Examples

The invention provides a hanging type general shockproof lamp used on a ship, which comprises a mounting plate 100 and a lamp 200, and a connecting structure 300 is arranged between the mounting plate 100 and the lamp 200, and is shown in figures 1-5. When the lamp is installed, the mounting plate 100 is fixedly connected to the wall of the ship body or other structures, and the lamp 200 is supported by the connecting structure 300 and has a shock-absorbing effect.

Specifically, the luminaire 200 includes a mounting case 210 and a light emitting element 220 disposed inside the mounting case 210. The mounting housing 210 is coupled to the coupling structure 300.

Specifically, the end of the damper rod 333 remote from the first compression spring 334 is provided with a spherical surface, which is located inside the annular guide groove 322 and is slidable with respect to the annular guide groove 322. The buffering assembly 340 includes a supporting rod 341 detachably connected to the mounting plate 100, and a buffering block 342 disposed at an end of the supporting rod 341, wherein a side of the buffering block 342 away from the supporting rod 341 and a side of the buffering block 342 are respectively provided with a plurality of sets of elastic units 343. The upper end of the lamp 200 is limited and fixed by the supporting rod 341, the buffer block 342 and the elastic unit 343. After the installation, when the ship body shakes, the lamp 200 can be damped by the damping effect of the damping assembly 340.

Specifically, a buffer cover 344 is disposed on a side surface of the mounting housing 210 close to the mounting plate 100, the buffer cover 344 covers an outer side of the buffer block 342, the elastic unit 343 is elastically abutted against the buffer cover 344, and the elastic unit 343 is abutted against the mounting housing 210 on a side of the buffer block 342 away from the support rail.

Specifically, a side surface of the buffer block 342 away from the support rod 341 and a side edge of the buffer block 342 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 342 a; the elastic unit 343 comprises a second buffer spring 343a disposed in the mounting hole 342a, and a buffer rod 343b, wherein one end of the buffer rod 343b is provided with a limit block 343c, and the limit block 343c is disposed in the mounting hole 342a and abuts against the second buffer spring 343 a; a limit cover 343d is arranged at the outer end of the mounting hole 342 a; an end of the buffer lever 343b remote from the second buffer spring 343a abuts the buffer housing 344 or the mounting case 210. When the buffer device is installed, the limiting cover 343d is opened, the second buffer spring 343a and the buffer rod 343b are placed in the installation hole 342a, then the buffer rod 343b penetrates out from the middle of the limiting rod, and the limiting block 343c at the end of the buffer rod 343b is limited in the installation hole 342 a.

The inner sidewall of the buffer cover 344 is formed with a limiting groove 344a, and the buffer rod 343b can abut against the limiting groove 344 a. When the shock absorber is installed, the buffer rod 343b is limited in the limiting groove 344a, so that after the shock absorber is installed, the buffer block 342 and the limiting cover 343d can be tightly connected, and meanwhile, when the shock absorber is vibrated, the shock absorber can buffer the vibration effect.

One end of the supporting rod 341 away from the buffer block 342 is rotatably provided with a base 400, and the base 400 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 100 through a bolt. By rotating the attached base 400, the illumination angle of the luminaire 200 can be adjusted when installed.

The invention provides a hanging type general shockproof lamp 200 used on a ship, and when the hanging type general shockproof lamp 200 is installed, the hanging of the lamp 200 is realized through an installation plate 100.
