Technical Field

The present invention relates to a lamp, and more particularly, to a color temperature power adjustable splicing lamp.

Background

In recent years, with the development of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting technology, light tubes using LEDs have been widely used in daily life. Compared with the traditional lamp tube, the lamp tube adopting the light emitting diode has many advantages which are not possessed by the traditional lamp tube, such as small volume, energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, longer service life and the like.

However, there are still many disadvantages of the prior art lamp using light emitting diodes. For example, most of the lamps using leds cannot adjust color temperature and power, so they are inconvenient to use and the inventory pressure of the suppliers is increased.

In addition, some locations need to use long lamps (2.4 m or more), but the long lamps are very inconvenient in transportation and storage, and the transportation and storage costs are increased.

Disclosure of Invention

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a splicing lamp tube with adjustable color temperature and power is provided, which includes a first lamp tube, a second lamp tube and a splicing assembly. The first lamp tube comprises a first lamp cap, a color temperature switch module and a first lamp tube body, wherein the color temperature switch module is arranged on the first lamp cap, and the first lamp cap is connected with the first lamp tube body. The second lamp tube comprises a second lamp cap, a power adjusting terminal and a second lamp tube body, wherein the power adjusting terminal is arranged on the second lamp cap, and the second lamp cap is connected with the second lamp tube body. The splicing component is arranged between the first lamp tube body and the second lamp tube body to fix the first lamp tube body and the second lamp tube body and electrically connect the first lamp tube and the second lamp tube.

In one embodiment, the power adjusting terminal is further externally connected to the power adjusting device.

In one embodiment, the first lamp body includes a first circuit board and a plurality of first light emitting elements, the first light emitting elements are disposed on the first circuit board, and one end of the first circuit board is connected to the color temperature switch module.

In one embodiment, the second lamp body includes a second circuit board and a plurality of second light emitting elements, the second light emitting elements are disposed on the second circuit board, and one end of the second circuit board is connected to the power adjusting terminal.

In an embodiment, the second lamp further includes a power module, and one end of the second circuit board is connected to the power adjusting terminal through the power module.

In one embodiment, the assembly includes a first connecting member and a plurality of metal sleeves, wherein one end of the first connecting member is disposed on the first lamp body, and the metal sleeves are disposed on the first lamp body.

In an embodiment, the splicing assembly further includes a second butt-joint member and a plurality of butt-joint metal pins, one end of the second butt-joint member is sleeved on the second lamp tube body, the other end of the first butt-joint member is sleeved with the other end of the second butt-joint member, the butt-joint metal pins are arranged on the second lamp tube body, and the butt-joint metal sleeves are sleeved with the butt-joint metal pins.

In one embodiment, the color temperature switch module is a toggle switch, a rotary switch or a push switch.

In one embodiment, the first lamp cap further includes a plurality of first metal pins disposed at one end of the first lamp cap.

In one embodiment, the second lamp cap further includes a plurality of second metal pins disposed at one end of the second lamp cap.

In view of the above, the spliced lamp tube with adjustable color temperature and power of the present invention has one or more of the following advantages:

(1) in an embodiment of the invention, the first lamp tube body and the second lamp tube body can be fixed by the splicing component of the splicing type lamp tube with the adjustable color temperature power, and the first lamp tube and the second lamp tube are electrically connected, so that the first lamp tube and the second lamp tube can be effectively spliced into a complete lamp tube, the splicing type lamp tube with the adjustable color temperature power is more convenient to transport and store, and the transport and storage cost is obviously reduced.

(2) In an embodiment of the invention, the splicing assembly adopted by the splicing type lamp tube with adjustable color temperature power comprises a first splicing piece and a second splicing piece, one end of the first splicing piece and one end of the second splicing piece are respectively sleeved on the first lamp tube body and the second lamp tube body, and one end of the first splicing piece and the other end of the second splicing piece are sleeved with each other.

(3) In an embodiment of the invention, the first lamp tube of the splicing type lamp tube with the color temperature power adjustable has the color temperature switch module, and the second lamp tube has the power adjusting terminal, so that the splicing type lamp tube with the color temperature power adjustable can provide the color temperature adjusting function and the power adjusting function at the same time, and therefore, a user can adjust the color temperature and/or the power of the lamp tube according to actual requirements, and the application is wider.

(4) In an embodiment of the invention, the design of the spliced lamp tube with adjustable color temperature and power is simple, so that the desired effect can be achieved without greatly increasing the cost, and the spliced lamp tube has a commercial value.

Detailed Description

To explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical solutions in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.

Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, which are exploded views of a splicing lamp with adjustable color temperature power, an assembly view of a first lamp with adjustable color temperature power and an assembly view of a second lamp with adjustable color temperature power according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the splicing type lamp 1 with adjustable color temperature power comprises a first lamp 11, a second lamp 12 and a splicing assembly 13.

The first lamp 11 includes a first lamp cap 111, a color temperature switch module 112, a first lamp body 113, and a plurality of first metal pins 114, wherein the color temperature switch module 112 is disposed on the first lamp cap 111, and the first lamp cap 111 is connected to the first lamp body 113. In the present embodiment, the color temperature switch module 112 can be, but is not limited to, a toggle switch, which includes a switch body 1121 and a toggle button 1122. In another embodiment, the color temperature switch module 112 may also be a knob switch, a push switch, or other similar components. In addition, the first lamp body 113 further includes a first circuit board 110 and a plurality of first light emitting elements (not shown in the drawings), the first light emitting elements are disposed on the first circuit board 110, and one end of the first circuit board 110 is connected to the color temperature switch module 112. The first metal pins 113 are disposed at one end of the first lamp cap 111. Thus, the components of the first lamp 11 are electrically connected to each other.

The second lamp 12 includes a second lamp cap 121, a power adjustment terminal 122, a second lamp body 123, a plurality of second metal pins 124, and a power module 125. The power adjustment terminal 122 is disposed on the second lamp head 12, and the second lamp head 121 is connected to the second lamp body 123; the power adjustment terminal 122 is externally connected to the power adjustment device to enable a user to perform power adjustment. Similarly, the second lamp body 123 further includes a second circuit board and a plurality of second light emitting components (not shown in the drawings), the second light emitting components are disposed on the second circuit board, and one end of the second circuit board is connected to the power adjusting terminal 122 through the power module 125. The second metal pins 124 are disposed at one end of the second base 12. Thus, the components of the second lamp 12 are electrically connected to each other. In this embodiment, the first and second light emitting elements can be, but are not limited to, Light Emitting Diode (LED) beads; in another embodiment, the first and second light emitting elements can be other various conventional light emitting elements.

The splicing assembly 13 includes a first butt piece 131A, a second butt piece 131B, a plurality of butt metal sleeves 132A, and a plurality of butt metal pins 132B. One end of the first connecting member 131A is sleeved on the first lamp body 113, and the butt metal sleeves 132A are disposed on the first lamp body 113. One end of the second connecting member 131B is sleeved on the second lamp body 123, and the butt metal pins 132B are disposed on the second lamp body 123.

Please refer to fig. 3, which is a combination diagram of a splicing lamp with adjustable color temperature power according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the other end of the first butt-joint member 131A and the other end of the second butt-joint member 131B are sleeved with each other, so that the butt-joint metal sleeves 131A and the butt-joint metal needles 131B are sleeved with each other. Thus, the splicing component 13 disposed between the first lamp body 113 and the second lamp body 123 can fix the first lamp body 113 and the second lamp body 123, and electrically connect the first lamp 11 and the second lamp 12.

As can be seen from the above, the first lamp body 113 and the second lamp body 123 can be fixed by the splicing component 13 of the splicing type lamp tube 1 with adjustable color temperature power, and the first lamp tube 11 is electrically connected to the second lamp tube 12, so that the first lamp tube 11 and the second lamp tube 12 can be effectively spliced into a complete lamp tube, and the splicing type lamp tube 1 with adjustable color temperature power is more convenient for transportation and storage, so that the transportation and storage cost can be effectively reduced, and the length of the lamp tube after splicing can reach 2.4 meters or more, which can meet the application requirement.

In addition, the splicing assembly 13 is fixed by the way that the first butt-joint member 131A and the second butt-joint member 131B are sleeved with each other, so that the first lamp tube 11 and the second lamp tube 12 can be more stably fixed, and the structure of the splicing type lamp tube 1 with adjustable color temperature and power is more stable.

Of course, the above is only an example, the structure of the splicing type lamp 1 with adjustable color temperature power and the linking relationship of each component thereof can be changed according to the actual requirement, and the invention is not limited thereto.

Please refer to fig. 4, which is a first enlarged partial view of a color temperature power adjustable splicing lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the first lamp head 111 of the first lamp tube 11 is provided with a color temperature switch module 112. The user can adjust the color temperature of the light emitting elements in a multi-step manner by shifting the toggle button 1122 of the color temperature switch module 112.

Of course, the above is only an example, the structure of the splicing type lamp 1 with adjustable color temperature power and the linking relationship of each component thereof can be changed according to the actual requirement, and the invention is not limited thereto.

Please refer to fig. 5, which is a second partial enlarged view of the color temperature power adjustable splicing lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the second lamp cap 121 has a terminal seat 1211, and the power adjusting terminal 122 is disposed in the terminal seat 1211. In addition, the terminal block 1211 has an opening P; in the present embodiment, the opening P may be, but is not limited to, T-shaped. A portion of the power adjustment terminal 122 is exposed out of the opening P, and two sides thereof have corresponding mechanisms to be detachably disposed in the terminal seat 1211. The power adjustment terminal 122 has one end connected to the power module 125 and the other end connected to an external power adjustment device through a connection W for power adjustment by a user.

Therefore, the spliced lamp tube 1 with adjustable color temperature power can provide the color temperature adjusting function and the power adjusting function at the same time, so that a user can adjust the color temperature and/or the power of the lamp tube according to actual requirements, and the application is wider.

Of course, the above is only an example, the structure of the splicing type lamp 1 with adjustable color temperature power and the linking relationship of each component thereof can be changed according to the actual requirement, and the invention is not limited thereto.

In summary, according to the embodiments of the present invention, the first lamp body and the second lamp body can be fixed by the splicing assembly and electrically connected to each other, so that the first lamp and the second lamp can be effectively spliced into a complete lamp, the splicing lamp with adjustable color temperature power is more convenient for transportation and storage, and the transportation and storage costs are significantly reduced.

In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the splicing assembly adopted by the splicing type lamp tube with the adjustable color temperature power comprises the first splicing piece and the second splicing piece, one end of the first splicing piece and one end of the second splicing piece are respectively sleeved on the first lamp tube body and the second lamp tube body, and one end of the first splicing piece and the other end of the second splicing piece are mutually sleeved.

In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the first lamp tube of the splicing type lamp tube with the color temperature power adjustable is provided with the color temperature switch module, and the second lamp tube is provided with the power adjusting terminal, so that the splicing type lamp tube with the color temperature power adjustable can provide the color temperature adjusting function and the power adjusting function at the same time, therefore, a user can adjust the color temperature and/or the power of the lamp tube according to the actual requirement, and the application is wider.

Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the design of the spliced lamp tube with adjustable color temperature and power is simple, so that the desired effect can be achieved without greatly increasing the cost, and the spliced lamp tube has commercial value.
