Background

The EPS foam box is made of light high-molecular polymer, has the characteristics of light weight, strong heat resistance, small water absorption and the like, and occupies a great market by using lower cost and better mechanical property. The existing foam box technology mainly has the following problems:

1. most of the existing foam boxes have the strength problem, and due to the limitation of materials, the hardness of the foam boxes is low, the box body is easy to damage, and the product quality is poor.

2. Most of the existing foam boxes have the problem of being not smooth in carrying, and the foam boxes are easy to damage in carrying due to the fact that the surfaces of the foam boxes are smooth and the hardness of the foam boxes is limited.
