Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a long-acting and safe antibacterial disinfectant. Its antibacterial and disinfecting action can be maintained for several years or even several decades, and it is harmless to human body, and its antibacterial range is wide and efficiency is high.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention selects the material with the diameter of 20 to 100 nanometers, the length of 50 to 200 micrometers, the length-diameter ratio of 1000: 1 or more of ultra-long nano silver wire aqueous dispersion. Because the average diameter of the human body pores is about 50 microns, the length of the ultra-long nano silver wires exceeds the diameter of the human body pores, and in addition, the pores contain secretions such as grease and the like, the ultra-long nano silver wires are not easy to permeate into the human body skin and cannot cause damage to the human body. When the ultra-long nano silver wire is contacted with water and air, trace silver ions can be slowly released, the concentration of the silver ions is generally less than 0.05PPm, and the safety of a human body can be ensured. The binding of silver ions to sulfhydryl groups in the metabolic enzymes of pathogens inactivates the enzymes and the pathogens die because they cannot metabolize.

Because the adhesive force of the ultra-long nano silver wire on the surface of a general object is small, the adhesive force of the ultra-long nano silver wire on the surface of the object can be increased by adding the adhesive (waterborne polyurethane). Other types of adhesives such as sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride, and the like may also be used.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to examples:

preparing various raw materials: 50 g of ultra-long nano silver wire aqueous dispersion with the mass percent of 0.02 percent; 0.55 g of waterborne polyurethane; 0.05 g of polyvinylpyrrolidone; 49.4 grams of water.

Firstly, 0.55 g of waterborne polyurethane is added into 50 g of ultra-long nano silver wire aqueous dispersion, stirred for 10 to 30 minutes, then 0.05 g of polyvinylpyrrolidone is added, and finally 44.4 g of water is added, and stirred uniformly. The mixed liquid is filled into a spraying tank to prepare the one-tank antibacterial disinfectant for sterilization and disinfection in various occasions.
