1. A resistor unit of a high voltage arm of a resistance-capacitance voltage divider is characterized by comprising:

a resistance;

the first connecting structure has a conductive function, is used for being connected with the first end of the resistor and is installed in a screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded manner;

the second connecting structure has a conductive function, is used for being connected with the second end of the resistor and is installed in a screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded manner; and

a support structure having an insulating function, the support structure being configured to be supported between the first connection structure and the second connection structure.

2. The resistive unit of claim 1, wherein the first connection structure comprises:

the first connecting plate is provided with a first central part, at least two first connecting parts and at least two first connecting lines, wherein the first central part, the at least two first connecting parts and the at least two first connecting lines respectively have a conducting function; and

and the first connecting piece has a conductive function, is connected to the first central part and is provided with a first screw rod perpendicular to the first connecting plate, and the first screw rod is used for being installed in a screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded mode.

3. The resistance unit of claim 2,

each of the first connecting portions is disposed around the first center portion.

4. The resistance unit of claim 2,

each first connecting portion can equally include a first connecting hole of axis perpendicular to first connecting plate respectively for the first end of resistance wear to establish in first connecting hole back welded fastening.

5. The resistance unit of any of claims 1-4, wherein the second connection structure comprises:

the second connecting plate is provided with a second central part, at least two second connecting parts and at least two second connecting wires, wherein the second central part, the at least two second connecting parts and the at least two second connecting wires are respectively provided with a conducting function; and

and the second connecting piece has a conductive function, is connected to the second central part and is provided with a second screw rod perpendicular to the second connecting plate, and the second screw rod is used for being installed in a screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded mode.

each of the second connecting portions is disposed around the second center portion.

7. The resistance unit of claim 5,

each second connecting portion may include a second connecting hole having an axis perpendicular to the second connecting plate, so that the second end of the resistor is inserted into the second connecting hole and then welded and fixed.

8. The resistance unit of claim 5,

the supporting structure is columnar, the axis of the supporting structure is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, and two ends of the supporting structure are connected with the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively.

Technical Field

The application relates to the field of power systems, in particular to a resistance unit of a high-voltage arm of a resistance-capacitance voltage divider.

Background

In an electric power system, the operation overvoltage and the lightning overvoltage can damage operation equipment of a power transmission line and a transformer substation, and accurate measurement of the overvoltage of the power transmission line and the transformer substation has important significance for safe and stable operation of the power transmission line. The impulse voltage divider commonly used at present includes a resistor divider, a capacitor divider and a resistor-capacitor divider. Both resistive and capacitive voltage dividers are affected by stray capacitance to ground, causing errors in the measurement. The resistance-capacitance voltage divider can weaken the influence on stray capacitance to the ground, so that the measurement result is more accurate. The resistance-capacitance voltage divider not only can accurately measure the operation overvoltage and the lightning overvoltage, but also can measure the power frequency voltage, and the coverage range of the test voltage types is wide.

At present, each power equipment manufacturer and each electric power test research institute can calibrate the resistance-capacitance voltage divider, and most units require a testing unit to carry the voltage divider to a laboratory for field calibration. The parts of the high-voltage arm resistance unit of the present rc voltage divider are generally: the resistance wire is wound on the insulating sleeve and connected with the capacitor unit, the resistor unit and the capacitor unit are directly welded and packaged in the voltage divider sleeve, the voltage divider sleeve cannot be freely disassembled, and great difficulty exists in long-distance transportation and field test.

Content of application

The application provides a resistance unit of resistance-capacitance voltage divider high-voltage arm, can be convenient for installation and dismantlement, be convenient for long-distance transport and carry.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resistor unit of a high voltage arm of a rc voltage divider, which includes a resistor, a first connection structure, a second connection structure, and a support structure. The first connecting structure is used for being connected with the first end of the resistor and is installed in the screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded mode. The second connecting structure has a conductive function, is used for being connected with the second end of the resistor and is installed in the screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded mode. The support structure has an insulating function and is adapted to be supported between the first connection structure and the second connection structure.

In some of these embodiments, the first connection structure includes a first connection plate and a first connector. The first connecting plate is provided with a first central part, at least two first connecting parts and at least two first connecting lines, wherein the first central part, the at least two first connecting parts and the at least two first connecting lines are all provided with a conducting function, each first connecting part is used for being connected with the first end of the resistor, and each first connecting line is connected with the first central part and each first connecting part. The first connecting piece has a conductive function, is connected to the first central portion and has a first screw rod perpendicular to the first connecting plate, and the first screw rod is used for being installed in a screw hole of the capacitor unit in a threaded mode.

In some of these embodiments, each first connecting portion is disposed around the first central portion.

In some embodiments, each of the first connection portions may include a first connection hole having an axis perpendicular to the first connection plate, so that the first end of the resistor is inserted into the first connection hole and then welded.

In some of these embodiments, the second connection structure includes a second connection plate and a second connection member. The second connecting plate has the second central part, two at least second connecting portions and two at least second connecting wires of equalling divide and do not having the function of conducting, and each second connecting portion are used for being connected with the second end of resistance respectively, and each second connecting wire is connected second central part and each second connecting portion respectively. The second connecting piece has a conductive function, is connected to the second center portion, and has a second screw perpendicular to the second connecting plate for screw-thread mounting into a screw hole of the capacitor unit.

In some of these embodiments, each second connecting portion is disposed around the second central portion.

In some embodiments, each of the second connection portions may include a second connection hole having an axis perpendicular to the second connection plate, so that the second end of the resistor is inserted into the second connection hole and then welded.

In some of these embodiments, the support structure is cylindrical, the axis of the support structure is perpendicular to the first and second connecting plates, and the two ends of the support structure are connected to the first and second connecting plates, respectively.

In some of these embodiments, the first end of the support structure has at least two first fastening screw holes.
