Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the electromagnetic relay with an auxiliary switch terminal conveniently connected according to the present invention includes an insulating housing 1, a protection box 2 and an electromagnet 3 installed in the insulating housing 1, a push rod unit 4 telescopically installed with respect to the electromagnet 3, an armature 5 installed at one end of the push rod unit 4 and cooperating with the electromagnet 3, a first elastic member 6 for driving the armature 5 to drive the push rod unit 4 to reset, a main contact plate 7 and an auxiliary contact plate 8 installed at the other end of the push rod unit 4, a main terminal 9 and an auxiliary terminal installed on the protection box 2, the main contact plate 7 is used for connecting or disconnecting the main terminal 9, the number of the main terminals 9 is two, and two ends of the main contact plate 7 are respectively cooperating with the two main terminals 9.

The auxiliary contact 8 is used for connecting or disconnecting the auxiliary terminal, the auxiliary terminal has a first switch terminal and a second switch terminal, the two switch terminals have the same structure, the switch terminal has a main body 11, a contact portion 12 and a welding portion 13, the contact portion 12 and the welding portion 13 are respectively arranged at two ends of the main body 11, the two ends are far away from each other, the welding portion 13 has a through hole 14 for accommodating an external lead, and the through hole 14 is used for accommodating soldering tin for welding the welding portion 13 and the lead together. Preferably, the tapered hole 16 is a conical hole, during the installation process of the switch terminal, the contact portion 12 of the switch terminal is installed into the accommodating hole 15 through one end of the tapered hole 16 far away from the accommodating hole 15, and the switch terminal is guided and installed into the accommodating hole 15 quickly and accurately by means of the structural design of the tapered hole 16, so that the installation efficiency of the switch terminal is improved.

The main body 11 has a sliding hole and a second elastic member located in the sliding hole, the contact portion 12 is slidably received in the sliding hole, the second elastic member is used for driving the contact portion 12 to reset, preferably, the second elastic member is a spring, and two ends of the second elastic member respectively abut against the contact portion 12 and the bottom surface of the sliding hole; the body portion 11 is fixed in the tapered hole 16 via glue, and the contact portion 12 is telescopically disposed in the accommodation hole 15.

After the switch terminal is arranged in the tapered hole 16 and the sliding hole, glue is injected into the tapered hole 16, then the glue in the tapered hole 16 is baked by a baking device, the glue is rapidly cured, and the cured glue can fix the switch terminal on the protection box 2.

The protection box 2 is made of ceramic materials, the main terminal 9 is welded on the protection box 2, the protection box 2 is provided with a flat plate body 17 and a protruding portion 18 arranged on the flat plate body 17, the protection box 2 is of an integrated structure, the protruding portion 18 is located in the middle of the flat plate body 17, the protection box 2 is provided with a protection cavity which is concavely arranged in the protruding portion 18 from the flat plate body 17, and the protection cavity is used for accommodating the main contact plate 7 and the main terminal 9.

The containing hole 15 and the tapered hole 16 are arranged on the flat plate body 17. With the help of the structural design of the protection box 2, the main terminal 9 and the auxiliary terminal are isolated from different positions on the protection box 2, and the touch interference between the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal in the use process is avoided.

The lug boss 18 is provided with two blind grooves which are formed by recessing two sides of the lug boss 18 away from each other, permanent magnets 19 are arranged in the blind grooves, and the permanent magnets 19 in the two blind grooves are used for extinguishing electric arcs generated when the main contact plate 7 is contacted with or separated from the main terminal 9. The permanent magnet 19 is used for rapidly extinguishing the electric arc generated when the main contact plate 7 is contacted with or separated from the main terminal 9, reducing the damage of the electric arc to the main contact plate and the main terminal, and prolonging the service life of the main contact plate and the main terminal. The permanent magnet 19 is blocked and abutted by the inner groove side surface of the blind groove, so that the permanent magnet 19 is prevented from contacting the main terminal 9 or the main contact plate 7 and being used badly.

The armature 5 unit is provided with an insulating plate body 21, the auxiliary contact plate 8 is arranged on the insulating plate body 21, the insulating plate body 21 is used for isolating the auxiliary contact plate 8 from the main contact plate 7, and the main contact plate 7 and the auxiliary contact plate 8 are prevented from contacting with each other by means of the insulating plate body 21 and are not used well. The contact part 12 protrudes out of the flat body 17, the first spring plate has a flat body part 22 for abutting against the contact part 12, the second spring plate has an arc-shaped arch 23 for abutting against the flat body 17; the flat body 22 abuts against the contact portion 12 while the arcuate arch 23 simultaneously abuts against the flat body 17.

With the help of the setting of the arc-shaped arch 23 on the flat body portion 22 and the second elastic sheet, the two ends of the auxiliary touch plate 8 simultaneously abut against external members, the auxiliary touch plate 8 is prevented from abutting against the external members only on one side and the stress is unbalanced, the stress balance of the auxiliary touch plate 8 is ensured, and the stability of the use performance of the relay is ensured.
