Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a cleaning mechanism for cleaning a printing machine roller and a cleaning device comprising the same.

Background

In the web press, a large amount of ink, paper dust, and the like remain on the surfaces of the upper blanket cylinder and the lower blanket cylinder during printing, and cleaning is required at random. In the prior art, the blanket cylinder is cleaned in two ways: the first is manual cleaning; the second is spray bar type automatic cleaning.

The manual cleaning requires that the printing paper between the upper blanket cylinder and the lower blanket cylinder be manually wiped after being cut off. The manual cleaning mode not only consumes a large amount of manpower, but also is extremely time-consuming to reload the disconnected paper into the printing machine, and influences the printing efficiency. Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic views showing a prior art spray bar type automatic cleaning apparatus. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, after the cleaning water is sprayed to the water dispersion plate 2 'through the spray rod 1' for dispersion, the cleaning cloth roll 3 is wetted; the upper blanket cylinder 4 and the lower blanket cylinder 5 which roll are wiped and cleaned by the wet cleaning cloth roll 3. The automatic cleaning device of the spray rod type can replace manpower and clean without manually breaking paper.

Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a prior art spray bar 1'. As shown in FIG. 3, the spray bar 1 ' is a steel pipe having a thickness of 6mm between the steel pipes and a wall thickness of 1mm, and the steel pipe is provided with spray holes 101 ' having a hole diameter of 0.3 to 0.5mm, for example, the spray holes 101 ' have a hole diameter of 0.3mm, 0.4mm or 0.5 mm. The injection holes 101' have different diameters in order to adjust the amount of water to be injected and the pressure of water. However, the applicant has found that the automatic cleaning device of the prior art with a spray bar type has the following disadvantages when in use:

(1) the jet hole 101 'is too long and is easy to deform, and the distance from the jet hole 101' to the cleaning cloth roll 3 is unequal, so that the jet is uneven, the jet water pressure is unequal, and the cleaning effect is influenced, as shown in fig. 4;

(2) the pressure loss in the inner tube of the spray bar 1 ' is different in the pressure and the amount of water sprayed from the different spray holes 101 ', and although the amount of water and the pressure of water can be properly adjusted by using the spray holes 101 ' having different diameters, it is difficult to ensure the constant amount of water and the pressure of water sprayed due to the pressure loss, as shown in fig. 5 or 6. The water pressure and amount of water discharged from the discharge holes 101' are not controlled, resulting in non-uniform discharge. The blanket cylinder cannot be cleaned cleanly at the position with too little water injection amount; if the amount of water in the spray bar 1' is increased as a whole, the cleaning water adheres to the upper blanket cylinder 4 and slips down onto the paper 6, so that the paper 6 is broken, paper needs to be refilled, and printing efficiency is affected.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for improvement of the prior art cleaning apparatus.
