Background

The digital X-ray detector in the oral cavity adopts a specific photoelectric conversion medium to convert an X-ray signal passing through a human body into a digital signal, and an imaging system generally comprises an image transmission system, a processing system and a display system. Are typically mounted on or associated with diagnostic X-ray machines for converting X-ray signals into digital signals. However, because the detector and the wireless signal processing unit are connected by hard connection, the rectangular detector flat plate is fixedly arranged at the end of the handle, the structure of the detector flat plate is as shown in fig. 1 to 2, and the handle limits the use angle of the detector flat plate, so that discomfort of a patient is easily caused in practical use, and discomfort of the patient is often caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to realize multi-angle and length adjustment of a detector flat plate and improve the comfort of a patient by a wireless oral digital X-ray detector.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a wireless intra-oral digital X-ray detector, which comprises a detector plate for receiving X-ray signals and a signal processing unit, and is characterized in that: the detector flat plate is electrically connected with the signal processing unit through a flexible connecting wire, the detector flat plate is arranged on the detector flat plate support, the bottom of the detector flat plate support is movably matched with one end of a connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the signal processing unit support, and the signal processing unit is arranged in the signal processing unit support.

Preferably, the connecting rod is a telescopic rod capable of axially stretching.

In a further preferred scheme, the center of the bottom of the flat detector support is provided with a ball head extending outwards, and the end part of the connecting rod is arranged in a spherical groove movably matched with the ball head in a tight fit manner.

Further preferably, a notch suitable for inserting the ball head into the spherical groove is formed in one side of the spherical groove at the end of the connecting rod.

Further preferably, the flexible connecting wire is a flexible connecting wire or a spring connecting wire.

Optionally, the bottom of the detector flat plate support 6 is hinged to one end of the connecting rod 7, or magnetically connected through a strong magnet.

As shown in fig. 3-6, the wireless intra-oral digital X-ray detector is composed of a detector plate, a wireless signal processing unit and a flexible connecting line, so that the detector plate is not limited by the wireless signal processing unit, and a user can conveniently place and adjust the detector plate; the detector mount comprises detector plate holder, wireless signal processing unit support and connecting rod, and the design has the cardan shaft between detection plate holder and the connecting rod, can realize level and vertical two kinds of states, satisfies the shooting of the image of different tooth positions. Meanwhile, the detector connecting rod is designed with a telescopic function, so that the length adjustment can be realized.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, the wireless intra-oral digital X-ray detector provided by the invention comprises a detector plate 1 and a signal processing unit 5, wherein the detector plate 1 is used for receiving X-ray signals, the signal processing unit 5 is electrically connected with the detector plate 1 through a flexible connecting wire 4, the detector plate 1 is arranged on a detector plate support 6, the bottom of the detector plate support 6 is movably matched with one end of a connecting rod 7, the other end of the connecting rod 7 is fixedly connected with a signal processing unit support 8, and the signal processing unit 5 is arranged in the signal processing unit support 8.

The connecting rod 7 is a telescopic rod capable of axially stretching.

The center of the bottom of the detector flat plate support 6 is provided with a ball head extending outwards, and the end part of the connecting rod 7 is arranged in a spherical groove which is in movable close fit with the ball head.
