1. A bipolar capacitive liquid level switch, comprising:

the shell comprises a shell fixing piece, a shell thread channel, a thread limiting piece, a bifurcation detection channel and an anti-liquid-hanging inclined plane, wherein the bifurcation detection channel is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom end in the shell;

the PCB circuit system assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises capacitor pole pins, external leads and capacitor pole contact pieces, wherein the capacitor pole pins are respectively arranged in the forked detection channels, the capacitor pole contact pieces are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the capacitor pole pins in a mirror image mode, and the external leads extend to the outer ends of the capacitor pole pins;

and the epoxy resin filling layer is filled on the top of the PCB circuit system component.

2. The bipolar capacitive liquid level switch according to claim 1, wherein the branch detection channel is arranged in a mirror image manner at the bottom end of the housing, and a liquid level measurement channel is arranged between the branch detection channel and the housing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of liquid level switches, in particular to a bipolar capacitance type liquid level switch.

Background

The conventional capacitance type liquid level switch is a single-electrode type sensing switch which adopts a capacitance electrode arranged on the side wall of a container and is used for monitoring the height of liquid level in a tank. The capacitance values generated by the capacitance electrodes are different under the two conditions that the liquid level is higher or lower than the probe electrode, and signals are sent to the system in real time, so that the purpose of controlling the water level is finally achieved.

Different liquids have different degrees of viscosity, for example, although the liquid level of detergent and the like drops below a detection point, the phenomenon of capacitance pole misjudgment and inaccurate detection are easily caused due to the existence of the wall hanging phenomenon of liquid residue.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a bipolar capacitance type liquid level switch which is accurate in detection and can be applied to various container scenes.

the shell comprises a shell fixing piece, a shell thread channel, a thread limiting piece, a bifurcation detection channel and an anti-liquid-hanging inclined plane, wherein the bifurcation detection channel is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom end in the shell;

the PCB circuit system assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises capacitor pole pins, external leads and capacitor pole contact pieces, wherein the capacitor pole pins are respectively arranged in the forked detection channels, the capacitor pole contact pieces are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the capacitor pole pins in a mirror image mode, and the external leads extend to the outer ends of the capacitor pole pins;

and the epoxy resin filling layer is filled on the top of the PCB circuit system component.

Furthermore, the bifurcation detection channel is arranged at the bottom end of the shell in a mirror image mode, and a liquid level measurement channel is arranged between the bifurcation detection channel and the shell.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

Because the branch detection channel 14 is arranged at the bottom end of the housing 1 in a mirror image manner, and a liquid level measuring channel 141 is arranged between the branch detection channel and the housing, therefore, when the user uses the present invention, by installing the present invention in the liquid container, the liquid in the container will be filled at any position of the vertical height of the liquid level measuring channel 141 or because the liquid level is not higher than the liquid level in the liquid level measuring channel 141, when the liquid level is filled in the liquid level measuring channel 141, the output signal of the switch is changed, so that the judgment of the liquid level height by the system is realized, and because the shell 1 of the invention has fixed size, even if the residual liquid is hung on the wall on the shell 1 due to the application of the viscous liquid, as long as the liquid level drops to the gap between the liquid level measuring channels 141 of the shell, the system can distinguish so as to realize accurate judgment, because the liquid level measuring channel 141 is hollow, even if the residual liquid is hung on the wall and detected, no medium is arranged at the hollow part, and the conduction fails.

Because the liquid hanging prevention inclined plane 15 is inclined inwards from top to bottom and the diameter of the inclined plane is gradually increased, when a user uses the liquid hanging prevention device, liquid remained at the outer end of the shell 1 can drop downwards along the inclined plane through the arrangement of the inclined plane, and the liquid hanging phenomenon is avoided.

Because the electrode holding contact sheet 23 is an elastic sheet which inclines outwards from top to bottom, one end of the electrode holding contact sheet 23 is connected with the capacitor electrode pin 21, and the other end of the electrode holding contact sheet 23 is contacted with the inner wall of the forked detection channel 14, when a user uses the invention, in order to ensure that the position of the electrode holding contact sheet 23 in the PCB circuit system component 2 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the forked detection channel 14 and reduce unnecessary signal errors, the electrode holding contact sheet 23 is designed into an elastic sheet which inclines outwards from top to bottom, when the PCB circuit system component 2 enters the forked detection channel 14, the electrode holding contact sheet is firstly deformed outwards, after the PCB circuit system component 2 enters a required position, because of losing the entering power, the electrode holding contact sheet respectively rebounds inwards, thereby ensuring that the electrode holding contact sheet and the inner wall of the forked detection channel 14 are rubbed and contacted, thereby increasing the stability of signals, when the forked detection channel 14 is filled with liquid and emptied by the liquid, whether the liquid level covers the detection point of the electrode holding contact sheet 23 is judged by the difference of the mirror image corresponding to the electrode holding contact sheet 23, thereby judging the liquid level height of the container.

When a user uses the liquid level detection device, the shell fixing piece 11 is firstly contacted with the inner wall of the top of the liquid container, then is connected into the shell thread channel 12 through the thread limiting piece 13, and then is contacted with the top wall of the top of the liquid container, so that the liquid level detection device is tightly connected with the liquid container, and then the liquid level height is judged through the induction of the liquid level.

When a user uses the invention, the use of the epoxy resin filling layer 3 can not only protect the PCB circuit system component 2 from being damaged, but also prevent external water and the like from entering the invention to cause element damage.
