(2) uniformly mixing 1-2% by mass of an ammonium perfluorooctanoate solution with the silane coupling agent hydrolysate according to a certain proportion to obtain a silane coupling agent-ammonium perfluorooctanoate mixed solution;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of glue spraying, in particular to a water-based glue spraying for a sofa mattress and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The spray glue can deform along with the shape of a using object, has certain cohesiveness and is difficult to flow adhesive agent. With the rapid development of economy in China, the spray glue is widely used in industries such as furniture, leather, cloth art, decorative materials and the like, and has very wide market prospect. At present, the spray glue sold in the market is mainly a solvent type, contains a large amount of organic solvent, has certain toxicity to human bodies, and can cause environmental pollution.

The water-based spray adhesive is a novel spray adhesive which is widely applied in the field of furniture manufacturing with higher requirements on safety and environmental protection performance, and has the advantages of no toxicity, no harm, low odor, safety and environmental protection. The spraying glue of the sponge substrate for furniture such as sofa, mattress and the like puts forward a high requirement on the environmental protection performance on one hand, and on the other hand, because the water resistance of the substrate is low, if the water resistance of the bonding part is poor, water vapor easily penetrates through the bonding part to enter the substrate, thereby influencing the service life of the furniture. Therefore, high requirements are put on the adhesive strength and the water resistance of the spray glue.

The invention provides an aqueous spray adhesive for a sofa mattress, which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60-80 parts of neoprene latex, 20-30 parts of hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion, 10-15 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of modified clay, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of defoaming agent and 20-30 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (0.15-0.25).

Preferably, the preparation method of the modified clay comprises the following steps:

(1) uniformly mixing a silane coupling agent KH550, absolute ethyl alcohol and water according to a certain proportion to obtain a silane coupling agent hydrolysate;

(2) uniformly mixing 1-2% by mass of an ammonium perfluorooctanoate solution with the silane coupling agent hydrolysate according to a certain proportion to obtain a silane coupling agent-ammonium perfluorooctanoate mixed solution;

(3) and mixing clay and the silane coupling agent-ammonium perfluorooctanoate mixed solution according to a certain proportion, uniformly dispersing, heating, stirring, reacting, performing solid-liquid separation after the reaction is finished, and washing and drying the obtained solid substance to obtain the silane coupling agent-ammonium perfluorooctanoate mixed solution.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the invention, neoprene latex, hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion and water-based terpene resin emulsion are compounded to be used as a glue spraying resin base material, and a proper amount of modified clay obtained by synergistic modification of a silane coupling agent KH550 and ammonium perfluorooctanoate is added to be used as a filling agent, so that a proper amount of fluorine groups are introduced into the glue spraying, the water resistance of the glue spraying is obviously improved, meanwhile, the hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion contains a proper amount of hydroxyl active groups, and the modified clay contains a proper amount of amino active groups on the surface modified by the silane coupling agent KH550, can react with a water-based isocyanate curing agent of the component B, improves the compatibility of the hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion and the modified clay in a system, enables the glue spraying to have good stability, can also improve the cohesive force of the glue spraying, and enables the glue. The water-based spray adhesive for the sofa mattress prepared by the invention has excellent bonding property and water resistance, can effectively relieve the problems of deformation, mildew and the like of the sofa and the mattress due to water seepage, improves the quality of furniture and prolongs the service life of the furniture.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.

In the following examples and comparative examples, the type of the aqueous acrylic emulsion containing hydroxyl group and fluorine was HD-827, which is a Tandata virgin material, and has a solid content of 45%, a hydroxyl group content of 2.7%, and a fluorine content of 9%; the hydroxyl water-based acrylic emulsion is made of a Dada new material HD-8426, the solid content is 42 percent, and the hydroxyl content is 2.8 percent; the type of the water-based isocyanate curing agent is Jinhuasheng J3100, and the content of isocyanate groups is 18 percent; the neoprene emulsion is DENKA ALX-600 in model, and the solid content is 60 percent; the water-based terpene resin emulsion is of a type of Jitian chemical industry 988, and the solid content is 60%. Example 1

The water-based spray adhesive for the sofa mattress comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 parts of neoprene latex, 20 parts of hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion, 10 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 3 parts of modified clay, 0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.2 part of organic silicon defoamer and 20 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.15.

the preparation method of the modified clay comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing a silane coupling agent KH550, absolute ethyl alcohol and water according to a volume ratio of 1: 6: 1, uniformly mixing to obtain silane coupling agent hydrolysate;

The water-based spray adhesive for the sofa mattress comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 parts of neoprene latex, 30 parts of hydroxyl fluorine-containing water-based acrylic emulsion, 15 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 5 parts of modified clay, 1 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.5 part of organic silicon defoamer and 30 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.25.

the preparation method of the modified clay comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing a silane coupling agent KH550, absolute ethyl alcohol and water according to a volume ratio of 1: 9: 2, uniformly mixing to obtain silane coupling agent hydrolysate;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.2.

the preparation method of the modified clay comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing a silane coupling agent KH550, absolute ethyl alcohol and water according to a volume ratio of 1: 7.5: 1.5, uniformly mixing to obtain silane coupling agent hydrolysate;

The water-based spray adhesive for the sofa mattress comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 73 parts of neoprene latex, 25 parts of hydroxyl water-based acrylic emulsion, 12 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 4 parts of montmorillonite, 0.8 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.4 part of organic silicon defoamer and 25 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.2.

the preparation method of the water-based spray adhesive for the sofa mattress comprises the following steps:

Examples 1 to 3 andthe spray glue prepared in the comparative example 1 is subjected to a performance test, wherein the specific method for the stability test is as follows: sealing the sprayed glue, storing for a certain time at 25 deg.C and 50% humidity, and stabilizing if no precipitate, delamination or gel exists; the specific method for testing the bonding performance comprises the following steps: spraying and mixing the component A and the component B by a special spray gun for the two-component aqueous adhesive, and then spraying the mixture on the bonding surfaces of two foam plastic (sponge base material) test pieces, wherein the spraying amount is 0.04kg/m2Bonding the bonding surfaces of the two test pieces, applying pressure of 0.4MPa, keeping for 5s, and performing 180-degree peel strength test by using a peel strength tester 24h after pressure relief, wherein the test pieces meet the specification of GB/T10802-; the specific method for testing the water resistance comprises the following steps: preparing a bonded test piece according to the steps of bonding property testing, applying pressure of 0.4MPa, keeping for 5s, and testing the contact angle of water to the adhesive film on the surface of the test piece 24h after pressure relief. As can be seen from Table 1, the spray glue of the invention has good storage stability and bonding strength, and the contact angle between the formed glue film and water is obviously increased, which shows that the water has poor wetting effect on the glue film, the hydrophobic effect on the surface of the glue film is good, and the spray glue has excellent water resistance.
