The frequency converter adjusts the voltage and the frequency of an output power supply by switching on and off an internal IGBT, provides the required power supply voltage according to the actual requirement of a motor, and further achieves the purposes of energy conservation and speed regulation.

Because the core circuit module of converter body has characteristics such as integrated level height, high frequency, high pressure, high speed, and power device loss produces heat in the major loop, leads to its during operation to generate heat seriously, influences the working effect of converter. Traditional converter has only seted up the heat dissipation window on its casing, and its radiating effect is limited, if can not in time dispel the heat, can influence the life of converter, and when the converter was used under some abominable bad circumstances, dust and moisture got into easily, led to the fact the damage to the converter, the converter bottom generally all is equipped with the supporting seat, traditional converter bottom is passed through threaded nut and is connected with the base, inconvenient installation, and the nut rusts easily, and it is very troublesome to dismantle.
