Technical Field

Background

The water heater is a device which can increase the temperature of cold water into hot water in a certain time by various physical principles. According to different principles, the water heater can be divided into an electric water heater, a gas water heater, a solar water heater, an air energy water heater, a fast magnetic life water heater and the like. The water heater for heating water by utilizing solar energy is environment-friendly, energy-saving and wide in application.

In the prior art, a wall-mounted solar water heater is provided with a heat exchanger outside a water tank, the heat exchanger and a heat collecting pipe form a closed loop, heat exchange media are filled in the heat exchanger and the heat collecting pipe, and the heat exchange media are utilized to exchange heat with the water tank to heat water in the water tank. The heat exchanger is usually provided with a liquid injection pipe, a liquid injection port opposite to the liquid injection pipe is arranged on the shell outside the heat exchanger, and a liquid injection device passes through the liquid injection port and is connected with the liquid injection pipe so as to inject heat exchange media into the heat exchanger.

However, the liquid injection pipe is easy to deviate relative to the liquid injection port, so that the inner shell and the outer shell of the liquid injection pipe are shielded and liquid injection is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

With continued reference to fig. 2, the closure assembly further comprises a trim cover 1, and the trim cover 1 is provided with a first connecting portion 11 and a second connecting portion 12 which are opposite to each other at a distance. Wherein, first connecting portion 11 and the inboard fixed connection of shell body 4, in order to dodge first connecting portion 11, be provided with on the stop collar 3 and dodge opening 31, so first connecting portion 11 can pass the inside fixed connection of dodging opening 31 and shell body 4 that sets up on the stop collar 3. The second connecting portion 12 is located outside the outer shell 4, and the second connecting portion 12 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 4 from the outside.

It should be noted that the term "inner" here refers to the side facing the inside of the water tank 6, and the term "outer" refers to the side facing the outside of the outer casing 4.

The first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 12 may be connected to the outer case 4 in the same manner or in different manners. The first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 12 may be clamped, screwed, bonded, etc. with the outer casing 4, and are not limited herein.

The specific structure of the decorative cover 1 of the present invention is described in detail below, and reference is made to fig. 7 to 9, wherein fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the decorative cover of the plugging assembly of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a top view of the decorative cover of FIG. 7; fig. 9 is a sectional view taken along line B-B in fig. 8.

Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the trim cover 1 includes an end wall 14 and a side wall 13, wherein the end wall 14 is a flat wall, and the side wall 13 is disposed around the end wall 14 to form a housing structure opened toward the inside of the outer housing 4, so as to reserve a mounting position for the abutting ring 33 disposed at the first end of the position-limiting sleeve 3.

The first connection portion 11 of the trim cover 1 comprises at least one catch 111, the catch 111 being arranged on the end wall 14, and the catch 111 being located on a side of the end wall 14 facing the outer housing 4. The pawl 111 passes through the escape opening 31 and engages with the inside of the outer case 4. With reference to fig. 1, a buckle matched with the claw 111 is disposed on one side of the outer casing 4 facing the heat exchanger 5, so as to fixedly connect the decorative cover 1 to the outer casing 4.

With continued reference to fig. 7, the latch 111 is an L-shaped structure, which is advantageous for improving the fastening firmness. In addition, in order to improve the structural strength of the latch 111, the reinforcing edges 112 are respectively disposed on two sides of the latch 111, and the reinforcing edges 112 are away from the engaging surface, so that the structural strength of the latch 111 can be increased, and the engagement between the latch 111 and the buckle is not affected.

In some examples, the first connection portion 11 includes one pawl 111; correspondingly, the limiting sleeve 3 is provided with an avoiding opening 31, so that the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.

In other examples, referring to fig. 7, the first connecting portion includes two jaws 111, and the two jaws 111 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the deco-cover 1; correspondingly, referring to fig. 5, two escape openings 31 are provided in the stop collar 3. So set up, two jack catchs 111 and second connecting portion 12 form triangle-shaped fixed position, further improve the stability of dress trim cover 1 installation, avoid dress trim cover 1 to drop and lose.

In still other examples, the first connecting portion 11 includes three and more than three claws 111, and a person skilled in the art can set the number of the claws 111 according to the size range of the cosmetic cover 1.

Specifically, the second connecting portion 12 is provided with a connecting hole 121, and with reference to fig. 1, the outer shell 4 is provided with a threaded hole, and the screw 8 is respectively in threaded connection with the connecting hole 121 and the threaded hole, so that the second connecting portion 12 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 4, and the connecting mode is simple and stable.

With reference to fig. 3 to 6, the abutting ring 33 on the stop collar 3 is provided with an avoiding gap 38 for avoiding the screw 8, so that the screw 8 can be in threaded connection with the threaded hole on the outer shell 4.

So, dress trim cover 1 respectively through jack catch 111 with the 4 joints of shell body, through screw and 4 threaded connection of shell body, utilize two kinds of different modes to be connected with shell body 4, improve the stability and the reliability of dress trim cover 1 installation.

In an alternative example, two claws 111 are arranged on the opposite side of the coupling hole 121, and a line between the center of the coupling hole 121 and the center line of the end wall 14 is taken as a center line about which the two claws 111 are symmetrical. At this moment, with reference to fig. 1, the decorative cover 1 and the outer shell 4 form a fixed connection plugging piece 2 in the vertical and vertical three-dimensional space, and the connection is stable and reliable and is not easy to fall off.

In summary, in the solar water heater of the present invention, the plugging component 10 is disposed at the liquid injection port of the liquid injection pipe 51 of the heat exchanger 5 and the liquid injection port of the outer shell 4, specifically, the plugging component 10 includes the decoration cover 1, the plugging member 2 and the limiting sleeve 3, wherein the plugging member 2 is hermetically connected to the liquid injection pipe 51 to plug the liquid injection pipe 51, so as to prevent the heat exchange medium in the liquid injection pipe 51 from leaking; the limiting sleeve 3 is sleeved on the outer sides of the liquid injection pipe 51 and the plugging member 2, and the first end of the limiting sleeve 3 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 4, so that the positions of the liquid injection pipe 51 and the liquid injection port can be relatively limited, and the liquid injection pipe 51 is prevented from moving relative to the liquid injection port to influence the convenience of injecting a heat exchange medium; dress trim cover 1 is provided with first connecting portion 11 and second connecting portion 12, and first connecting portion 11 and second connecting portion 12 all are connected with shell body 4, be favorable to improving the stability and the reliability of dress trim cover 1 installation, avoid dress trim cover 1 to drop and lose, and, first connecting portion 11 and the relative interval of second connecting portion 12 set up, make dress trim cover 1 be connected with shell body 4 in the position of difference, further improve the stability and the reliability of dress trim cover 1 installation, avoid dress trim cover 1 to drop the aesthetic property that influences the water heater.

So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
