Background

When the air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger is used in winter, the top of the air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger is easy to frost and has dust precipitation.

Therefore, when the air-conditioning outdoor heat exchanger is started, the top of the air-conditioning outdoor heat exchanger is changed greatly and is easy to damage, and meanwhile, the top of the suspended air-conditioning outdoor heat exchanger is not easy to clean.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an integrated defrosting and dedusting device for an outdoor heat exchanger of an air conditioner, which aims to solve the problems that the top of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is changed greatly and is easy to damage when the existing outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is started, and the top of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner hung on the air conditioner is not easy to clean.

1. the air bag drives the top plate to move up and down in the air bag unit, so that frost and dust of the top plate are separated from the top plate, the air bag is convenient to clean, then the electric telescopic rod drives the cleaning head to automatically clean the separated frost and dust on the top plate through the cleaning unit, the air guide port blows out hot air to unfreeze residual frost on the top plate through the defrosting unit, the cleaning head is used for secondarily cleaning the top plate, and therefore when the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is started, the top of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is free of frost and clean.

2. When the air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger leaks electricity, current can pass through the conducting wire in the conducting wire pipe, the conducting wire pipe generates a magnetic field at the moment, the small magnetic needle can rotate under the action of the magnetic field, and the dark night vision camera transmits acquired information to the controller, so that the air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger leaks electricity to be alarmed.

In the embodiment, the air blowing box comprises a fan and a small motor.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the electric leakage detecting unit 6 includes an electric leakage detecting box 61, a conduit 62 is fixedly installed in the electric leakage detecting box 61, a wire is stored in the conduit 62, a small magnetic needle 63 is disposed at a bottom end of the conduit 62, one end of the small magnetic needle 63 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the electric leakage detecting box 61, a non-light night vision camera 64 is disposed at one side of the conduit 62, and a bottom end of the non-light night vision camera 64 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the electric leakage detecting box 61.

In this embodiment, the wire is a metal wire, and the wire is connected with the internal equipment of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner through a conductor.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

during the use, air pump 21 makes gasbag 23 drive roof 24 shake through hose 22 to make the frost and the dust of roof 24 separate with roof 24, rethread electric telescopic handle 31 drives cleaning head 32 and clean the frost and the dust with roof 24 separation, when clearance frost and dust pass through infrared sensor 242, drives lead screw 42 through motor 41 and rotates, drives through lead screw 42 and deposits case lid 46 and slide in depositing case 44, thereby frost and dust fall into and deposit in case 44.

Then, the air blowing box 51 blows hot air through the duct 52 and the heater 53 to the air guide port 55, defrosts the frost remaining on the top plate 24, and secondarily cleans the top plate 24 by the cleaning head 32.

Finally, when the air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger 1 leaks electricity, current passes through the wires in the wire conduit 62, the wire conduit 62 generates a magnetic field, the small magnetic needle 63 rotates under the action of the magnetic field, and the dark night vision camera 64 transmits the acquired information to the controller.
