1. A dyeing method of a light and comfortable blended fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) adding an acid dye into water to prepare an acid dye solution, keeping the pH value of the acid dye solution at 4-6 and the temperature at 30-40 ℃, adding the fabric to be dyed at a bath ratio of 1:10-15, and dyeing for 1-5min in a heat preservation manner;

(2) continuously heating to 90-108 ℃, performing heat preservation dyeing for 30-50min, and then performing cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12 and the temperature at 20-35 ℃, adding the primary dyed fabric at a bath ratio of 1:7-10, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 1-5 min;

(4) and continuously heating to 50-70 ℃, keeping the temperature for dyeing for 20-40min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed fabric finished product.

2. The dyeing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric to be dyed is a fabric obtained by interweaving or blending two or three of cotton, modal, nylon and silk.

3. The dyeing process of claim 1, wherein the acid dye is one or more of acid K-PBL gray 200%, acid K-GLS bright red 150%, and K-GLN yellow 250%.

4. Dyeing process according to claim 3, characterized in that the reactive dyes are one or more of reactive CA blue, reactive CA red, reactive CA yellow.

Dyeing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the acid dyes are used in the following amounts of the respective components: 200% of 3-5% owf acid K-PBL ash, 150% of 1.0-1.5% owf acid K-GLS bright red and 250% of 2-4% owfK-GLNYN yellow, wherein the active dye comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% owf active CA blue, 15-20% owf active CA red and 15-25% owf active CA yellow.

6. The dyeing method according to claim 1, wherein in step (1), a light stabilizer is added to the dye liquor, the amount of the light stabilizer is 0.5-2g/L, and the light stabilizer is one or more of light stabilizer 783, light stabilizer 119 and light stabilizer UV 1130.

The dyeing method according to claim 1, characterized in that, preferably, in the step (2), the temperature is raised to 98 ℃, the temperature is kept and dyed for 40min, the temperature raising rate is 2.0-3.5 ℃/min, and in the step (4), the temperature is raised to 60 ℃, the temperature is kept and dyed for 30min, and the temperature raising rate is 1.0-2.0 ℃/min.

The dyeing method according to claim 1, characterized in that in step (1), when preparing the acidic dye solution, a leveling agent with the dosage of 1-3g/L and ammonium sulfate with the dosage of 1-3g/L are added, and in step (3), when preparing the active dye solution, soda with the dosage of 15-25g/L and anhydrous sodium sulphate with the dosage of 15-25g/L are added.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dyeing of textile fabrics, in particular to a dyeing method of a light and elastic comfortable blended fabric and application thereof.

Background

At present, most of the common fabrics for textile fabrics in the market mainly comprise cotton, terylene, silk, chinlon and regenerated cellulose fiber,

the brocade, cotton, silk and interweaved (or blended) fabric has the advantages of various fibers and the defects of complementation, has excellent wearability such as good elasticity, high strength, light weight, soft hand feeling, good moisture absorption and air permeability and the like, and is deeply loved by consumers. As is known, cotton is dyed by reactive dye, and nylon and silk are dyed by acid dye, but because the reactive dye is dyed under alkaline condition, and the acid dye is dyed under acid condition, the two completely different process conditions bring great difficulty to dyeing of blended fabrics such as nylon and cotton, and the reactive dye for dyeing cotton generally has certain competitive dyeing property to nylon. The dyeing usually has the problems of cloth cover flower, two-phase unevenness, mutual staining and the like, and the light color also has the problems of light fastness and perspiration light fastness.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, a dyeing method of the light and elastic comfortable blended fabric and application thereof are needed to be provided, and the problems of cloth cover flower, uneven dyeing, low color fastness and the like in the process of dyeing the blended fabric are solved.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a dyeing method of a light and elastic comfortable blended fabric, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding an acid dye into water to prepare an acid dye solution, keeping the pH value of the acid dye solution at 4-6 and the temperature at 30-40 ℃, adding the fabric to be dyed at a bath ratio of 1:10-15, and dyeing for 1-5min in a heat preservation manner;

(2) continuously heating to 90-108 ℃, performing heat preservation dyeing for 30-50min, and then performing cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12 and the temperature at 20-35 ℃, adding the primary dyed fabric at a bath ratio of 1:7-10, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 1-5 min;

(4) and continuously heating to 50-70 ℃, keeping the temperature for dyeing for 20-40min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed fabric finished product.

Furthermore, the fabric to be dyed is a fabric formed by interweaving or blending two or three of cotton, modal, chinlon and silk.

Further, the acid dye is one or more of acid K-PBL ash 200%, acid K-GLS scarlet 150% and K-GLN yellow 250%.

Further, the reactive dye is one or more of reactive CA blue, reactive CA red and reactive CA yellow.

Further, the acid dye comprises the following components in the following amount: 200% of 3-5% owf acid K-PBL ash, 150% of 1.0-1.5% owf acid K-GLS bright red and 250% of 2-4% owfK-GLNYN yellow, wherein the active dye comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% owf active CA blue, 15-20% owf active CA red and 15-25% owf active CA yellow.

Further, in the step (1), a light stabilizer is added into the dye liquor, and the dosage of the light stabilizer is 0.5-2 g/L.

Further, the light stabilizer is one or more of a light stabilizer 783, a light stabilizer 119 and a light stabilizer UV 1130.

Further, preferably, in the step (2), the temperature is raised to 98 ℃, and the heat preservation dyeing is carried out for 40min, and in the step (4), the temperature is raised to 60 ℃, and the heat preservation dyeing is carried out for 30 min.

Further, the heating rate in the step (2) is 2.0-3.5 ℃/min, and the heating rate in the step (4) is 1.0-2.0 ℃/min.

Further, in the step (1), a leveling agent with the dosage of 1-3g/L and ammonium sulfate with the dosage of 1-3g/L are added when the acid dye solution is prepared, and in the step (3), soda with the dosage of 15-25g/L and anhydrous sodium sulphate with the dosage of 15-25g/L are added when the active dye solution is prepared.

The dyeing method is applied to dyeing of the mixed fabric with modal and spun silk in the warp direction and nylon in the weft direction.

The dyeing method is applied to dyeing of the mixed fabric with cotton in the warp direction and chinlon and silk in the weft direction.

The technical scheme has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the fabric is dyed by the acid dye and the reactive dye in sequence, so that the fabric made of different materials can be uniformly dyed, the homochromy is good, and meanwhile, the reactive dye selected in the invention has no competitive dyeing phenomenon on chinlon, and the smooth operation of blended fabric is facilitated.

2. The method is particularly suitable for dyeing the mixed fabrics of modal and spun silk in the warp direction, nylon in the weft direction or cotton in the warp direction and nylon and silk in the weft direction, and the color fastness of the two fabrics can reach 3-4 levels after the two fabrics are dyed by the dyeing method.

Detailed Description

In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical means in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to specific embodiments.

Example 1

Dyeing by using a mixed fabric with modal and spun silk in the warp direction and chinlon in the weft direction as a fabric to be dyed, wherein the dyeing steps are as follows:

(1) adding an acid dye, a 1g/L leveling agent and 1g/L ammonium sulfate into water to prepare an acid dye solution, keeping the pH value of the acid dye solution at 4-6 and the temperature at 30 ℃, adding a fabric to be dyed at a bath ratio of 1:10, and carrying out heat preservation and dyeing for 5 min; the acid dye comprises the following components in amount: 4% owf acid K-PBL ash 200%, 1.2% owf acid K-GLS bright red 150% and 3% owfK-GLN yellow 250%;

(2) continuously heating to 98 ℃ at the heating rate of 2.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for dyeing for 40min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye, 15g/L of soda ash and 15g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12, keeping the temperature at 20 ℃, adding the once-dyed fabric, keeping the bath ratio at 1:7, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 1min, wherein the reactive dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20% owf active CA blue, 16% owf active CA red and 21% owf active CA yellow;

(4) heating to 60 ℃ at the heating rate of 1.0 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 30min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed fabric finished product.

Example 2

Dyeing by using a mixed fabric with modal and spun silk in the warp direction and chinlon in the weft direction as a fabric to be dyed, wherein the dyeing steps are as follows:

(1) adding an acid dye, a 2g/L leveling agent, 2g/L ammonium sulfate and 0.5g/L light stabilizer into water to prepare an acid dye solution, wherein the light stabilizer is 783, keeping the pH value of the acid dye solution at 4-6 and the temperature at 40 ℃, adding the fabric to be dyed, keeping the bath ratio at 1:15, and carrying out heat preservation and dyeing for 1 min; the acid dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3% owf acid K-PBL ash 200%, 1.5% owf acid K-GLS bright red 150% and 4% owfK-GLN yellow 250%;

(2) continuously heating to 108 ℃ at the heating rate of 3.5 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 30min, and then carrying out cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye, 20g/L of soda ash and 20g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12, keeping the temperature at 35 ℃, adding the once-dyed fabric, keeping the bath ratio at 1:10, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 1min, wherein the reactive dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15% owf active CA blue, 20% owf active CA red and 25% owf active CA yellow;

(4) heating to 70 ℃ at the heating rate of 2.0 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 20min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed fabric finished product.

Example 3

Dyeing by using a mixed fabric with cotton in the warp direction and chinlon and silk in the weft direction as a fabric to be dyed, wherein the dyeing steps are as follows:

(1) adding an acid dye, a 3g/L leveling agent, 3g/L ammonium sulfate and a 2g/L light stabilizer into water to prepare an acid dye solution, wherein the light stabilizer is a mixture of 119 light stabilizer and UV1130 light stabilizer, the pH value of the acid dye solution is kept between 4 and 6, the temperature is 35 ℃, adding a fabric to be dyed, the bath ratio is 1:10, and carrying out heat preservation and dyeing for 3 min; the acid dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5% owf acid K-PBL ash 200%, 1.0% owf acid K-GLS bright red 150% and 2% owfK-GLN yellow 250%;

(2) continuously heating to 90 ℃ at the heating rate of 2.0 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 50min, and then carrying out cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye, 25g/L of soda ash and 25g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12, keeping the temperature at 20 ℃, adding the once-dyed fabric, keeping the bath ratio at 1:10, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 5min, wherein the reactive dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25% owf active CA blue, 15% owf active CA red and 15% owf active CA yellow,

(4) heating to 50 ℃ at the heating rate of 1.0 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 40min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed fabric finished product.

Example 4

Dyeing by using a mixed fabric with cotton in the warp direction and chinlon and silk in the weft direction as a fabric to be dyed, wherein the dyeing steps are as follows:

(1) adding an acid dye, a 3g/L leveling agent, 3g/L ammonium sulfate and a 2g/L light stabilizer into water to prepare an acid dye solution, wherein the light stabilizer is a mixture of a light stabilizer 783, a light stabilizer 119 and a light stabilizer UV1130, keeping the pH value of the acid dye solution at 4-6, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, adding the fabric to be dyed, keeping the bath ratio at 1:15, and carrying out heat preservation and dyeing for 3 min; the acid dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4% owf acid K-PBL ash 200%, 1.2% owf acid K-GLS bright red 150% and 3% owfK-GLN yellow 250%;

(2) continuously heating to 98 ℃ at the heating rate of 2.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for dyeing for 40min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain a primary dyed fabric;

(3) adding reactive dye, 20g/L of soda ash and 20g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate into water to prepare reactive dye liquor, keeping the pH value of the reactive dye liquor at 10-12, keeping the temperature at 35 ℃, adding the once-dyed fabric, keeping the bath ratio at 1:10, and carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 1min, wherein the reactive dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20% owf active CA blue, 16% owf active CA red and 21% owf active CA yellow;

(4) heating to 60 ℃ at the heating rate of 1.0 ℃/min, carrying out heat preservation dyeing for 30min, and then cooling, washing and soaping to obtain the dyed finished fabric.

In examples 1-4, the acid dyes selected from Desida acid K-PBL gray 200%, acid K-GLS bright red 150%, and acid K-GLN yellow 250%, the reactive dyes selected from Desida CA blue, reactive CA red, and reactive CA yellow,

examples 1-4 the test data for finished fabrics dyed in accordance with the present invention are shown in table 1.

From the table 1, it can be seen that the blended fabric is dyed by using the method of the invention, after dyeing, the fabric has high color fastness and high color fixing rate, the light fastness of the dyed finished fabric can reach 4 levels according to GB/T8427-2019 method 3 (second order) detection, and the light and sweat fastness of the dyed finished fabric can reach 3-4 levels according to GB/T14576-1993 method B (second order) detection, so that the method of the invention can solve the problems of uneven dyeing of light color of the blended fabric and low light fastness and sweat fastness, and can effectively avoid the problems of cloth cover, two-phase unevenness and mutual staining of the blended fabric.
