and the wiper cleaning component is used for wiping and brushing the operation panel after the wetting operation.

Technical Field

Background

At present, under the large background of the era of the Internet of things and the 5G era which is gradually popularized, the sharing industry has unprecedented open prospects. New crown epidemic situation appearing this year, more and more remind the health of disinfection measure equipment, elevator disinfection, air purification disinfection and the like, so share washing machine? The shared washing machine is also necessary to be disinfected, and then the automation of washing machine touch keys or screen disinfection is also a trend. The existing washing machine disinfection system is mostly limited to disinfection of the inside of washing machines such as clothes and inner barrels, and a disinfection system with a touch panel designed for a touch screen, a touch key and the like is not provided. Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention discloses a washing machine and a control method thereof, which are used for at least solving the problem that an operation panel of the washing machine cannot realize automatic cleaning and disinfection.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. At present, touch modules such as an operation panel of the washing machine are often stained with bacteria or stains in the using process of a public or shared washing machine, and the touch modules cannot be automatically controlled to disinfect touch products such as touch keys and a touch screen, so that much trouble is brought to subsequent users, and the user experience is reduced. The invention improves the washing machine, and the cleaning and disinfecting device is additionally arranged at the touch module of the washing machine and comprises an ultraviolet ray disinfecting device and a cleaning device, and the cleaning and disinfecting operation can be started in various modes by matching with a wireless module, a voice module and the like on the washing machine, so that the automatic cleaning and disinfecting of the touch module are realized.

To further illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following specific examples are provided as shown in fig. 1 to 4.

Example 1

In the present embodiment, there is provided a washing machine having an operation panel 3 for interacting with a user, the washing machine further comprising: a cleaning and disinfecting device for cleaning and/or disinfecting the operation panel 3; the operation panel 3 is arranged on one side of the cleaning and disinfecting device in a turnover mode, and the operation panel 3 is provided with a cleaning and disinfecting position corresponding to the inside of the cleaning and disinfecting device and a working position corresponding to the outside of the cleaning and disinfecting device on a turnover path. Wherein the cleaning and disinfecting device comprises: a housing having a mounting cavity 7; the ultraviolet disinfection device 4 is arranged in the installation cavity 7 and is used for disinfecting the operation panel 3 after the operation panel 3 is turned over to a cleaning and disinfection position; and the cleaning device is arranged in the installation cavity 7 and used for cleaning the operation panel 3 after the operation panel 3 is turned to the working position.

Preferably, the housing comprises: the panel mounting rack is encircled to form a square opening, and the left side and the right side of the panel mounting rack are respectively provided with a rotating shaft; and the cover body 1 is covered on one side of the panel mounting frame around the enclosing direction of the square opening to form a mounting cavity 7. Wherein the cleaning and disinfecting device is arranged on the panel mounting rack through a rotating shaft and can be overturned up and down at the panel mounting rack around the rotating shaft. When ultraviolet sterilization is used, the cover body 1 may be a glass cover. Preferably: the ultraviolet disinfection device 4 comprises an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, the power of the ultraviolet lamp is configured to be 120W/cm, and the controller of the washing machine can control the ultraviolet disinfection device 4 to be switched on and off and the disinfection time. It should be noted that the square opening can be just shielded when the operation panel 3 is turned over to the working position or the cleaning and disinfecting position.

The cleaning and disinfecting device further comprises: and the operation panel positioning device is used for positioning the turned operation panel 3 so as to ensure that the operation panel 3 is turned to a working position or a cleaning and disinfecting position. Wherein the operation panel 3 positioning device includes: an infrared transmitter provided on the operation panel 3 and an infrared receiver provided on the housing; and/or an infrared receiver provided on the operation panel 3 and an infrared transmitter provided on the housing.

Preferably, the washing machine further comprises an operation panel driving mechanism for driving the operation panel 3 to turn over with respect to the cleaning and sterilizing device. Preferably, the cleaning means is provided in the cleaning means mounting recess 9, including: the water vapor spraying assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity 7 and is used for spraying water vapor towards the direction of the operation panel 3 to form a humidifying area to humidify the operation panel 3; and the wiper cleaning component is used for wiping and brushing the operation panel 3 after the wetting operation. Correspondingly, the transmission assembly comprises a motor worm, a gear, a rocker arm and a pull rod, kinetic energy is provided through the motor, the motor worm is combined with the gear, the gear drives the gear, the rocker arm is driven to rotate by the gear, the rocker arm enables the pull rod to reciprocate, the wiper is driven to swing left and right, and therefore the operation panel 3 is cleaned.

The washing machine in this embodiment further includes: the voice module is used for receiving voice information sent by a user, converting the voice information into an electric signal and sending the electric signal to the controller; the controller is used for processing the electric signal to obtain effective instruction information, and controlling the ultraviolet disinfection device and the cleaning device to clean and disinfect the operation panel 3 which is turned over to the cleaning and disinfection position according to the instruction information. Further, the washing machine further includes: and the wireless module is used for connecting the washing machine with the mobile terminal so as to realize information interaction between the washing machine and the mobile terminal. Example 2

Based on embodiment 1, in the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a washing machine for controlling any one of the washing machines of embodiment 1 to clean and sterilize the operation panel 3. The control method comprises the following steps: after the washing machine receives a cleaning instruction or a disinfection instruction or the service time of the operation panel 3 reaches a preset time, the operation panel is controlled to be turned to a cleaning and disinfection position by using the operation panel driving mechanism and the operation panel positioning device; controlling the cleaning device to clean the operation panel and/or starting the ultraviolet disinfection device to disinfect the operation panel; after the cleaning treatment and/or the disinfection treatment are finished, the operation panel is controlled to be turned to a working position by the operation panel driving mechanism and the operation panel positioning device.

It should be noted that the cleaning and disinfecting device is provided with an automatic disinfecting system, a large number of experiments are carried out by taking the touch times of the operation panel and the service time of the touch keys as main reference objects, through sufficient and scientific data analysis, the touch keys show different trend chart and peak value reaching under the condition of touch use under the condition of long time and under what working condition, and a disinfection and cleaning set line is established according to the safety and health standard of the national standard bureau and the national standard bureau, and the washing machine automatically carries out disinfection and cleaning of touch products after the set line is exceeded.

When the disinfection or cleaning process is started, the external direct current motor drives the rotating shaft 6 to rotate, the operation panel is overturned for 180 degrees, infrared rays are sent out from the infrared ray sending port, the infrared ray receiving port is also arranged at the position, which is vertically upward, of the infrared ray sending port, and the infrared rays sent out from the infrared ray sending port are received, so that the position calibration effect is achieved, and the overturning position of the operation panel is ensured to be accurately in place. When the operating panel is turned inside, a closed sterilizing cavity is formed. When the disinfection function is to be realized, the cleaning and disinfecting device disinfects by ultraviolet rays with the power of 120W/cm in a closed environment; when the cleaning function is to be realized, the water vapor spraying assembly sprays water mist on the operation panel, the wiper cleaning assembly starts to swing, the left wiper swings clockwise from 90 degrees to 180 degrees to clean the operation panel, then swings back from 180 degrees to 90 degrees, and the left screen is cleaned by circulating swing in this way; similarly, the right wiper swings anticlockwise from 90 degrees to 0 degrees to clean the operation panel, then swings back from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, and the same circulation is carried out, so that the right screen is cleaned in a swinging mode. After the disinfection or cleaning function is finished, the finishing signal is sent to the washing machine controller, the controller controls the direct current motor to realize overturning, the operating panel after disinfection and cleaning is overturned to be displayed to the outer side and the infrared position is calibrated, and the overturning principle is the same as that of the prior inwards overturning.
