Background

In the prior art, in order to obtain a nonwoven fabric composite sheet having elasticity in a plurality of directions, a nonwoven fabric having excellent elasticity in the width direction (the direction perpendicular to the flow direction and the thickness direction) and an elastic sheet are laminated and joined to each other, and then a stretchable composite sheet having excellent elasticity in both the width direction and the flow direction is produced, for example, in patent application 201980010818.2. However, such a composite sheet is required not only for the elastic direction of the nonwoven fabric used, but also for excellent elasticity in any direction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device for producing random-direction stretch non-woven fabric, which can produce random-direction stretch non-woven fabric.

The invention also provides an arbitrarily-stretched non-woven fabric which comprises two layers of basic non-woven fabrics and an elastic membrane, wherein one layer of basic non-woven fabric is extruded by a first matching roller and a first indentation forming roller of the arbitrarily-stretched non-woven fabric production device to form a structure with a flat part and natural bulges, the other layer of basic non-woven fabric is extruded by a second matching roller and a second indentation forming roller of the arbitrarily-stretched non-woven fabric production device to form a structure with a flat part and uniformly-distributed natural bulges, and the flat parts of the two layers of basic non-woven fabrics are respectively extruded and bonded with two sides of the elastic membrane by the first indentation forming roller and the second indentation forming roller.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages: the non-woven fabric is extruded by the matching of the first forming bulges in the shape of a circular truncated cone and the first circular matching grooves, the non-woven fabric is stretched and deformed along the circumference of the first forming bulges after being extruded, so that uniform acting force is generated on the parts, positioned between the adjacent first forming bulges, of the non-woven fabric, when the first matching grooves are separated from the first forming bulges, the non-woven fabric is tensioned on the periphery of the first indentation forming roller and is actually tensioned on the first forming bulges, and the parts, positioned between the adjacent first forming bulges, of the non-woven fabric lose the extruding acting force of the first matching grooves and have a recovery trend, but cannot be completely recovered to a flat state under the influence of the tensioning of the flat parts on the first forming bulges, because the first forming bulges are distributed at equal intervals in the axial direction of the first indentation forming roller and are distributed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the first indentation forming roller, the interval of the first forming bulges in the axial direction of the first indentation forming roller is equal to the interval of the first forming bulges in the circumferential direction of the first indentation forming roller, so that the part, which is positioned between the adjacent first forming bulges, of the non-woven fabric can be restored into uniformly distributed natural bulges relatively to the tensioning flat part, and then the flat part is bonded with the elastic membrane, so that a gap is reserved between the natural bulges and the elastic membrane, after the non-woven fabric finished product obtained after bonding is stretched in any direction, the natural bulges can be deformed to the flat state, the non-woven fabric can be stretched without considering the elastic direction of the non-woven fabric, and therefore the elastic deformation of the elastic membrane in any direction is not influenced, and a good elastic effect can be obtained by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic membrane. The leveling part has a certain area, so that the non-woven fabric and the elastic membrane are bonded more firmly, and the product quality is better.

The first embodiment is as follows:

The leveling part has a certain area, so that the non-woven fabric and the elastic membrane are bonded more firmly, and the product quality is better.

Since the first forming protrusion 21 has a small size, the top end surface 211 of the first forming protrusion 21 may be selected to be a plane perpendicular to the axial direction thereof or a plane close thereto, as long as the processing is convenient and the adhesion effect is ensured. In addition, the top end surface of the first forming protrusion 21 may be selected to be a curved surface parallel to the outer peripheral side surface of the first indentation forming roller 2, so that the force applied to the flat portion and the elastic film is more uniform when the first indentation forming roller 2 and the pressing roller 3 are rotationally pressed.

In this embodiment, a layer of base nonwoven is used to bond the elastic film, so the nip roller 3 is selected to be a smooth roll.

Example two:

as shown in fig. 6, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the stitching roller is replaced by a second indentation forming roller 4, the peripheral side surface of the second indentation forming roller 4 is provided with a second forming protrusion 41, the second forming protrusion 41 is in a circular truncated cone shape, one side of the second indentation forming roller 4 is provided with a second matching roller 5, the peripheral side surface of the second matching roller 5 is provided with a second matching groove, the second matching groove is in one-to-one correspondence with the second forming protrusion 41, the second matching groove and the second forming protrusion 41 are pressed against each other to tension the base nonwoven on the periphery of the upper second indentation forming roller 4, a part of the base nonwoven 91, which is close to the top end surface of the second forming protrusion 41, forms a flat part 911, a part of the base nonwoven, which is located between adjacent second forming protrusions 41, forms a natural bulge 912, the top end surfaces of the second forming protrusion 41 and the top end surface of the first forming protrusion 21 are in one-to-one correspondence to form a pressing bonding gap, so that the top The two sides of the film are bonded together so that the flat parts 911 of the two base nonwoven fabrics are bonded to the two sides of the elastic film, respectively, to form a finished product of the arbitrarily oriented nonwoven fabric 9.
