The position of the carrier 8 is then adjusted according to the position of the armrest 18, so that the springs 10 on the stop posts 9 in the sterilization case 2 are in a compressed state, and the carrier 8 is fastened by means of the fastening screws 7. Finally, disinfectant is injected into the disinfection bottle 11 and is installed on the disinfection box 2, the disinfectant baffle 16 is opened, the disinfectant in the disinfection bottle 11 flows into the disinfectant temporary storage cavity 12 and flows to the disinfection cotton pad 14 through the micropores 15, at the moment, the disinfection cotton pad 14 is wetted by the disinfectant, and in the running process of the handrail 18, the handrail 18 is wiped by the disinfection cotton pad 14 wetted by the disinfectant, so that the surface of the handrail 18 is disinfected. Wherein, the sterilizing box 2 makes the sterilizing cotton pad 14 on the sterilizing box 2 always in a clamping state with the handrail 18 under the elastic action of the spring 10, so as to better sterilize the surface of the handrail 18.
