then starting the electric push rod 19, so that the electric push rod 19 makes telescopic motion, and drives the fixing plate 20 to vertically move up and down, thereby facilitating adjustment of the height of power transmission according to the power transmission requirement, putting the power transmission wire 21 into the clamp 221, rotating the fixing rod 226, and pushing the fixing block 224 to horizontally move, so that the fixing block 224 moves under the driving of the fixing pad 225, so that the fixing pad 225 contacts with the side surface of the power transmission wire 21, thereby facilitating adjustment and fixation of the power transmission wire 21 according to the diameter of the power transmission wire 21, enhancing the fixation firmness of the power transmission wire 21, thereby improving the installation stability of the power transmission wire 21, finally, after the photovoltaic panel 5 absorbs the light energy, transmitting the converted electric energy to the inside of the storage battery 13 through the power transmission line 14, if the storage battery 13 is in operation, opening the heat dissipation motor 15, make flabellum 16 take place high-speed the rotation, and produce wind-force, the flow speed of the inside air of guard box 12 has been accelerated, thereby be convenient for to the cooling of dispelling the heat of battery 13, and the steam flow during the heat dissipation can flow to the outside from louvre 17, when heat dissipation motor 15 is out of work, dust and steam in the outside air can be followed louvre 17 and to the inside diffusion of guard box 12, dust and steam can pass through activated carbon layer 183 and dry layer 184 in proper order this moment, be convenient for carry out filtration treatment to dust and steam, the inside cleanness and the aridity of guard box 12 have been ensured, thereby battery 13's life has been improved.
