5) Punching: punching the intermediate layer subjected to the pre-die pressing in the step 4 in a laser engraving manner to form a plurality of through holes on the intermediate layer, wherein each through hole is of a structure which is narrowed from the first surface layer to the second surface layer;

6) molding and shaping: putting the first surface layer and the second surface layer which are subjected to the pre-mold pressing in the step 4 and the middle layer which is subjected to the punching in the step 5 into the hot-pressing mold, and carrying out hot-pressing and shaping, wherein the middle layer is arranged between the first surface layer and the second surface layer, the second surface layer is a skin-adhering layer, and the part, with the smaller diameter, of the through hole in the middle layer faces the second surface layer; in the step 6, the temperature range of the upper mold 7 and the lower mold 8 is set to be 180-2Preferably 8kg/cm2

7) Cold pressing: and (3) transferring the semi-finished product of the mold cup after hot pressing and shaping in the step (6) into the cold pressing mold, closing the mold and carrying out cold pressing to obtain the self-cooling moving mold cup, wherein in the step (7), the temperature of the upper mold (7) and the lower mold (8) is room temperature, the mold pressing time range is set to be 80-200s, preferably 100s, and the pressure range is set to be 5-8kg/cm2Preferably 8kg/cm2

The invention also provides a preparation process of the self-cooling moving mold cup, which is shown in fig. 5 and comprises the following steps:

1) designing: designing the style of the mold cup;

2) opening a mold: two sets of moulds are arranged according to the designed mould cup style, each mould comprises a hot-pressing mould and a cold-pressing mould, and each hot-pressing mould and each cold-pressing mould comprises an upper mould 7 positioned above and a lower mould 8 positioned below;

3) preparing materials: preparing a first surface layer and a second surface layer according to the designed model cup style;

4) pre-molding: respectively putting the first surface layer and the second surface layer into a hot-pressing mould for hot pressing, wherein the temperature range of the upper mould 7 and the lower mould 8 is 188-2Preferably 8kg/cm2

5) Manufacturing an intermediate layer: injecting the raw materials for manufacturing the middle layer into an injection mold, and obtaining the middle layer with a plurality of through holes through injection molding, wherein each through hole is of a structure which is narrowed from the first surface layer to the second surface layer;

6) molding and shaping: and (3) putting the first surface layer and the second surface layer which are subjected to the pre-mold pressing in the step (4) and the middle layer which is subjected to the punching in the step (5) into the hot-pressing mold, and carrying out hot-pressing and shaping, wherein the middle layer is arranged between the first surface layer and the second surface layer, the second surface layer is a skin-adhering layer, and the part with the smaller diameter of the through hole on the middle layer faces the second surface layer. The parameters of the hot pressing were as follows: the temperature range of the upper die 7 and the lower die 8 is set to be 180-200 ℃, preferably 190 ℃, the time range of the die pressing is set to be 80-200s, preferably 150s, and the pressure range is set to be 5-8kg/cm2Preferably 8kg/cm2

7) Cold pressing: and (4) transferring the semi-finished product of the die cup after hot pressing and shaping in the step (6) to a cold pressing die, closing the die and performing cold pressing to obtain the self-cooling motion die cup, wherein cold pressing parameters are as follows: the temperature of the upper die 7 and the lower die 8 is room temperature, the die pressing time range is set to be 80-200s, preferablySelecting 100s, and setting pressure range to 5-8kg/cm2Preferably 8kg/cm2

The specific structure of the injection mold for manufacturing the intermediate layer in the step 5 is as follows: referring to fig. 6, the injection molding die comprises an injection molding upper die 4 and an injection molding lower die 5 which are arranged oppositely from top to bottom, a cavity and a plurality of stand columns are arranged on the injection molding upper die 4, the stand columns 9 are of a structure narrowing from top to bottom, a through hole is formed after the cavity between every two adjacent stand columns is subjected to injection molding, an injection molding opening 6 is formed after the injection molding upper die 4 and the injection molding lower die 5 are matched, and a raw material for manufacturing a middle layer is injected into the injection molding upper die 4 and the injection molding lower die 5 from the injection molding opening 6, so that the middle layer.

The invention further provides a sports bra which is provided with the self-cooling sports mold cup.

The self-cooling sports mold cup provided by the invention has a physical ventilation cooling effect, can realize cooling and self-cooling, and the bra is more permeable, lighter and cooler, so that the problem of sultriness and airtight of the bra cup of the sports bra is solved, and the self-cooling sports mold cup has a more healthy and comfortable wearing experience.

Comparative experiment

In the sports bra provided by the invention, the mold cup comprises a first surface layer 1, an intermediate layer 3 and a second surface layer 2, the first surface layer 1 and the second surface layer 2 are both made of sandwich fabric, the intermediate layer 3 is made of sponge, a plurality of through holes are formed in the sponge, and each through hole 31 is of a structure which is narrowed from the first surface layer 1 to the second surface layer 2.

The sports bra comprises a mold cup and a mold, wherein the mold cup comprises a first surface layer, a middle layer and a second surface layer, the first surface layer and the second surface layer are made of sandwich fabrics, the middle layer is made of sponge, a plurality of through holes are formed in the sponge, and each through hole 31 is of a cylindrical structure with the same diameter.

The model sizes of the cups in the examples and comparative examples are identical, and the difference is only the shape of the through hole in the sponge.

Two-data comparison and result analysis

The test mode is as follows: the first is indoor test of warm-up dummy, using warm-up dummy and fan, respectively wearing the bras of the embodiment and the comparative example on two warm-up dummy, and taking the middle value after multiple tests. The warm-up dummy is an instrument for simulating heat and moisture exchange between human body and environment, has a size similar to that of a common adult, and consists of anatomical sections such as head, chest, back, abdomen, buttocks, upper posture, hands, lower posture, feet and the like. The warm-body dummy is a universal instrument and equipment for clothes thermal performance experiments. The temperature of the warm-up dummy is constant and is the same as the room temperature, and the body temperature of the warm-up dummy cannot be changed due to emotion change. The bra is worn on the warm-up dummy body. The fan that meets is placed in warm body dummy's outside, and it blows to warm body dummy's brassiere on, has the air to produce pressure differential from the brassiere middle through to produce refrigeration effect.

The second is a real outdoor sport experience test, the bras of the embodiment and the comparative example are worn on the body of a real person, and the sportsman jogges for 30 minutes on a jogging track, and the performance analysis results of the bras of the embodiment and the comparative example are as follows:

In the upper table, under the first kind of test condition, the temperature indicates the temperature between warm body dummy and the brassiere or warm body dummy chest epidermis temperature, and the temperature of the brassiere that this embodiment provided is obviously less than conventional brassiere in the comparative example, and the brassiere that this embodiment provided has physics ventilative cooling effect, can realize cooling from cooling. Under the second kind test condition, the wearing of the brassiere that this embodiment provided is more penetrating more light nice and cool, and the experience of wearing feels better.
