A conical hub unit characterized by: the wheel hub bearing mainly comprises an inner ring (1), an outer ring (2), a retainer (3), rollers (4), bolts (5), a guide ring (6) and a sealing ring assembly (7), wherein a roller path is arranged between the outer ring (2) and the inner ring (1), the rollers (4) retained by the retainer (3) are arranged in the roller path to form a double-row roller path of a wheel hub bearing unit, the guide ring (6) is pressed at the inner diameter of the right end of the outer ring (2), and an assembly guide structure is formed by the guide ring (6) and the outer ring (2) together; and a bolt (5) is arranged on the outer side of the right end of the outer ring (2), and sealing ring assemblies (7) are arranged at two ends of the outer ring (2) and the inner ring (1) for sealing.

2. A conical hub unit according to claim 1, wherein: the two rollers (4) are arranged in the roller paths of the outer ring (2) and the inner ring (1) in a splayed manner, and a retainer (3) is arranged in an included angle cavity at the joint between the two rollers (4).

Background

A conical hub unit is an automotive component that carries weight and provides precise guidance for the rotation of the hub. In the prior art, the second generation cone hub unit structure mainly includes: the inner ring 1, the outer ring 2, the retainer 3, the rollers 4, the bolts 5, the guide ring 6 and the seal ring component 7, wherein the outer ring 2 is designed with an assembly guide outer diameter 8, namely the outer ring 2 and the guide outer diameter are integrated. The right side inner ring and roller assembly is assembled from the side of the assembly guide outer diameter 8 during assembly, so the size of the assembly guide outer diameter 8 limits the size of the inner ring and roller set, i.e. the outer diameter of the inner ring and roller set must be smaller than the inner bore size of the assembly guide outer diameter 8, otherwise assembly cannot be performed. With the assembly guide outer diameter 8 sized, the inner race and roller set are sized to allow for smaller or fewer rollers to be installed, resulting in lower overall bearing loads.

The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: a conical hub unit mainly comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a retainer, rollers, bolts, a guide ring and a sealing ring assembly, wherein a roller path is arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, the rollers retained by the retainer are installed in the roller path to form a double-row roller path of a hub bearing unit, the guide ring is pressed at the inner diameter position of the right end of the outer ring, and an assembly guide structure is formed by the guide ring and the outer ring together; and a bolt is arranged on the outer side of the right end of the outer ring, and sealing ring assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the outer ring and the inner ring for sealing.

The roller is provided with two rollers which are arranged in the roller paths of the outer ring and the inner ring in a splayed manner, and a retainer is arranged in an included angle cavity at the joint between the two rollers.

The guide ring is formed by connecting two hollow cylinders with different diameters, and one end of the guide ring is abutted against the inner diameter wall of the guide end of the outer ring.
