The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a proper amount of clear water is injected into the cleaning basin 100, after the floor cleaning machine is started, the self-cleaning button is pressed, the cleaning part 17 and the cleaning disc 4 rotate and descend along the anticlockwise direction and are immersed into the clear water together, when the cleaning disc 4 rotates and descends to a certain position, the rotation is stopped, the cleaning part 17 continues to rotate and simultaneously scrapes the cleaning teeth 5 for cleaning, and because the cleaning part 17 and the cleaning disc 4 are both completely immersed into the water, the cleaning mode is a self-immersion automatic cleaning mode, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved; after the washing is accomplished, cleaning portion 17 is rotatory along with rim plate (not shown in the figure) anticlockwise, washs dish 4 and leaves the surface of water and rise to the settlement height, washs dish 4 stall and cleaning portion 17 continues to rotate and scrapes simultaneously that the cleaning teeth 5 cleans and dewaters, and the moisture that the dehydration produced partly blocks the back through baffle 11, collects through second wash port 12 to washing basin 100 in, and another part is collected through first wash port 10 to washing basin 100 in.
