Background

A dishwasher is an apparatus that sprays cold or hot water to dishes to remove dirt adhered to the dishes and wash the dishes. Dishes are placed in a dish frame inside a dish washing cabinet, and a general dish washing machine includes a pump and a spray head to spray washing water, a heater to generate hot water, and the like. Such a dishwasher usually requires a separate housing and separate components, so that the general dishwasher is large in volume and is not suitable for being used in some families with large population and small living area, and thus the dishwasher is not common in many families.

In order to save space and expand the application range, many designs of water tank type cleaning machines have been developed, that is, the existing water tank is modified into a cleaning machine, the water tank is directly used as a washing space, and a rotary spray arm is generally arranged at the bottom of the water tank and is generally connected with a pump body driven by a motor. The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a cleaning machine which can preheat water entering a box body by utilizing heat generated in the operation process of a driving mechanism so as to reduce energy consumption, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a washing machine which can preheat air by using the heat generated by the driving mechanism after washing and convey the air into the washing chamber to dry dishes, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The third technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cleaning method of the above cleaning machine, which can preheat water and air entering the washing chamber by using heat generated by the operation of the driving mechanism, so as to save energy consumption and improve the cleaning effect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the water tank is provided with the water storage tank, the water guide pipe and the water pump, the water storage tank surrounds the power supply part of the driving mechanism, and in the washing process, the heat generated by the power supply part of the driving mechanism can preheat the water in the water storage tank, and then the preheated water is input into the washing cavity through the water pump and the water guide pipe, so that the energy consumption for heating the water is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning machine of the present embodiment includes a water tank body 1, a spray arm, a driving mechanism 3, a water storage tank 4, a water guide pipe 5, a water pump 6, and an air supply mechanism 7, wherein the water tank body 1 is hollow to form a washing chamber 11, the spray arm is disposed in the washing chamber 11, the driving mechanism 3 is used for pumping water into the spray arm, a power supply portion 31 of the driving mechanism 3 is disposed outside the water tank body 1, and the power supply portion 31 of the present embodiment is a motor, and generates a lot of heat during operation. The upper part of the side wall of the water tank body 1 is provided with a water inlet 12, the water storage tank 4 is provided with a water storage cavity 41 with a hollow interior, the power supply part 31 of the driving mechanism 3 is arranged in the water storage cavity 41, the water storage cavity 41 is communicated with the water inlet 12 of the water tank body 1 through a water guide pipe 5, and the water pump 6 is arranged in the middle of the water guide pipe 5 and is used for pumping water in the water storage cavity 41 into the washing cavity 11.

In the present embodiment, energy is effectively utilized and energy consumption is reduced by preheating water or air through the power supply part 31 of the driving mechanism 3, but the heat of the power supply part 31 of the driving mechanism 3 is not enough to heat the washing water to a desired temperature, and thus, the heating plate 8 is required to further heat the water introduced into the washing chamber 11.

In this embodiment, the air supply mechanism 7 is used for pumping air into the water storage tank 4, a one-way valve 70 is disposed at an output end of the air supply mechanism 7, the one-way valve only allows air to be delivered into the water storage chamber 41 and prevents water in the water storage chamber 41 from entering the air supply mechanism 7, and an air outlet 13 is opened on a side wall of an upper portion of the sink body 1. By adopting the structure, after washing is finished, air can be preheated by the power supply part 31 of the driving mechanism 3 and is input into the washing cavity 11 to dry bowls and dishes, so that bacteria are prevented from breeding and peculiar smell is eliminated. Specifically, the air supply mechanism 7 includes a centrifugal fan 71 and an air duct 72, the centrifugal fan 71 is disposed on the bottom wall of the sink body 1, the air duct 72 is connected between an air outlet of the centrifugal fan 71 and the water storage cavity 41, and the check valve 70 is disposed at an output end of the air duct 72.

the water inlet valve 53 opens the water outlet end of the first section 51 of the water guide pipe, tap water is sucked and discharged by the water pump 6 and is input into the washing cavity 11 from the water storage tank 4 through the water guide pipe 5 and the water inlet 12, the heating plate 8 heats warm water entering the washing cavity 11 to a set temperature, the driving mechanism 3 is started to start washing by spraying of the spraying arm, and wastewater is discharged after washing is finished; in the above washing process, most of the heat generated by the power supply portion 31 of the driving mechanism 3 remains in the water storage tank 4;

the air supply mechanism 7 is started to input air into the water storage tank 4, the air absorbs heat in the water storage tank 4 and then is input into the washing chamber 11 through the water guide pipe 5 and the water inlet 12 to dry the dishes, and the air blown through the dishes carries water vapor to be discharged from the air outlet 13 at the upper part of the water tank body 1.

When the cleaning machine is used for cleaning fruits and vegetables:

the water inlet valve 53 always cuts off the water outlet end of the first section 51 of the water guide pipe, tap water is pumped into the washing cavity 11 through the second water inlet 531, the second section 52 of the water guide pipe and the water inlet 12 under the suction of the water pump 6, the driving mechanism 3 is started to wash fruits and vegetables through the spraying of the spraying arm and the turbulent motion of water flow, and the wastewater is discharged after the washing is finished.
