Gas column films are a common packaging material in the packaging field. In consideration of the convenience of transportation, in general, when a manufacturer leaves a factory, the gas column film is not inflated, a demander needs to additionally purchase special inflation equipment for inflation, and the inflated gas column film can be used as a packaging material to play a role in shock resistance.

In the prior art, the basic structure of the air column film inflation equipment comprises an air pump, an inflation tube, a feeding motor and a feeding roller for feeding, wherein during feeding, an uninflated air column film is led out from a material roll and then clamped between a pair of feeding rollers, and meanwhile, the inflation tube is inserted into an inflation air passage arranged at the edge of the air column film. After the air pump and the feeding motor are started, the air inflation pipe starts to output air, and meanwhile, the feeding motor drives the feeding roller to rotate so as to enable the air column film to be continuously fed, and continuous inflation is achieved.

The existing air column membrane inflation equipment has the following defects: 1. the matching precision of the inflation speed of the air pump and the feeding speed of the air column film is poor, so that the problem of insufficient or uneven inflation is caused; 2. when the gas is inflated, only a plurality of gas columns can be inflated together, and the gas column cannot be inflated independently, so that the gas columns positioned at the joint of the start and the stop of the equipment are not inflated enough, and the anti-seismic performance of the gas columns is influenced.

When the heat-seal roller 9 is not arranged, the invention only can inflate the air column film 7 provided with the air film valve, and after the seal roller 5 is arranged, the inflated air column can be sealed in a heat-seal mode. The provision of the sealing roller 5 thus enhances the applicability of the invention to a wide variety of gas column membranes 7.
