes: a combination of odor and sound alarms and flashing lights alarms is used. The charging gun adopts a variable alarm mode, and alarm modes of different means are alternately adopted along with the advance of time, a flashing light alarm is adopted at the initial stage, when the flashing light alarm does not work, a sound alarm is adopted at the middle stage, and a smell alarm, a sound alarm and a flashing light alarm are adopted at the later stage. Ensure to charge after the electric motor car has been charged, charge and insert the rifle and return to the gun stock, prevent electric leakage or electric shock occurence of failure, avoid causing and fill electric pile and damage.

In conclusion, the charging gun in-place detection method of the charging pile adopts a variable alarm mode, and alternately adopts alarm modes of different means along with the advance of time, adopts a flashing light alarm mode at the initial stage, and adopts a sound alarm mode at the later stage when the flashing light alarm mode does not work. Ensure to charge after the electric motor car has been charged, charge and insert the rifle and return to the gun stock, prevent electric leakage or electric shock occurence of failure, avoid causing and fill electric pile and damage.
