The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides an intelligent control system for tooth cleaning, wherein a tooth socket adopts two modes for cleaning and nursing teeth, a spray opening is used for flushing the teeth, and a brush is used for cleaning the side surfaces and teeth gaps of the teeth or massaging and nursing the gums. As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent control system for tooth cleaning comprises a mouthpiece water injection and balance discharge device 1 and a tooth cleaning mouthpiece 2 which can be connected with each other.

As shown in fig. 2, the mouthpiece water injection and balance discharge apparatus 1 includes a first vacuum pump 1-2, a first electromagnetic valve 1-3 and a liquid supply portion 1-4 which are sequentially connected through a hose, and further includes a second vacuum pump 1-5, a second electromagnetic valve 1-6 and a sewage chamber 1-7 which are sequentially connected through a hose, wherein the liquid supply portion 1-4 and the sewage chamber 1-7 are respectively connected with a pipe connection member 1-9 through a hose, and the first vacuum pump 1-2, the first electromagnetic valve 1-3, the second vacuum pump 1-5 and the second electromagnetic valve 1-6 are respectively connected with a control module 1-1 and are powered by a dc power supply 1-8 connected with the control module 1-1.

As a further optimization of the tooth cleaning mouthpiece 2 in this embodiment, in order to better seal the teeth and prevent leakage during cleaning, the front wall 2-2 of the mouthpiece is provided with front wall extension edges 2-21 for fitting with the gums, and the back wall 2-4 of the mouthpiece is provided with back wall extension edges 2-41 for fitting with the gums.

Specifically, the thickness of the extending edge 2-21 of the front wall of the mouthpiece is smaller than that of the front wall 2-2 of the mouthpiece, and the thickness of the extending edge 2-41 of the back wall of the mouthpiece is smaller than that of the back wall 2-4 of the mouthpiece; the tooth socket front wall extending edges 2-21 and the tooth socket rear wall extending edges 2-41 are made of silica gel materials which are softer than the tooth socket front wall 2-2 and the tooth socket rear wall 2-4. In order to prevent the gum outside the teeth and the top connecting tissue from being damaged, the top of the extending edge 2-21 of the front wall of the tooth socket is turned outwards; and the two ends of the tooth socket front wall extending edge 2-21 and the tooth socket rear wall extending edge 2-41 are arc-shaped, and can effectively form sealing with the tail end wisdom tooth.

In this embodiment, the brushes 2-7 on the front wall 2-2 and the rear wall 2-4 of the mouthpiece realize tooth cleaning by positive and negative pressure in the inner cavity, which specifically comprises: the water supply pipe can input positive pressure to the inner cavity, the front wall 2-2 and the rear wall 2-4 of the tooth socket of the inner cavity 2-6 are pressed and expanded to be far away from the teeth, then the positive pressure is stopped, the air pressure in the inner cavity 2-6 is pumped out by the water discharge pipe 2-13, and after the air pressure in the inner cavity 2-6 is released, the front wall 2-2 and the rear wall 2-4 of the tooth socket are close to the teeth; the above processes are circulated to achieve the purpose that the brushes 2-7 clean the teeth or massage the gums.

In order to facilitate the movement of the front facing 2-2 and the back facing 2-4 of the mouthpiece, the inner cavity 2-6 corresponding to the front facing 2-2 and the back facing 2-4 of the mouthpiece are respectively provided with at least two movable joints 2-14. The movable joints 2-14 can ensure that the movement at the two sides of the joints is more flexible, and further can better drive the brushes 2-7 to move, thereby being convenient for cleaning, massaging and nursing the teeth.

Specifically, the movable joints 2-14 are cylindrical grooves which are vertically arranged on the front wall 2-2 and the rear wall 2-4 of the tooth socket; the adjacent movable joints 2-14 on the front facing 2-2 or the rear facing 2-4 of the tooth socket are connected through tooth socket reinforcing ribs 2-15 arranged on the outer side of the front facing 2-2 or the rear facing 2-4 of the tooth socket, and the tooth socket reinforcing ribs 2-15 surround the outer sides of the front facing 2-2, the bottom edge 3 and the rear facing 2-4 of the tooth socket.

As shown in fig. 9, two movable joints 14 are respectively arranged on the front wall 2-2 and the rear wall 2-4 of the mouthpiece, and the movable joints 2-14 correspond to the premolar positions of the upper row of teeth or the lower row of teeth.

In order to better wash teeth, the water supply connecting hole 2-11 and the water discharge hole 2-12 are both arranged at the axial center position of the tooth socket body 2-1.

When the water-supply type water-supply device is in work, the tooth socket body needs to be placed in an opening cavity, in order to be well connected with an external tooth socket water-injection and balance discharge device 1 (as shown in figure 1) and provide comfort for a user to wear in the using process, a water supply pipe 2-10 connected with the water supply connection hole 2-11 and a water discharge pipe 2-13 connected with the water discharge hole 2-12 are arranged up and down.

As for the drainage optimization of the inner cavity 2-6, the drainage hole 2-12 is located at the lowest position of the inner cavity 2-6, specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 11 in this embodiment, the drainage hole 2-12 is opened at the center position of the front facing wall 2-2 or the rear facing wall 2-4 of the mouthpiece and is communicated with the drainage pipe 2-13; when the drain hole 2-12 is arranged on the front wall 2-2 of the tooth socket, the drain pipe 2-13 is positioned above the water supply pipe 2-10; when the drainage holes 2-12 are arranged on the rear wall 4 of the tooth socket, the drainage pipes 2-13 are positioned below the water supply pipes 2-10. The design can ensure that the water supply pipe 2-10 is arranged in parallel with the water discharge pipe 2-13, and the wearing comfort of the tooth socket wearer can be ensured on the premise of not influencing the work of the tooth socket.

As a structural form of the spraying channel 2-9 in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the spraying channel 2-9 may be a water pipe which is arranged at the bottom edge 2-3 of the mouthpiece and corresponds to the spraying port 2-8; or, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the spray channel 2-9 is opened on a spray channel seat 2-17, the spray channel seat 2-17 can be matched with the bottom edge 2-3 of the tooth socket, the two are bonded by glue to form a seal, and the spray opening 2-8 corresponds to the spray channel 2-9; in order to facilitate the water supply into the spraying channels 2-9, water supply connecting holes 2-11 are formed in the axis positions of the spraying channels 2-9, and water supply pipes 2-10 are connected to the outer sides of the water supply connecting holes 2-11.

As shown in figure 9, as a structural form of the tooth socket, 22 spray outlets 2-8 are provided, which are divided into two groups on the mean axis of the bottom edge 2-3 of the tooth socket, and the spray outlets 2-8 correspond to the bottoms of the upper rows of teeth or the tops of the lower rows of teeth; the hair brushes 2-7 are silica gel hair brushes and can be used for cleaning or massaging and nursing teeth and tooth gaps, and 3 hair brushes 2-7 are vertically arranged and respectively correspond to the side surfaces of the upper row of teeth or the lower row of teeth.

Before the system is used, the tooth cleaning tooth socket 2 and the upper row of teeth or the lower row of teeth are sleeved in advance, then the two lips are closed, and the purpose of cleaning the teeth is realized by controlling the water injection of the tooth socket and the balance discharge device 1.
