When the bag is used, the threaded support rod 19 on the second support rod 18 is inserted into the screw hole 17 on the first support rod 16 on the same side, the first support rod 16 and the second support rod 18 on the same side are connected together, the handle 14 is connected together, then a user puts articles to be stored in the bag body 1, the invention is lifted up through the first support rod 16 and the second support rod 18 which are combined together, the arrangement of the first support rod 16 and the second support rod 18 can prevent the handle 14 from pinching the hand of the user and damaging the hand of the user when more articles are stored in the bag body 1, the position of the invention is shifted, if liquid leaks in the bag body 1 in the moving process, the bottom bag 22 can receive the leaked liquid, the leaked liquid can be prevented from dripping on the clothes of the user, the fixing pin 53 can be detached, and then the connecting plate 52 is pulled out from the inside of the limiting plate 51, detaching the bottom bag 22 from the bag body 1, cleaning the residual liquid inside the bottom bag 22 and at the lower end of the bag body 1, when replacing the handle 14, detaching the card cover 10, rotating the rotating rod 71 through the turntable 73, rotating the screw rod 72 inside the cavity 9 through the rotating rod 71, driving the thread block 81 to move by the screw rod 72, pulling the bullet 61 through the connecting rope 82, pulling the bullet 61 into the mounting groove 4, simultaneously the bullet 61 continuously extrudes the compression spring 64, then pulling the fixing rod 3 and the handle 14 from the fixing ring 2, inserting the fixing rod 3 on the new handle 14 into the fixing ring 2 when installing the new handle 14, then reversely rotating the rotating rod 71, reversely driving the thread block 81 by the screw rod 72 through the rotating rod 71, under the elastic action of the compression spring 64, the bullet 61 ejects out of the mounting groove 4, being clamped at one side of the fixing ring 2 inside the bag body 1, clamping the fixing rod 3 on the fixing ring 2, and then fix new handle 14 on the bag body 1, and then install the card lid 10 on the end of the fixing rod 3 located inside the bag body 1.
