The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of projection display, in particular to a projection device.

Background

A projector is a device that can project an image or video onto a curtain, and is widely used in homes, offices, schools, and entertainment venues. Under the rapid development of science and technology, the projection technology is also rapidly developed, and various portable projectors with small size and high performance are available on the market. At present, the mobile projection device which can be applied to various scenes such as families or large stages receives wide attention, the mobile projection device performs multi-directional projection according to a user instruction, and needs to be synchronous with projection content, and the mobile projection device constructs an immersive experience for a user through the combination of motion and content.

In the process of implementing the embodiment of the present invention, the inventors found that: at present, the current high fixed unadjustable of projection picture to projection arrangement in the projection scheme that moves, if the user is through the angle of pitch of adjusting projection arrangement in order to reach suitable projection height, can make the projection picture have certain inclination, thereby this can weaken the projection effect and reduce user's immersive experience and feel, so the user can only put the mode of article in order to reach comparatively suitable projection height through filling up below the projecting apparatus usually, but adopt this kind of mode not only can not stably lay projection arrangement, also can not accurate height-adjusting.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a projection device which can conveniently and accurately adjust the height of a projection picture.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: there is provided a projection device comprising: the projection unit is used for emitting a projection picture; a direction adjusting unit; the reflecting unit is fixed on the direction adjusting unit, and the direction adjusting unit is used for adjusting the reflecting direction of the reflecting unit; the height adjusting unit is used for adjusting the distance between the reflecting unit and the projecting unit, and the reflecting unit is used for reflecting the projected picture emitted by the projecting unit.

The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: unlike the prior art, embodiments of the present invention include: the projection unit is used for emitting a projection picture, the reflection unit is used for reflecting the projection picture, the reflection unit is fixed on the direction adjusting unit, and the direction adjusting unit is used for adjusting the reflection direction of the reflection unit; the height adjusting unit is connected with the projection unit at one end and connected with the direction adjusting unit at the other end, and the distance between the reflection unit and the projection unit is changed by changing the length of the height adjusting unit, so that the height of a projection picture is conveniently and accurately adjusted.

Detailed Description

In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for descriptive purposes only.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the projection apparatus 1 includes a projection unit 10, a height adjustment unit 20, a direction adjustment unit 30, and a reflection unit 40. One end of the height adjusting unit 20 is connected to the projection unit 10, the other end of the height adjusting unit is connected to the direction adjusting unit 30, the reflection unit 40 is fixed to the direction adjusting unit 30, and the direction adjusting unit 30 is used for adjusting the angle of the reflection unit 40. The projection unit 10 and the reflection unit 40 are oppositely arranged, and the projection unit 10 is used for emitting a projection picture. The reflection unit 40 is configured to reflect a projection picture of the projection unit 10, and the height adjustment unit 20 is configured to adjust a distance between the reflection unit 40 and the projection unit 10, so as to adjust a height of the reflection unit 40 relative to the projection unit 10, thereby implementing adjustment of the projection height.

For the projection unit 10, an aluminum alloy casing may be adopted for the projection unit 10 to help heat dissipation.

As for the above-mentioned height adjusting unit 20, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the height adjusting unit 20 includes a first adjusting bracket 21, a second adjusting bracket 22, a supporting bracket 23, and a first motor 24. The second adjusting frame 22 is sleeved on the first adjusting frame 21, the second adjusting frame 22 can move relative to the first adjusting frame 21, the first adjusting frame 21 is connected with the projection unit 10, the second adjusting frame 22 is connected with the supporting frame 23, the supporting frame 23 is connected with the direction adjusting unit 30, and the first motor 24 is used for driving the second adjusting frame 22 to move relative to the first adjusting frame 21.

For the first adjusting frame 21, the first adjusting frame 21 is provided with a groove 211, the groove 211 receives the second adjusting frame 22, the first adjusting frame 21 is provided with a rotating shaft 212, and the rotating shaft 212 can rotate relative to the first adjusting frame 21. The gear shaft of the gear 213 is inserted into the rotating shaft 212, and the gear shaft of the gear 213 is fixed with the rotating shaft 212.

With respect to the second adjustment frame 22, the second adjustment frame 22 is provided with a rack 221, in some embodiments, the rack 221 may be fixed on an inner surface of the second adjustment frame 22 by at least one screw 222, the rack 221 is received in the groove 211, and the rack 221 is movable along a length direction of the groove 211 (i.e., a length direction of the first adjustment frame 21). The gear 213 and the rack 221 are engaged with each other.

For the first motor 24, the first motor 24 is mounted on the first adjusting frame 21, the first motor 24 is connected to the rotating shaft 212 and is configured to drive the rotating shaft 212 to rotate, so as to drive the gear 213 to rotate, and the rotation of the gear 213 drives the rack 221 to move along the length direction of the first adjusting frame 21, so that the relative position of the first adjusting frame 21 and the second adjusting frame 22 is changed, so as to change the length of the height adjusting unit 20, and finally, the height of the projection image is adjusted.

In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the movement of the second adjusting frame 22 relative to the first adjusting frame 21, the first adjusting frame 21 is further provided with a roller (not shown), the roller is rotatably disposed in the groove 211, the roller abuts against a side of the second adjusting frame 22 away from the rack 221, and when the second adjusting frame 22 moves relative to the first adjusting frame 21, the roller can effectively reduce the friction between the second adjusting frame 22 and the first adjusting frame 21, so as to facilitate the movement of the second adjusting frame 22 relative to the first adjusting frame 21.

In some embodiments, a first protrusion 2211 and a second protrusion 2212 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rack 221, a first stopper (not shown) and a second stopper (not shown) are extended into the groove 211 of the first adjusting frame 21, the first stopper and the second stopper are spaced apart from each other, and the first stopper and the second stopper are located at two sides of the rack, when the rack 221 approaches the groove 211 and the first protrusion 2211 abuts against the first stopper, the retraction stroke of the rack 221 is maximized, and when the rack 221 extends out of the groove 211 and the second protrusion 2212 abuts against the second stopper, the stroke of the rack extends out is maximized, in other words, the first protrusion 2211, the second protrusion 2212, the first stopper and the second stopper are used for limiting the stroke of the rack 221.

In some embodiments, the lower end of the second adjustable frame 22 is provided with at least one elastic member 223, and when the second adjustable frame 22 descends to a certain height, the other end of the elastic member 223 abuts against a surface of the groove 211 facing the second adjustable frame 22, so that the projection apparatus 1 is prevented from being damaged when the second adjustable frame 22 descends too fast.

It is understood that the driving of the gear 213 is not limited to the use of a motor drive, as long as the rotation of the gear 213 is achieved, such as a handwheel drive or the like. The connection between the rack 221 and the second adjusting frame 22 is not limited to the screw 222, as long as the rack 221 can be fixed on the inner surface of the second adjusting frame 22, such as welding. Of course, the height adjusting unit 20 is not limited to this structure, and may have other structures, such as: the second adjusting bracket 22 is pushed to move relative to the first adjusting bracket 21 by using an air cylinder.

In some embodiments, the height adjusting unit 20 further comprises a fixing component 214, the first adjusting frame 21 is provided with a through hole 215, the through hole 215 is communicated with the groove 211, and the fixing component 214 is inserted into the through hole 215 and abuts against the outer surface of the second adjusting frame 22. The fixing component 214 is used for fixing the relative position of the first adjusting frame 21 and the second adjusting frame 22, and finally realizing the fixing of the height of the projection picture.

For the above fixing assembly 214, the fixing assembly 214 includes a fixing threaded rod 2141, a fixing block 2142 and a non-slip mat 2143, the fixing threaded rod 2141 is provided with an insertion portion 21411, the insertion portion 21411 is inserted into the through hole 215, the fixing threaded rod 2141 is provided with a connecting portion 21412, the fixing block 2142 is movably connected with the fixing threaded rod 2141 through the connecting portion 21412, the fixing block 2142 is tightly abutted to the non-slip mat 2143, and the non-slip mat 2143 is tightly abutted to the outer surface of the second adjusting frame 22. The frictional resistance between the fixing block 2142, the non-slip pad 2143, and the second adjusting bracket 22 may be increased by screwing the fixing threaded rod 2141, thereby fixing the position of the second adjusting bracket 22.

Referring again to fig. 2 and 4 for the above-mentioned direction adjusting unit 30, the direction adjusting unit 30 includes: a first rotating assembly 31 and a second rotating assembly 32. The first rotating assembly 31 is fixed at the other end of the height adjusting unit 20, the second rotating assembly 32 is fixed at the first rotating assembly 31, the reflecting unit 40 is fixed at the second rotating assembly 32, the first rotating assembly 31 is used for driving the second rotating assembly 32 to rotate in a first direction, the second rotating assembly 32 is used for driving the reflecting unit 40 to rotate in a second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the first direction is a yaw angle, and the second direction is a pitch angle. In other embodiments, the first direction and the second direction may be two directions perpendicular to each other, or two directions that are not perpendicular to each other but different from each other, and may be set according to actual needs without being limited by the embodiments of the present invention.

As for the above-mentioned first rotating assembly 31, wherein the first rotating assembly 31 includes: a driven gear 3111, a driving gear 3112 and a second motor 312, wherein the second motor 312 is fixed to the supporting frame 23, a rotation shaft of the second motor 312 is fixed to the driving gear 3112, the driving gear 3112 is engaged with the driven gear 3111, and the second rotating assembly 32 is fixed to the driven gear 3111. The driven gear 3111 and the driving gear 3112 form a gear reduction box 311, and the second motor 312 drives the gear reduction box 311, so that the second rotating assembly 32 fixed on the driven gear 3111 rotates around the central axis of the driven gear 3111.

As for the second rotating assembly 32 described above, the second rotating assembly 32 includes: a third motor 321 and a support arm 322, wherein the support arm 322 is connected to the first rotating assembly 31 and can rotate relative to the support frame 23, the support arm 322 is fixed to the driven gear 3111, and a rotating shaft of the third motor 321 is fixed to the support arm 322.

In some embodiments, the second motor 312 and the third motor 321 are further provided with corresponding motor winders, respectively, to prevent the winding from occurring when the adjusting unit rotates.

In some embodiments, the second rotating assembly 32 includes: the reflecting unit 40 is fixed on the motor fixing frame 323, the third motor 321 is fixed in the motor fixing frame 323, a rotating shaft of the third motor 321 extends out of the motor fixing frame 323, and the motor fixing frame 323 is rotatably connected with the other end of the supporting arm 322.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the third motor 321 rotates to drive the reflection unit 40 fixed to the motor fixing frame 323 to rotate in the second direction.

In some embodiments, the projection apparatus 1 further comprises: a first position sensor 33, a second position sensor 34, and a controller (not shown), wherein the first position sensor 33 is fixed to the second motor 312, and the second position sensor 34 is fixed to the first support arm 322.

The first position sensor 33 and the second position sensor 34 are angular displacement sensors, and further, may be capacitive sensors having high sensitivity to measure changes in the angular displacement amounts of the first rotating member 31 and the second rotating member 32, respectively, and a sensing device capable of converting the measured angular displacement of the shaft rotation into an electrical signal through a change in capacitance.

The projection device 1 in the embodiment of the invention comprises: the projection device comprises a projection unit 10, a direction adjusting unit 30 and a reflection unit 40, wherein the projection unit 10 is used for emitting a projection picture, the reflection unit 40 is used for reflecting the projection picture, the reflection unit 40 is fixed on the direction adjusting unit 30, and the direction adjusting unit 30 is used for adjusting the reflection direction of the reflection unit 40; the height adjusting unit 20, one end of the height adjusting unit 20 is connected with the projection unit 10, the other end is connected with the direction adjusting unit 30, the distance between the reflection unit 40 and the projection unit 10 is changed by changing the length of the height adjusting unit 20, and therefore the height of the projection picture is conveniently and accurately adjusted.
